Looks like it might be Thorne. Apparently he and Taylor are going to get a story this February and it involves him getting Taylor an extravagant Valentine's Day gift, but this will however wind up in Hope and Steffy's hands. Purely speculation, but I think Thorne might have an engagement ring for Taylor which Hope somehow gets thinking its from Liam
