Members DaytimeFan Posted July 6, 2018 Members Share Posted July 6, 2018 Per the Hollywood Reporter: https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr-esq/hollywood-docket-band-name-use-weinstein-bankruptcy-dodge-rebecca-verdict-1113757 Ronn Moss has sued his player bandmate who Ronn alleges registered the trademark for the band name 'Player' fraudulently and deceptively and in breach of a partnership entered between them, and the other founding members of Player back in the 1970s. Having read the complaint (which is linked in the Hollywood Reporter story) filed by Ronn's lawyers, it looks like he's got a very strong case.
