I agree. There is nothing to indicate she means anything else other than it is Bo, Hope, etc. and that it probably deals with Bo's illness. In fact, I read an interview with Sean Christian who is coming on the show as a doctor, and he mentions working with Rachel (Chelsea), and how professional she was.

It's probably just about Bo's illness. I still think DAYS made a huge mistake in axing Julie Pinson(Billie). Billie was sorely missing when Chelsea was worrying that Bo was dead, and will be sorely missing during Bo's illness storyline. C'mon DAYS/Higley correct your mistake in this (same goes for Martha Madison and Alina Foley's Belle and Claire).
