The heat begins to rise between Dan and Serena, who finally come to terms about how they feel for one another. After finding drugs in the house, Nate confronts his father, Captain (guest start Sam Robards). Jenny stumbles upon some information that her parents have been keeping from her. Chuck opts to invest money in a burlesque club, in the hopes of getting his father's approval. Meanwhile, Blair is crushed when she learns that Nate kissed Jenny, believing she was Serena.
