I think the only show on OWN that had that, from my recollection, was Love Is____ and they wound up cancelling the show as a result which is sad because it was such a beautiful show deep down and I loved the dialogue overall.

Sure thing. It must have.

Oh, I just Googled it and it looked like the latest that I saw on the first page was back in January of this year and the judge wouldn't dismiss.  So it could still be in litigation and they're just not stopping the show.
