That's fine with me. Watching the people at my company deal with this has been one of the few bright spots considering how much they gave to Trump's campaign.

I've said before that Pence would be worse and he would in SO many ways but Trump quitting would be the ultimate sellout of his supporters. All these alt-right loons who feel like they're on top of the world would be abandoned by their lord and master and left in his place would be exactly the establishment "swamp" they thought they were getting rid of.

So a lot of the people arrested in the Portland riot didn't even bother to vote. http://www.kgw.com/news/local/more-than-half-of-arrested-anti-trump-protesters-didnt-vote/351964445 This is why I'm not going to be out protesting. These people will show up and tear [!@#$%^&*] up in the street but they won't vote so I'm perfectly happy to let them be the cannon fodder because at the end of the day, it's all just theater to them.

Actually it just makes me cry. He and Michelle have given us enough. They deserved to be able to step back and enjoy. To work on their foundation and travel. Maybe make a few guest appearances on SNL. Not to try to shepherd this country full of f*ckwits through our slow motion suicide.

The TPP is dead. Without sharing too much, my workplace - a right wing hellhole - was jonesing for it. It would've meant millions because we've got offices in a lot of TPP countries and we've been right in the thick of trying to get this passed. It's dead and they're losing it. It's been one of the few bright spots of this whole thing.

I wonder which character she was given for the audition. I thought she did a good job giving Linda Soto some layers.

Don't say sorry. That should be the messaging for the next four years. "I told you so" and "Republicans always screw up the economy." Because both statements are the stone cold truth.

Well enjoy the upcoming stock market crash. 1929, 1987, and 2007. Three stock market crashes. Three Republican presidents.

The head of the SEC is stepping down which means Trump will get to name her replacement as well as two other member of the commission because the GOP refused to confirm Obama's nominee. Any leftie who voted against Hillary because she was too cozy with Wall Street just turned Wall Street into a Trump casino. It's 2007 all over again.

Bernie still refuses to accept that he was rejected. There were concrete reasons a lot of us didn't vote for him but he's too much of an egomaniac to accept that. I've been in a Facebook debate with one of his disciples who keeps telling me that he's the future of the party and I finally said, "Fine. Then the party's all yours. I'm going to take Dave Chappelle's advice and take a knee like Kaepernick and let you white people figure this out amongst yourselves because frankly I've been too betrayed by many of you to work with you anyway." My energy is going to surviving these next four years.

How could it be worse for the Dems than what we have? She won the popular vote by two million. At the very least we can always remind Trump's followers that he lost. He won the presidency but he lost the election. I'm never going to stop calling him illegitimate.

Our job is to never stop saying "I told you so." When the wall doesn't get built, "I told you so." When they lose their health insurance, "I told you so." When they send us back into a recession, "I told you so." When unemployment is back in the double digits, "I told you so." When Trump starts a trade war, "I told you so."

Two reasons: One, the South is the Bible Belt and he's Jewish. If you don't think that matters ask Kurt Eichenwald how Trump's supporters treat Jews. They sent him pictures of his child photoshopped in a gas chamber. Two: Because the south is filled with black voters who saw Bernie for what he is: a privileged [!@#$%^&*] who has never really cared about our issues and has been perfectly happy to sit up in lily white Vermont and rename post offices. Tom Joyner is still talking about all the times Bernie canceled on him because he couldn't be bothered to actually talk to black people on our media. All I had to do to turn an entire beauty shop against the man was mention that he wanted someone to primary Obama after his first term. Make no mistake, the millennials would've turned out for him but those black turnout numbers in the 90s that Hillary got? Bernie would be lucky to get half that especially given the rampant racism of his BernioBros.

That just brings us Mike Pence. He's basically a character out of The Crucible.

I continue to laugh at people who think Bernie would've won. This election was about one thing and one thing only: white supremacy. You think that the people are spray painting swastikas on buildings because of Hillary's emails? No. Antisemitism was rampant all through this campaign. Ask Kurt Eichenwald how Trump's movement feels about Jews.

NPR worked just as hard to normalize Trump as the rest of them. I'm going to enjoy watching Congress pull their funding. This was a coup, pure and simple. Trump didn't win the popular vote, there was rampant voter suppression and interference by a foreign power. He's truly not a legitimate president.

I disagree. The people who voted for Trump think we're the greatest country in the world. They're about to see that the world doesn't agree.
