Members MarkH
Confusing brand identity, eh? I have understood most of their other "soapy" choices. But this one feels quite far afield, as much as I enjoy this show. Are they trying to attract Cougar Town viewers to Soapnet? Or are they trying to attract more people to Cougar Town via a rebroadcast, using any old ABCD network to do it? Source
Members DRW50
Why am I not surprised they don't bother to mention Carolyn Hennessy, who actually IS on a soap? No wonder they didn't mention her. With the way some of ABC's sitcoms have been sliding in the ratings they may figure they need as many new viewers as they can get. Members MarkH
Oh d*mn...even I forgot the obvious Hennesy tie-in. She should be the hostess of the marathon! That would make it reasonable. Aren't the ABC Wednesday sitcoms (all but Hank) doing quite well?
