CBS changed the daytime schedule several times during that year. Another World expanded to 1 hr on Jan 6th replacing How To Survive.... in the 3.30 slot,yet HTSAM was not cancelled until April 18th. Did HTSAM move to 1.30 opposite ATWT for that time,until DOOL moved forward a half hour on April 21st when it expanded? I have never seen that documented in any reference books. Ryans Hope debuted in July at 1.00,sending AMC to 12.30 replacing Split Second.That same day Rhyme and reason replaced Big Showdown Edge of Night came to ABC that December,replacing You Don't Say. Members rcsnj Posted October 2, 2009 Members Share Posted October 2, 2009 Yes, Paul, HTSAM did move to 1:30 p.m. Eastern after Another World was expanded. It was then cancelled to make room for the one-hour DOOL. I recall Ryan's Hope airing for a time (very briefly) at 2:00 p.m. in the New York market, though I have never seen that documented anywhere.
