SOD Ratings different from SON posted ratings

I hardly look at SOD's ratings but this jumped out at me while reading the mag. Their ratings are slightly different from the ones posted at SON. Here is the chart that they have:

I believe the ratings in SOD/SOW only take live viewings into account. The official ratings include live + same day viewings.

I wonder what the networks/shows care about and look at... they receive the Neilsen ratings of the previous week every Thursday morning. Will DAYS see that they hit a 1.9 or 2.0?
