Amazing just looking at the disparity of housing prices, before the bubble burst, this place was up for sale for 30,000,000... now it's for sale at a little over 16,000,000. California real estate has always been horrendously blown out of proportion, I bet now this prolonged drought has a lot of people rethinking how attractive California looks to them.
