Members AntiNWO
The Wonderful Actions of Brian Frons (2002-Current) Not cancelling Port Charles sooner (ie. in 2002). Micromanagement of ABCD: Decisions in casting & storyline; has no knowledge of soaps and in fact was hired to manage at the executive level, not produce them. M. McTavish, JH Carruthers, Frank Valentini, D. Higley, JF Phelps & R. Guza Jr. are his puppets. Misuse of Talented Actors: Lee Meriwether, Patricia Elliott, Ilene Kristen, Patricia Mauceri, Catherine Hickland, Heather Tom, Timothy D. Stickney, Hillary B. Smith, Tuc Watkins, Leslie Charleson, Stuart Damon, John Ingle, Eileen Herlie, James Mitchell, Jill Larson, Julia Barr, Jane Elliot, Rachel Ames, Ron Hale, Denise Alexander, Jacklyn Zeman, John J. York, Constance Towers, Blake Gibbons, Kristina Wagner, Lesli Kay, Wally Kurth, Genie Francis & Brad Maule. They were relegated to back-burner. Letting to the online press that he would like to fire Jill Farren Phelps, yet not acting to do so. The "Good Looks Are Crucial" Mentality": Filling shows with people who look like models rather than with those with good acting abilites. Some include Michael Easton, Tanisha Lynn, Erin Hershey Presley, Brian Gaskill, Eddie Matos, Melissa Gallo, Chris Beetem, Justin Bruening, Ambyr Childers, Alec Musser, Taylor Gildersleeve, Aiden Turner, Brent Weber, Colin Egglesfield, Lindze Letherman, Natalia Livingston Letting popular GH/PC character Karen Wexler be killed off, knowing that the show would be cancelled anyway, thereby preventing the character from ever resurfacing on GH. Also letting Simone be killed off on AMC. Allowing the Port Charles writers/producers free rein with the telenova style ie. vampire storylines, even decreeing that Port Charles would be "the vampire soap," then saying that one of the reasons for cancellation was that the vampire stories got out of hand. Allowing R. Guza Jr. & C. Pratt Jr. to make the mob the focus of GH, and outright decreeing that mob violence would be the centerpoint of the show. Allowing McTavish, Higley & Guza Jr. free reign to blatantly disregard the growing dissatisfaction of viewers that the stories be more entertaining & balanced. Allowing the writers to take petty revenge against actors they don't like. (Eg. Guza Jr./B. Warlock) Cameo On AMC (2005): Angering more viewers in a disgusting, self-promoting role. Insistence on staying with "his" bad ideas, out of stubbornness, long after they have proved not to work.

Members AntiNWO
Why haven't the ABC-Disney Television Group (ADTG) fired B. Frons yet? Could it be that they are purposely destroying their daytime lineup? NBC Daytime did the same thing with their lineup. What ADTG need to do is... 1. Cancel The View 2. Cancel AMC (The show is beyond repair; Simone is dead, J. Barr is never returning, Dixie will be killed off) 3. Air AMC repeats from 1970-2004 on SOAPnet/ABC (2005-2007 are crap) 4. Invest heavily in OLTL & GH (OLTL has the potential to be ABC's Y&R; GH has mainstream appeal & can enter it's 3rd golden age) ADTG have succeeded in destroying 2 once appealing, watchable shows (The View & AMC). They have 2 daytime shows left filled with unbelievable potential, but will they be destroyed as well? The View (97-June 06) AMC (1970-Dec 04)
