Not everybody casually mentions illegal things they've done in the past -- especially if you're trying to forget they ever happened. Not to mention, she did prison time for kidnapping yet another baby, so she's had every reason, I believe, to sweep this skeleton as far back in to her closet as possible... But I often either don't have the time or the stomach to watch this show live, so knowing the spoilers and reading these tangential threads doesn't give me a strong sense of linear on-screen secret revelation time.
