Series bibles

Anyone else like reading the bibles that creators write when they're creating their shows? I'm an aspiring writer, and something that always amazes me is how different and varied some of the bibles I've read are. Some have pages upon pages of necessary unnecessary information, while others are as bare and as simple as possible. I often wonder if there's a point in keeping so much unimportant information if you know that it'll be never be used.

I've been reading the Freaks and Geeks bible, and I love that it's easy to read. It basically outlines what the show is about and who the characters are, but it's totally non-intimidating because there isn't a rigid format of what you need to put in a bible or what doesn't need to go in a bible.

Are there any others online out there? I really want to find some that aren't science fiction, but that's all I keep running across.

Capitol's two bibles (at the Capitol Megasite) and The Wire's bible (can't remember where I saw it) are online.
