Of all the present primetime hyphenates, executive producers/writers/showrunners, whom do you still trust to:

1. Create a fabulous show and helm it successfully until the end of its run?

2. To take the reigns of another person's (ailing) show and transform it into a successful venture (the so-called firefighters)?
