Yes, today was a return to form as far as entertaining episodes. I didn't have a standout but enjoyed Mona, cause I didn't believe we would see this much of her for some reason. Love the thought of Nicole and Naomi being in each other orbits more. They have been wonderful, I agree. Stop! Lol! I think Teresa is becoming my favorite writer on the show.

Exactly, the jacket was choking him while he sat on the desk. He's giving early Gary Ewing.

@Liberty City Being a more capable actor isn't always the better choice. He has no presence, no charisma. And, he does not come off like the leading man. @Rmodelboy You're right, Martin has stood up to him, and now I want Brandon recast too! Every guy on this show comes off as submissive. No, Vernon is all talk. Maurice's presence is for sure felt; that's why the first couple of episodes were dry this week.

And what happens once the secret is out? He still walks around owning them? Nah, that's lame. The recast messes up Ted and Bill presence for me.

I am fine with Bill being an outlier. But why do all the Dupree men have to seem weaker than Bill, though? That's not interesting. Maurice also had a strong presence and would be believable up against Bill.

I believe it's a bad move. Too safe. Now, when Bill goes against anyone, I will assume he will trump all over them.

I am not happy with the Ted recast. Keith isn't a bad actor, but the character's presence is completely different. Even though I don't see any strong chemistry between him and Nicole, I can buy them together at some point. This recast changes the dynamics of the show, in my opinion. Bill is now the clear big bad wolf on the show.

All my favorites are in this episode except King Bill. Best dressed woman on the show imo.

Mona could be this show's secret weapon if they play their cards right.

Good catch. More Bell parallels. ICAM! With both statements. Same. It doesn't seem like they even enjoy writing for her. They may need to change her career to move her around. I hope it's only for flashback scenes. Not every character needs a family member, especially the villains. That's how I felt, too. It ruined the coming out moment for me. I still liked the moment, but it was more like a plot device instead a more natural time.

This topic has probably already been done, but what year do you consider to be the best year/season of the telecast?

I have to agree. Yesterday wasn't too bad either. I'm glad there was some movement in the B and C plots, and I'm very intrigued by Bill's story. Nice scenes. I have to rewatch them, though. @Liberty City A Andre and Ashley shipper?

I was happy to see Naomi and Jacob attempt to kick back. But much happier to watch Jacob crash Eva and Leslie at the diner. let's get to the juice.
