  1. Apparently Bernie is going to give a coronavirus speech in an hour.
  2. I honestly don't think anyone is still interested in the debates except the Berners. This thing is over for most others. We're sitting here in the middle of a pandemic and a stock market crash and Bernie's supporters are still trying to negotiate concessions for the fact that they lost. I think the debate is going to be a mess. Since there's no audience, the anticipated applause lines won't take and after last night's pathetic display by Toupee Fiasco people I think most of us are just like, "Can we focus on what matters now?"
  3. Both Bernie and Joe are supposed to be in Cleveland tonight. Bernie has canceled his event. I think it would be responsible of Biden to do the same. Especially since we just learned yesterday that there are people in Cuyahoga County who tested positive. I think it's time to just put an end to these rallies for now.
  4. I've often said DemExiters remind me of cats. They meow and meow demanding to be let out but once you open the door they site their licking their butts. I keep seeing Berners online talking about unity but that Detroit rally last night showed that we are unified: against Trump and Bernie.
  5. According to this she was already endorsing him week ago. Well-played dropping this on International Women's Day.
  6. Seeing all those names together and remembering the characters I loved kind of breaks my heart. "Roger and I have split up and this time it's for good." If only.
  7. Hill has already said that she would vote for Biden if he's the nominee. This is another example of how the Bernie left only looks at marginalized people in a purely transactional fashion. She doesn't give a [!@#$%^&*] about Anita Hill.
  8. That's been my goal. I've considered this elections a two-front war: the Republicans on one and the attempted hard left takeover of the Democratic Party on the other. I'm ecstatic about seeing Bernie's revolution shown to be a myth and hopefully we finish him for good by November. Meanwhile, this made me laugh so hard this morning I had an asthma attack.
  9. It's all about how dark your neighborhood is. I have rarely ever encountered a line but my district still has a lot of blue-collar whites and union workers so they don't mess with it. Meanwhile the other side of town, East Cleveland, is way darker and way poorer. They end up with lines and other "issues" like running out of paper ballots.
  10. I had suspected this but it's nice to get confirmation. Those 54 endorsements Joe got yesterday came from Bamz.
  11. All it took was black voters finally getting the chance to be heard.
  12. Pete spent the last day of his campaign at Selma. I respect that.
  13. I didn't expect this until after Super Tuesday.
  14. LOL! Look how far we've come. I'll admit that I was really worried about the GOP's chaos op so this result feels doubly good.
  15. I meant to say thank you for this a long time ago. My mom is better prepared than I am. She grew up poor in Jim Crow Mississippi where she was one of 11 children. She's basically looking around like....
  16. They all quit and decided to write books.
  17. I think that would be true if it wasn't for the effect on the stock market. Donald is fixated on the thought that the stock market is the key to his success. I got the pneumonia vaccine even though I'm under 65 cosign due to my asthma. It might be time for me to look into a booster.
  18. Bloomy going after Bernie.
  19. Mark my words, this ends with violence. These radicalized Berners/socialists/anarchists are going to keep pulling stunts like this until someone hands them their ass.
  20. I doubt they were plants. It's just a black audience.
  21. Here's my question: what kind of judges do you think Bernie would name? Let's say we lose RBG and Clarence Thomas. (Thomas is up there in age so the next president might name his replacement.) Is there any reason to believe that Bernie would name good judges? He never talks about the judiciary so I doubt he has a list of potential SCOTUS nominees. (I suspect that only Biden and Warren have given it any serious thought.) Bernie would do the same thing Trump did: he would outsource the picking of judges - SCOTUS and otherwise - to whatever idiot sycophant wanted the job.
  22. #NaturalCauses2020 is looking better and better. Also...
  23. I have to admit I have no real idea what Steyer's goal is. He was all about impeachment but now that Donald's impeached he seems to be flailing. Trump and Bernie use the same tactics. MAGA and the right feed aggrieved, angry men a non-stop diet of "civil war." Bernie and the hard left sells "revolution."
  24. If he was going to replace Pence he needed to do it months ago. Honestly I would prefer President Haley to President Pence.
  25. If Sanders is the nominee then that means we end up with President Pence because Trump isn't going to be functional for much longer. This Twitter account does a pretty good job of tracking his decline.
