Members Mitchapalooza
PGA Nominations were announced today, they often are a major pre-cursor for BEST PICTURE, failing to garner a nom here can seriously stop a film dead in it's tracks. Noms are -Brokeback Mountain -Capote -Crash -Good Night, and Good Luck -Walk the Line ---- With Munich failing to get a WGA nom, being majorly shut-out from most of the critic circle awards, a GG nom and now a PGA nom, I think it is almost safe to say that they are out of Best Picture contention. Munich needed this PGA nom to keep it in the race and it failed to get it. The ONLY thing that can save it now, but that won't even be enough, is a DGA nom (which it will get most likely). Members Chris
Producers Guild of America Awards. I still think Munich will be able to get in, but it all lies on the DGA noms tomorrow. Right now for Best Picture I'm thinking: Brokeback Mountain Crash Good Night, and Good Luck Munich Walk The Line
