  1. Yeah, she's a totally likeable person. We'd be like best friends. I do have a question about the actor playing Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). I knew he was on All My Children, but I've never seen his work. Has he always had that scruffy voice? Because in a way, it seems like he's trying to sound like Ron Moss. I don't know though, so I'm kind of curious.
  2. Is there any particular reason as to why Thomas may feel like he shouldn't have custody of his son? Hell, expenses for taking care of one child is over $27, 000/year. Hell, if I were Hope, I'd just shove the kid to Thomas's open arms. I need to do some shopping. I know I said this before, but I *heart* Krista Allen. I swear, I just *heart* her. 🙂
  3. She looks so cute! I'm assuming that her toe is okay and all. 🤔
  4. I just laugh at it. Seriously. It's fun to watch, but it's contrived AF. And fans of Drag Race on Twitter take it so seriously too - they're always going at it like who had the best lip-sync, who stole the runway, and who should've won the title of whatever title the queens are competing for. The whole show is silly, so I just watch it for fun entertainment. But, you can't tell me these "golden bars", spin the wheel on the Queen who will lip-synch, or LalapaRuza Smackdowns are all based on probability. I'm far from stupid. 😄 Sometimes, I even wonder if Michelle Visage or RuPaul are even enjoying themselves anymore. Seriously. I'd be burned out with all that sh*t.
  5. YES!!!! I was always hoping Solita would have killed Reva. Of course, I was let down. Michelle Forbes though. Whew! That woman is phenomenal.
  6. I don't know much about Wal-Mart, but I wonder how this will pan out.
  7. I'm telling ya. It's going to be Drag Race audience fatique. Mark my words. 🙃
  8. I get that weird feeling too. I tried watching their series A League of Their Own, and woof! That's usually how I feel when I attempt to stream anything that's on Prime Video.
  9. What was the point in that double date? I'm so lost. 😄 That had to be the dumbest thing I've seen in about a day or two. Also, what is up with Alex Kiriakis and the noises he makes with plastic spoons/straws? Yeah, I don't know much about Alex Kiriakis, but I'm still seeing RSW as what's his face again? Ben? Although I'm not a fan of Anna, I did enjoy her poking fun at that apartment. To the right is your kitchenette area. Outside the kitchenette, you've got yourself a queen size bed and a lovely Big Lots dining room table. Need to go to the bathroom while eating dinner? You can conveniently excuse yourself and take two steps to the left while your company eats their food while you go potty.
  10. Honestly, I don't know the DAYS viewer base to be honest. I keep thinkihng about the 18-34 year-old demographic as well as 35+. Does the baby boomer or traditionalist generation watch DAYS religiously? What about socioeconomic status? I can only imagine a traditionalist or a baby boomer who have watch DAYS for 25+ years to find out that "their show" is no longer on NBC. In order to watch it, they would have to pay for it by subscribing to Peacock for $4.99 plus tax a month. Sure, they don't fit the key demographic as 18-34 year-olds are considered to be especially valuable to advertisers, but I guess we'll have to wait and see how this turns out. However, if the majority of DAYS viewers pertain to a lower socioeconomic status, then I don't see a potential gain for Peacock.
  11. LOL! Shelia's middle toe, 😄 You know what? I remember Shelia polishing her toenails black during that one episode, and although I didn't get a good glimpse of what was inside the clear plastic box, I had to see for myself the second go round. Sure enough, it's black nail polish. I'm not stupid though. I don't know where that middle toe came from, but I'm not buying it.
  12. I guess for me is that I don't understand the rush of it all. Is one absolutely nothing without a love interest or is that the reason why people watch soaps is because they like couples? Have you ever watched those Rom-Com movies where a couple asks the single character if she's married or has a boyfriend and she tells them that she's single? Then, there's this sad look on the couple's face as they look down on her with pity? Seriously. What's so wrong about being single? Sh*t, that means there's more people I can have fun with. I don't want to be tied down with the same ol' same ol'. As for Eric, I don't give a rat's patooty if he's a hottie or not. I've had plenty of hotties who are terrible in bed not to mention no substance. Why can't characters just stay single for a while, and when the right time time comes, let things happen organically? For example, Nancy. She just got divorced. I know that when it comes to relationships or marriages, healness takes time after a breakup or divorce. Instead, Nancy immediately jumps right in it after signing her divorce papers to Craig. Yet, on the other side of town, I'm surprised Chad hasn't talked to a new woman as fast-paced as these storylines are evolving. But, that's just me. 😄
  13. Well, it's kind of like Eric and Jada too. I was trying to think of a really lame pairing especially when all Ava and Jake did was pass a roll a toilet paper to each other while they were using the bathroom. But, for Eric and Jada. How long has Jada been in Salem? A week or so? I don't know squat about her at all, and here she is having some kind of lunch at Brady Pub and immediately becomes smitten with Eric. Who is she besides a cop who was once married? What's her story? What's her deep past? Like I said, I don't know squat about her. I probably won't like her anyway, but still. If I were a couples fan (which I'm totally not), then give viewers something to root for them. Instead, their blossoming relationship is over a bedroom above the Brady Pub. And Eric is right down the hall in case Jada needs fresh pillows or if there's a leaky faucet in the bathroom. And for Nicole? No need for jealousy as that boring conversation was just about as dull as her Mr. Panda. Whatever that stuffed animal doll she treasures. Half of these relationships on DAYS don't even seem like relationships. Don't even get me started on Belle and Shawn. L-A-M-E O!
  14. Neither is given backrubs and sharing a plate of scrambled eggs in a sh*thole studio apartment. You know what? Maybe I'm the one who should re-examine what a relationship truly is. First, I'll go on a smooth-sailing date, and then come by the second date, I'm putting nasal spray, dental floss, ointments, mouthwash, and any other toiletry you can think of in their medicine cabinet. Et voila! I'm now in a relationship. 🥰
  15. Such a tragedy with Anne Heche that I really don't know what to say. I hope all unfortunately involved may find healness, comfort, and serenity. Again, looking at that crash, it's horrific to look at with smoke coming out from the rooftop. For the victim(s) involved, I can't even imagine the trauma. Oh my goodness,
  16. Ummm, I'm still watching the show, but I haven't had much to say about it. As much as I like the actor who's playing Li (Remington Hoffman), I can't help but to think about Marco Rubio and his reference about "tiny hands." I look at Remington's, and he's got some tiny hands. You know what they say about tiny hands, right? No, but I do like Remington, but his acting the other day as this gargantuan villian was a little over-the-top in my opinion. I still don't get why Li told Dr. Rolf why he should fear him instead of Stacy. I don't have much to say about the show as I've already said it before.
  17. I wouldn't pay $4.99 for Peacock. I could possibly switch to Xfinity if I wanted to and get Peacock for free with ads. I own my own routers and cable modem, so I would need to see if the modems I have are "accepted" or "doable" by Xfinity. However, I'm fine with my internet company, and I'm in no dire need to switch over because of a television show. No. No. No. No. I'll download DAYS episodes if torrents are available and that's that. Yes, I do pay for streaming services (Paramount +; Prime Video). Paramount + fits me better if that makes any sense as a viewer. As for Peacock, the premium stuff they offer for movies, I already have. Their shows, for the most part, don't seem as appealing as compared to the television shows that Paramount + offers. But, that's just me. Call it $5 a month or whatever, but Peacock needs a lot of help trying to gain subscribers.
  18. I haven't been disappointed with the show, but I just kind of wish that characters would mind their own damn business. Then again, there probably wouldn't be a 30-minute show, so I guess I need to accept the fact that this is how it is. 😁
  19. Don't ya hate it when you feel like you have to say it over and over? I try to stay fresh although this show is hard to swallow. It's true! 🙃
  20. I thought he needed a good smack in the face. The little weasel brat. I'm not a parent thank goodness, and if I did have kids, I'd have someone from social services riding all over my ass. 😄 No, I'm just kidding. Don't get me wrong because I would smack him in the face if I were like 5 or 6-years old, but I wouldn't smack him as an adult although it is tempting. I did find it weird how Chad told Gwyneth (Gwen) to stay away from his kids. I wouldn't go near those nosey rugrats. I'm glad the Nickelodeon love story "mini-series" starring Allie, Chanel, and Johnny is done and over with. I was so intrigued and praying to God and Jesus near my windowsill that they would guide Chanel along the way. As quick as these true love storylines go, Johnny will find someone instantly. Hey, look at Jake and Ava. Their love truly sparkled over a plate of eggs next to the bathroom. How was Dr. Rolf able to find out that Jake was dead, but EJ and Stacy had no clue? Hmm, maybe he has a way to get into the Salem Hospital's intranet portal system. So, Jake is still dead and Dr. Rolf has a conniving way of turning Jake into Stefan? I'm trying to remember how Stefan died. Was he too shot in the stomach area? My mind is hazy because all I remember is Gabby. No, wait. Stefan was shot in the brain. At that time, it was all about Gabby. Oh, yeah! She had one of those monitoring devices that controlled Julie's brain. Hahahaha! Yes! Going back to this Jake/Stefan mumbo-jumbo story, it will more than likely go through one ear and out the other with me. In other words, I'll watch but I'm not going to pay much attention unless there's something really stupid and far-fetched. You know, kind of like Belle and Shawn having private conversations for months with each other and viewers don't even know it. However, something will more than likely be far-fetched and I'll end up being vocal about it, lol! Speaking of Shawn Brady, I don't get bullsh*t paternity tests on this show. How was the paternity test done when Shawn questioned if he was magically the father of Jan's baby? So Shawn got a DNA swab from Jan and Shawn gave the police his own DNA swab? Who was Shawn talking to on the phone at that time? Because to me, it seemed like these tests were going to be done but observed by the Salem police to ensure the accuracy without any shenanigans or foolery. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't get how these DNA tests are done and are believed to be held true at face value. I don't care about this storyline at all, but one would think that as many times (NUMEROUS TIMES) as paternity tests have been switched at Salem Hospital, they would be cautious and go somewhere else like Kansas City considering the poor reputation that hospital upholds on Angie's List.
  21. As big as Monaco is (as it's located in the southern part of France), I did find it weird how Taylor and Ridge were showing random strangers a picture of Steffy and asking if they have seen her. Maybe in their culture it's accepted, but where I live, we ain't got time for all that mess. We're not about to get robbed, and if we're interested in donating to non-profit organizations, we'll go on the website and click the contribution button. The strangers should've told Taylor and Ridge that they saw her at the same location where Finn mistook a woman as a Steffy look-alike too. But, I wouldn't be searching for Steffy at some random cathedral or whatever. I would have gone to the cool clothing stores like Versace, Chanel, or Christian LaCroix to search for her, you know? As Steffy is trying to make a major decision on a pair of sunglasses.
  22. I wish I can spend money so frivolously and go to a rehabilitation clinic like that somewhere in Monte Carlo, cuz I'd be forgetting all about a dead one, lol! 😄 Ya dig?
  23. I was Team Jinkx all the way, but then again, I liked all of them from the beginning, so it's not like I was rooting for one specific person, but Jinkx was absolutely killing it as I knew she would. I didn't have an opinion about the non-eliminations as they were all winners. I heard that the judges did give some negative feedback to the cast of All Stars 7, but a lot of that was edited out. If I had to make a complaint about the show in general, I would produce healthy arguments in two specific key areas: 'Drag Race' audience fatigue The obvious signs that clearly indicate how rigged the show is (e.g., Golden Bar in Season 14; 3-Star Bonus for All-Stars S07E13) Since Bob the Drag Queen hosted the Pit-Stop onYouTube for All-Stars Season 7, here's bad behavior on social media that grinds my gears over a silly show:
  24. Well, Jake's DEAD or whatever, you know. He's dead on the bed and I just wanted to laugh because Gabby's already bringing that DiMera shareholder stock stuff to Ava. And he's DEAD. He just DIED by a meth-head. And Jake and Ava split up like a month and a half ago. And Jake shacked up with Ava in that sh*thole studio apartment shortly thereafter and then he proposes to her with Gwyneth's (Gwen's) engagement ring? Geez man. That's so romantic! I just want to dine and wine with generic macaroni and cheese and Barefoot Chardonnay as I gaze at the heavenly stars that shine so bright. 😄
