Congratulations all you Red Sox fans from one disappointed Diamondback fan. I guess I will have to root for the Rockies since they are the National league team!We here in AZ are really proud of how far our youngsters went this year when no one though they would get to the playoffs at all.

    So it's from 2004 but who cares! The Red Sox have won the division and the stinking Yankees are in second place. The playoffs are fast approaching, but not all the teams are set. The National League Wild Card is still up for grabs, while the Yankees have clinched it.

    I want to personally thank the Baltimore Orioles for pulling off a suicide squeeze for the win. Thanks for the home field advantage. This is the only reason that Fall is even tolerable.

    I'm a little late to the party, but I'm glad to find a Red Sox thread here cuz I'm a huge fan! Congrats to the Sox for their second World Series win in 4 years!!!! I'm in baseball withdrawal mode:-( Gonna be a long winter. LOL GO SOX!!!!
