Webmaster Errol Posted February 14, 2024 Webmaster Share Posted February 14, 2024 Kim Zimmer (“Guiding Light,” “One Life to Live”) and her son Jake Weary (“Animal Kingdom,” “As The World Turns”) are returning to “The Locher Room” on Thursday, February 15 to discuss their latest film, “Bleeding Love,” which hits theaters and Video On Demand (VOD) services on Friday, February 16. “Bleeding Love” Vertical The film follows a father (Ewan McGregor) who secretly drives his estranged daughter (McGregor’s real-life daughter, Clara) to rehab after she overdoses, aware that she has inherited his addiction problems, and after he has started a new family elsewhere. Along the way, they meet all types of people, and their relationship is put to the ultimate test. Weary plays a character named Kip, who bonds with the daughter, and Zimmer plays Elsie, a toy truck driver/mechanic who picks the pair up after their car breaks down. Emma Westenberg directed the film, which is based on an original story written by Ruby Caster alongside Clara McGregor and Vera Bulder, Weary’s real-life wife.
