Eric Melander appeared as Fox's body in the rest of the scenes on September 17. Mark's face perhaps was used somehow in close-ups of Eric Melander's body for the scenes later in the episode).

This is correct, Jason. They had half the credits on after Wednesday's show and the other half after Thursday's. However, they did have Hannia listed too, even though she hasn't been on yet.

Mark is seen in the Monday September 17 episode. The second and third acts showed his face. However, those may have been taped before the move to DirecTV.
