I have no idea what is going to happen, but my suspicion is that (at least for now) this baby will biologically be Ryan and Kendall's. Perhaps it was always TPTB's intention to reunite Ryan/Kendall. At the very least, this baby will keep Ryan and Kendall tied for life.

But if it was TPTB's plan to reunite Kendall and Ryan all along, why bother to have Kendall fall in love with Zach? The way the writers have slowly developed the Kendall/Zach relationship, I don't see them having the same ending Kendall and Ethan had. Ethan was clearly dropped for Zach. I can't see Zach being so easily dropped from Ryan.

On a final note, I am pissed that Kendall used her own eggs willingly to create this baby! I detest Greenlee, but Kendall had no right to do this. How could she conceive a child only to give it away, and for what good reason? Her love for Greenlee?! Kendall has had a hard time accepting why Erica gave her up as a baby. But the way I see it, Erica had no choice. She was only 14 years old when she got pregnant and she didn't get pregnant on purpose. You can't say the same thing about Kendall. Kendall is my favorite AMC character but the writers are making her a certifiable loon. I'm starting to think the worst thing that ever happened to Kendall was Greenlee Smythe.

I don't think the plan was to reunite Kendall & Ryan all along. I suspect that McT and Frons thought Ryan/Greenlee would become popular and were surprised that Ryan/Kendall continued to top the SOD & SID couples charts at least 6 months after Ryan married Greenlee. No matter how much the writers tried to pimp Rylee as a great couple, it always backfired. I think the original plan was for Kendall to carry Greenlee's egg until Frons & McT heard the backlash from disgusted fans and decided to make a last minute change.

Now, I believe they want to pit the Zendall fanbase against the Rendall fanbase for a while until they decide what route to take next. As a former huge Rendall fan, I'm not opposed to this baby or an eventual reunion, but I doubt McT will do it justice since she doesn't seem to understand the intensive therapy Ryan needs before Kendall should even speak civilly to him, imo. As far as Zendall goes, I think they have less chemistry and I can't get over Zach aiding Jonathan by taking the blame for Edmund's death for so long. It made him a complete jackass, imo, although not quite as big of one as Ryan is.

I can't buy into Kendall's rationale for having this baby, either. Why would she give it to Rylee after all the smug games both Greenlee and Ryan played on her? It makes no sense, but then again nothing else on AMC does right now, either.

Why didnt Kendall and Dr. Madden just wait for Greenlee to give more eggs? What was the rush? This doesnt make ANY sense at all!

McT needs to enter rehab for her Ryan addiction. It's disgusting how Kendall immediately jumped back on Ryan's lower regions the nano second he returned.

I'm glad Greenlee is leaving. Her and Kendall as faux girlfriends was sickening.
