She says that if a veteran is not a troublemaker, remembers their lines, in good health, and has a high focus group rating, the network would keep them (Referring to Anna Lee). She says that you have to accept the soaps shoving younger and younger characters, because that is the way it is. If you want to change it, get on a focus group.
