Confrontations and conversations in Springfield.... Police Station: Buzz walks into the station. He walks over to Harley. He sighs, "Do you have any news?" She looks at him, "Doris has a lot of charges against her. She has been talking to her lawyer. Things don't look to good." Buzz takes a deep breathe, "Is there anything you can do?" Harley sighs, "Daddy I know you are friends with her and she is Ashlee's mother but she did really bad things. She is most likely going to go to prison for what she has done." Buzz shakes his head, "She has been turning her life around. She has come so far from the woman she once was." Harley looks at him, "Daddy is this more than what I think it is?" Buzz nods, "You know i was going to ask her out on a date. I was going to take her to the park. No fancy restaurant. Just a nice date. I really think it would have worked. She would have liked it." Harley puts her hand on his shoulder, "Well I think she would have too. But you need to understand. Doris is not going to be walking out of here anytime soon. She will go to prison." Buzz shakes his head. Doris is brought out of the room in handcuffs. Spaulding Mansion: Cassandra is in her office. The Butler Jeremy walks in, "Excuse me Madame. You have guests." Cassandra stands. Jonathan walks in holding Sarah. Cassandra runs over, "Oh my God! I heard but I can't beleive it!" He hugs her, "Yep. Me and Sarah." She stares at him, "I can't believe it. You are really alive. Oh thank God for that." Jonathan looks around, "Wow. You did it. I mean you took down the Spauldings and got revenge for Tammy. I can't believe it." Cassandra smiles, "What do you think?" He grins, "I think it's awesome." She hugs him, "Oh finally! Someone who understands. It's like this whole town wants to forget about what happened to Tammy but I can't let that happen. You get it." He nods, "Yeah. I think about Tammy every single day. All the time." She cries, "Oh so do I. But seeing you and Sarah just.... feels like I got a piece of her back today." He hugs her again, "Well seeing you makes me feel the same way. I'm so proud of you. You are a force to be rekoned with now." Little Sarah is walking around the room. Farmhouse: Aubrey is cleaning. She is the only one there. She rubs her stomach, "Oh Baby. Soon it'll just be you, your sister, me and Daddy. Our little family." There is a knock at the door. She goes to answer it. She is shocked to see Rafe at her door. She backs up, "What are you doing here?" He walks in, "This is a nice place. Took me a while to get here." She shakes her head, "How? How did you find me here." He laughs, "I know a thing or two about you Aubrey." Aubrey shouts, "Okay it's time for you to go!" Rafe grins, "You should have asked me my name. Rafe Rivera." She shakes her haad, "So?" He laughs, "Okay what about my Grandfather's name? Alan Spaulding." Aubrey backs up, "No." He nods, "Oh yes. I am a Spaulding. Liz Spaulding is my sort of cousin." She walks away, "No. You stupid punk!" He walks towards her, "Now. How about we play the little game of what I like to call: Blackmail." Aubrey is disgusted by his smirk. Spaulding Enterprises: Phillip and Beth have been in meetings all day. They walk down the hall and run into Mel and Alan Michael. Phillip smiles, "Hey. My little brother. Are you working today?" Alan Michael shakes his head, "No. I have some meetings." Beth nods, "Meetings for what?" Mel looks at Alan Michael, "Honey I think it's time we told them. They need to know what they are up against." Beth shakes her head, "What are you talking about?" Alan Michael looks at his brother, "Phillip. I have been planning to take control back of Spaulding Enterprises from Cassie and bringining to the Spaulding family." Phillip laughs, "Didn't you here my speech that's what my plan has been. I just started persuading some of the stockholders." Alan Michael shakes his head, "No. I've been planning to do this. Mel is supporting me. I am more than ready." Phillip nods, "Well okay. You can work with me. I'd love it. The Spaulding brothers." Alan Michael sighs, "I'm sorry Phillip but that's not going to happen. I am running for CEO of Spaulding Enterprises. I will win. I will take control of the family." Beth and Phillip are taken back by his statement. Beacon: Olivia walking to her room. Gus stumbles over to hre, "Can I talk to you in your room for a moment?" She nods, "Um sure. Of course." They go into her room. He walks in, "I wanted to apoligize for my behavior a few weeks ago." She smiles, "Oh no it's fine. I was intruding." He shakes his head, "No no no. I saved you because I cared about you and you deserve to know that." Gus is pouring a drink. Olivia walks towards him, "How many have you had?" He turns to her, "Not much. But I did want to come up here and spend some time with you." Olivia laughs, "It's not even nighttime and your already tipsy." Gus hands her a glass, "Well the more the merrier." She backs up, "I don't drink." He laughs, "I remember you drinking all the time." She nods, "Exactly." He puts it down, "Oh I'm sorry." She shakes her head, "It's fine. It's fine Gus you didn't know." He sits on her couch, "I still feel like a lot happened between us and we need to talk about it." Olivia is confused, "Now?" He nods, "Now." Malah House: Mallet sits and holds the information in his hand. He is still in shock. How is going to tell Dinah that he was investigating her past. That he found out about her child she had in Europe. And then break the news that her child died in a fire at an orphanage. Dinah would never recover from that. Mallet feels lost. Dinah walks down the stairs, "Good morning Babe." He stands up, "Good morning. How did you sleep?" She smiles, "Good. Are you going to work soon? You'll be late?" He looks at the clock, "Oh damn. I lost track of time I have to run. Mallet kisses Dinah. Dinah smiles, "Have a nice day." He leaves. Dinah sits at the desk and cleans up the mess. She shoves it all in drawer. She notices a bos in the drawer. She pulls it out and is shocked by what she has found. PART TWO: Spaulding Enterprises: Phillip looks at his brother, "Alan Michael. We are brothers. If we are going to take down Cassie we need to show a united front. We can't be against each other. We all need to work together." Alan Michael looks him in the eye, "Let me ask you this. Would you be willing to take the backseat and let me be in charge and be the CEO. And not you. Could you do that Phillip?" Phillip sighs, "I have layed the groundwork already. Beth and I have big plans for Spaulding. I am ready to take the company back." Alan Michael sighs, "Well I'm sorry but you are going to be greatly disappointed. Because this time next year the company will be at the top and I will be the CEO." Phillip sighs, "I'm sorry you feel that way." Beth looks at Alan Michael, "Alan Michael your brother is trying to do something for you family. Why do you have to be so selfish." Mel looks at her, "Excuse me Beth. But Alan Michael is far from selfish. He is trying to do what's best for his family. He will be the CEO of Spaulding. I will be with him every step of the way." Beth nods, "Wow Mel. You certantly have changed over the years." Mel smiles, "And you haven't." Beth laughs, "I guess I should take that as a compliment." Mel shakes her head, "You probably shouldn't." Phillip takes Beth's hand, "We need to get going. I'll talk to you later." Alan Michael nods, "Good luck Phillip. You'll need it." The two couples go their seperate ways. Beacon: Olivia sits with Gus, "So you saved me from being shot at the bank that day and it almost costs you your life. Why?" He sighs, "Olivia I know we haven't always gotten along." She laughs, "Gotten along? I'd downright say we despised each other." He nods, "Yeah. But I saw you. You were worried about Emma. I wasn't about to let Emma lose her mother." Olivia sighs, "You know what this is just too weird. I... I don't think I can do this." He sighs, "Okay... let's just let's do something else while we talk um... cards do you have cards." She nods, "Uh yeah. I never use them but I have some. What do you want to play? Poker?" He laughs, "You play poker?" She nods, "Well when I ran Spaulding it was a good way to bond with clients and get them to give you what you wanted." He smiles, "Exactly." She hands him the cards, "Okay well this should be fun." He looks at her, "What if we make it ineresting?" She shakes her head, "I'm not betting my money to you." He grins, "I was thinking something else.... maybe your clothes." She looks at him, "Are you talking about strip poker?" He smirks, "Oh yaah." The two laugh. Spaulding Mansion: Jonathan sits on the couch. Cassandra hands him a drink, "So are you in Springfield for good?" He nods, "Right now yes. But I don't know> I mean how do you handle being in the same town as that man?" She sighs, "Sometimes I can't. But I know that I have been taking him down one piece at a time. And he has lost his real power. It's only a matter of time before he finally pays for killing Tammy. When they all will pay." Jonathan sighs, "I know you won't want to hear this but I'm going to have Sarah bond with her biological mother." She sighs, "Oh Jonathan! You can't trust her. Lizzie is a Spaulding. I know she seems like she's changed but you can't trust her." He nods, "After what happened last time believe me. I'm keeping my eye on her. But don't worry about Liz I don't think she'll cause you problems." Cassandra sits with him, "So tell me about this new wife of yours what is her name again?" He nods, "Oh Aubrey. She's great. She's a sweet girl. She is going to be a teacher." She smiles, "Wow she sounds a lot like Tammy." Jonathan nods, "Yeah. She's just a really smart, calm, good person." Farmhouse: Aubrey sits on the couch. He walks over with two beers, "You want to join me for a toast?" She shakes her head, "I can't drink. And neither can you. I don't know how old you are but I know your not 21." He laughs, "Since when has that stopped anyone." She sighs, "Why are you blackmailing me? I have nothing?" He puts his hand on her leg, "Oh... you have something." She shoves him, "You know what? I don't care. No one would believe a freak like you." He laughs, "They'd believe the truth. That you hired me to kidnap Sarah last night and put a little scare into Jon and Liz. And I caught the second act. Where you were having pains. Nice. Real tears?" She stands up, "It's time for you to go." He grins, "Well what about bribary? How does that suit you?" She turns to him, "Now what do you have that I want." He smirks, "Listen. we want simaler things. You want to keep Liz from your husband. I need to get Jonathan out of town. He tried to kill my Granddad and almost killed my Mom. I don't want him near my family." Aubrey shakes her head, "And how do you plan on ending this thing between Liz and Jonathan?" He smiles, "Well we both know Jonathan is a sucker for a damsel in distress. And that's you Babe. If we team up we can get Liz back in the family and Jonathan and you ride off with Sarah and your baby." Aubrey sighs, "I just want that sick twisted bitch away from him." He smiles, "So is it a deal." She takes a glass of water and holds it up, "We are going to break up Jonathan and Liz. That psycho Spaulding will be out of my life. And that is my New Years Resolution." They clink drinks together. The two start a plan. Malah House: Dinah pulls a box out of the drawer. She recognizes it. She opens it. She pulls out the baby blanket. Along with a picture and baby toys. Dinah is in shock, "No. Oh my God! Mallet what are you doing?" She takes the things and stands up. She goes through it. She shakes her head, "Oh my God. Mallet knows. Mallet knows about her. He knows about the baby! No why now? Why now? It wasn't supposed to be this way. Damn it!" She grabs her cell phone. She goes through it to find a number. Dinah makes a call, "Hello. It's me. Listen we need to talk. No.... I am serious. It's important. It's Mallet. He found out.... You know what. About her.... Yes he knows about the baby. I'm going to meet you right now." She hangs up. She grabs her coat and leaves. Police Station: Buzz walks over to Doris, "I can't believe this is happening." She giggles, "Well the rest of Springfield is probably dancing. The bitch is getting what she deserves." He shakes his head, "I'm not dancing." She sighs, "I know. Buzz I really thought that we would... well one day maybe go out or something. Stupid right?" He shakes his head, "Doesn't sound stupid to me. Maybe a movie. A walk in the park. Sit at a bench. Have a little picnic. A little champange. Sit under the stars." She tears up, "Wow you give it much thought?" He laughs, "A little." She nods, "I would have been swept off my feet." He sighs, "Well I never thought you'd say yes. I mean your Mayor Wolfe!" She laughs, "Oh! I probably wouldn't have at first. But if you were persistant. I would have had to accept." He looks down, "If only...." She nods, "I guess we'll never know. And now I have to call my daughter." A voice is heard across the room, "I'm here Mom." Doris and Buzz look over in shock. Doris grins, "Oh my God! Ashlee! Your home!" Ashlee runs to her mother and hugs her. PREVIEWS: Ashlee and Doris have an emotional reunion Aubrey goes to the Spaulding Mansion Jonathan meets his siblings Gus and Olivia play a game Rocky has questions for Harley Lucy and David have a date

Thanks for reading ML!!! Yes I liked writing Michelle and Marina. But Michelle was holding back. She doesn't like what Marina is doing but knows it isn't her place. We will never know who Danny was going to choose. It is up to readers to decide if they could figure it out. I had another story planned for Remy but I didn't want to do it if he was just going to leave. But I think the STEAM thing will be better for him! I can't wait to see him in Pasadena! Yep Blake will have her choice made when she returns. Marina is already starting to regret it. But she isn't emoitonaly stable anymore. As time goes on we'll see that she is imagining a different future then Rocky and Shayne are. Aubrey has a lot of secrets. The Aubrey/Jonathan/Liz story will be the main story in January. 2009 is going to be a HUGE year for FTL! I can't wait for you to see what I have planned. Soon I will post the 2009 previews!!!!

Thanks ML. When Is started Rocky and Shayne's story I had a lot of the typical gay story moments. But I wanted their story to be a love story and not a gay story. You get what I mean? But the issue will be addressed. Along with many others involved in this. This is going to be one of the big stories this year. Oh yes. I'm so excited for the business story! It's going to be big and involve so many people. It's going to start off with AM vs. Phillip but branch out so much more. Remy saved Blake from a fire and had a lot to think about on life. He confessed to her and she revealed that she had known Ross was alive. He was in hiding. That is what ended the relationship. They felt they had lost trust. I'll probaby have Rufus as long as you ahve Remy. Or whenever you need him back. I'm exicted for his episodes to start posting! Oh I teared up when I wrote the Bauer scenes. We're about to have some confrontation scenes with AM and Phillip. They'll be good. Aubrey first came off as the innocent good girl but we will see more and more of her bad side as time goes on. Aubrey is going to have a big role in 2009. She's going to rock Springfield in so many ways! Thanks you too!

2009 begins in Springfield..... Towers: Marina pulls away from Shayne kiss. She is in shock, "Uh..." He backs up, "Happy New Year Marina." She smiles, "Thanks Happy New Year Shayne." Rocky walks over, "Hey I'm so sorry! I got stuck in the stupid bathroom. I know you wanted to kiss at New Year. Rocky kisses him. Shayne smiles, "Happy New Year." Rocky nods, "It's going to be great. You know what they say however you spend New Years Eve is how you'll spend the new year." Shayne and Marina make eye contact for a moment. Downstairs Jeffrey is kissing Marah. Marah smiles, "Happy New Year Jeffrey." Jeffrey is in shock, "Marah your back in town. I thought you were gone for good." She laughs, "I did too. I mean after what happened at the wedding I really didn't want to be here anymore." He looks at her, "What changed?" She sighs, "I did. I remembered about how I left before and when I came back I regretted it. I mean I loved living in France but Springfield is my home. Springfield is where we met and Jeffrey... I can't leave you again. I want to be with you Jeffrey." He smiles, "And I want to be with you Marah." The two kiss again. Beacon: Blake walks downstairs. Harley walks over to her, "Hey! I didn't know you were here." Blake smiles, "I just had to take care of something." Harley looks at her wet hair, "Is it raining upstairs?" Blake laughs, "I don't want to talk about it. I just... I'm getting ready to go out of town for a little while."| Harley nods, "Oh really? Where are you off to?" Blake hesitates, "Oh just... seeing an old friend. It won't be too long. But I do want to know how things are going with you and your boyfriend before I go." Harley laughs, "Well Cyrus and I are... happy. That's the word to describe it. I am happy to finally have a drama free life." Blake grins, "I'm happy for you." Harley nods, "Well actually I want to thank you. You inspired me. I mean after you lost the love of your life you still were able to find love with Remy. Now that Gus and I are done I can have a new love with Cyrus. He makes me happier than I ever thought I could be after Gus. Like Remy does for you." Blake sighs, "Remy and I aren't together anymore Harley." Harley nods, "I know that. But I mean you still can get back together. I don't know I haven't seen you this happy since you were with Ross. I don't think there is any reason you and Remy can't give it another try is there?" Blake gives a nervous laugh. Across the room Olivia, Mel, Natalia, and Dinah are all talking. Mel looks at her watch, "Well I should go check on Leah." Olivia looks at Nat and Dinah, "Oh Emma is hosting a party for all of her little friends in the room upstairs." Dinah is surprised, "You left a bunch of preteen girls alone upstairs." Olivia nods, "I trust Emma. And the hotel maids that are keeping an eye on the room." The women laugh. Natalia looks at her watch, "Well Dinah and I should go check on our children in the nursery." Mel smiles, "Oh I'll see you guys later." After hugs Olivia and Mel go upstairs while Dinah and Natalia head to the nursery. O'Neill Boudreau Law Office: Mallet breaks into the room. He walks into Jeffrey's Office. Mallet has been calling Jeffrey all night. He can't go on having this secret about Dinah's child that she had in Europe, especially now that Anthony is born. Mallet sits at Jeffrey's desk, "I'm sorry Jeffrey. I'm not going to take anything that's not mine. But I need that information you got. I need it." Mallet goes through the drawers. He grabs some files. He accidentily drops them. Papers fall everywhere. On his hands and knees he tries to get everything back together. He finds a final marked Dinah. He takes it and puts it in his jacket. He puts the rest back and sneaks out of the office. Company: Buzz is cleaning up the diner. The party is closing down. Doris Wolfe walks over, "You need any help?" He laughs, "The Mayor of Springfield wants to help me clean my diner? What's gotten into you?" She sighs, "I've been at boring parties all night raving about how I'm going to make Springfield better to people who are sloppy drunk. I need to talk to someone else." He smiles, "Have you talked to the kids?" She sighs, "Ashlee called me on Christmas. She just seems different. I don't know she's more mature. Which is what I always wanted but... I don't know she acted like she wanted to come home but she couldn't." Buzz turns to her, "Really? Because I got the same feeling from Coop. And he said the writing thing isn't working out. I don't know. He keeps asking about home but says he and Ashlee need to stay in Europe." Doris sighs, "I was thinking about paying her a visit soon but I just don't have the time. I really want to call her later. I have had a hard night." He walks towards her, "Did you get your New Years kiss yet?" She laughs, "I can't remember the last time I got one of those." Buzz leans to her and kisses her. Doris is surprised by this. After she goes to say something but is interupted. Chief of Police Rusty Shayne walks in with other cops. Rusty walks to Doris, "Mayor Wolfe you are under arrest." Buzz stares in shock. Main Street: Jonathan and Liz are kissing. They stare into each other's eyes. Jonathan smiles, "Liz... I think this is going to be a good year." She nods, "I think so too." Aubrey is watching. Her body fills with rage. She stomps towards them but falls to her knees. She shouts, "Oww!! Oww!" Jonathan and Liz turn. They run to her. Aubrey is crying, "Ow it hurts! Ow!" Jonathan sits with her, "What's wrong? Tell me what's wrong." She cries, "Our baby Jonathan. Something is wrong with the baby!" Liz holds her hand, "Okay just tell us where it hurts." Aubrey digs her nails into Liz's hand. Liz pulls it away. Jonathan helps her up, "Aubrey we are going to take you to Cedars." They walk to the car. Liz looks at her hand. Aubrey broke the skin. Liz rubs it and walks towards the car. Rafe is watching them from across the street. PART TWO: Towers: Shayne looks at his watch, "We should probably get home. It's getting late." Marina nods, "I am getting tired." Rocky turns, "Oh man! I left my jacket in the restroom. I'm going to get it. If I don't come back in two minutes come check on me." Shayne and Marina laugh. After he leaves Marina turns to him. She sighs, "Should we talk about what happened?" He looks at her, "Did I startle you?" She laughs, "A little. It was just... I haven't kissed you since we used to date and... was it appropriate?" Shayne laughs, "I hope so I enjoyed it." She shoves him, "You know what I mean. Your dating my Uncle. Wow it's still weird to say that." He sighs, "Is it still weird for you? That I'm in a relationship with Rocky?" She looks down, "Sometimes. Shayne I wanted to tell you-" Rocky walks over, "I got it. We can go." Shayne smiles, "Uh great. Let's go." The three of them leave. Outside Marah is with Jeffrey. She smiles, "Do you remember when we first made love on New Yaar." He nods, "Of course I do. Before that I had no idea that we were going to be more than what we already were." She grins, "And now look at us. Jeffrey we have come so far from where were back then. I know you are still a lone wolf. But I want to be with you by your side." Jeffrey takes Marah's hand, "I want you there with me too." The two kiss. Beacon: Olivia and Mel walk down the hall. Mel looks at her, "So last time we talked you said you were growing feelings for Gus. What is going on with that?" Olivia sighs, "I don't know. We've never liked each other. He always seemed like a jerk to me. And he's a Spaulding." Mel nods, "That's what I kept saying about Alan Michael but now I'm in love with him and getting involved in a lot of stuff." Olivia turns to her, "Like what?" Mel sighs, "Well as you know Phillip announced he is going to try and take back Spaulding Enterprises. But if he had waited Alan Michael was about to announce the same thing." Olivia gasps, "Oh God! Really? Wow that is going to cause a lot of drama." Mel nods, "Don't I know it. But I'm going to help him every step of the way." Olivia smiles, "Well I will be here for you. I've ran Spaulding before so I know how hard it is to get there." Mel hugs her, "Your a great friend. Downstairs Blake is with Harley. Blake looks at her watch, "I need to get going. I have to finish packing and I leave later in the morning." Harley hugs her, "I'm going to miss you. Call me and when you get back we can hang out. We haven't hung out in a while." Blake nods, "I know. I got to go. I'll see you Harley." Harley smiles, "Bye." Cyrus walks over to Harley, "I couldn't help but overhear." She laughs, "You were listening." He smiles, "I heard how happy you are. Is that true?" She nods, "Of course it is. Come here." The two kiss. Jonathan's Car: Jonathan is going to Cedars. Aubrey turns to him, "You know what. It stopped." Jonathan looks at her, "What?" She smiles, "I feel a lot better. I think it was just a little scare. I'm fine. I think we should go home." Jonathan shakes his head, "No we are still getting you checked on." Aubrey shakes her head, 'Listen I have a sonogram in a few weeks. We can wait. I'm fine. I promise Jonathan." Liz looks at him, "Jonathan, Sarah is getting sleepy. I think we need to get her home. We didn't plan to be out this late." Aubrey looks at him, "See. Jon just take us home. Please?" After a few minutes Jonathan agrees. He turns the car, "Okay. But if you feel anything out of the ordinary I am rushing you here." Aubrey kisses him on the cheek, "You are just the best husband in the world. I don't know what would happen if I didn't have you." Jonathan looks at Liz through the mirror. The two make eye contact. Police Station: Doris is being walked over to a desk. Buzz approaches her, "I heard Doris. What were you doing with bribary, blackmail, I mean is that true?" Doris sighs, "Buzz... being a mayor is a difficult job. But I can't talk to anyone until I get a lawyer." Buzz worries, "Doris I keep hearing the news. They say that you could do jail time for these things." Doris sighs, "Ever since I got involved with Alan Spaulding I started doing things I'm not proud of. Now I'm afraid my karma has come back to bite me in the ass." Buzz looks around, "What, what can I do?" Doris has tears in her eyes, "I know it's late you should go home." Buzz shakes his head, "I'm not going home. Now you need to just tell me what's going on. We're friends right." Doris nods, "Yes we are. But I don't think anyone can get me out of this one Buzz." Doris is walked away in her handcuffs. Buzz goes to make a call. It's to Europe. He finally gets through, "Hello Coop? Hi. Yes.... Coop listen I need to talk to Ashlee. Her mother is in trouble. Coop, listen it's time for you and Ashlee to come home. You and Ashlee need to come back to Springfield." Malah House: Mallet sits at a desk in the livingroom. He has the file on the desk. He opens it up. The file is all unorganized. Papers are out of order. He finds one that is a sort of birth certificate. He then finds another piece of paper. He reads it. It's about a fire at a European orphanage. Mallet puts the paper down, "Oh my... Oh my God. No. Dinah's child that she had in Europe is dead." Just then Dinah opens the door, "I'm home! You didn't make it to the party what happened?" Mallet hides the file, "I had to do a few things. I'm sorry I missed it. Was it fun?" She nods, "I had a lot of fun. But I'm kind of sad. 2008 has been the best year of my life and now it's over. I just hope that 2009 is just as good as the last year." Mallet hugs her. PREVIEWS: Dinah is shocked by what she finds! Doris and Buzz have a surprise Aubrey gets a visit Jonathan and Cassandra catch up Alan Michael confronts Phillip Gus is ready to talk with Olivia

It's New Years Eve in Springfield.... Towers: The Lewises are hosting a huge party. A big announcement is about to be made. Shayne kisses Rocky, "Are you excited?" Rocky nods, "Yeah I think your family is going to have a big year in 2009 and I'm glad to be a part of it." Shayne grins, "I'm going to be working a lot but I'll be earning a lot of money for the baby." Rocky smiles, "I can't believe that 2009 is the year we become parents. It's so hard to believe." Shayne hears his family call his name, "Oh I need to get over there. But stick around because I still need a kiss at new year." Rocky nods, "I wouldn't miss it." Shayne walks over by his family. Across the room Michelle approaches Marina, "Hey I didn't expect to see you here." Marina smiles, "Well I'm here for my friend Shayne." Michelle nods, "I'm here for my friend Bill. This is going to be a big year for the Lewises." Marina sighs, "It's been a difficult year but 2009 will be a better year." Michelle smiles, "I certainly hope so. If it wasn't for my children I don't know how I would get through this. It's just comforting knowing I'll always have a piece of Danny." Marina puts her hand on her stomach, "I think I understand." Michelle looks at her, "What do you mean?" Marina takes a deep breathe, "Michelle..... I'm pregnant. I'm carrying Danny's child." Michelle stares in shock. Beacon: The Beacon is hosting it's annual New Year Party. Natalia and Olivia are the hosts. Olivia smiles at her, "Wow this is going to be great. Your going to do great tonight." She sighs, "I'm nervous. I mean the Beacon is such a great hotel. I can't believe I'm going to have this big job." Mel and Dinah walk over. Dinah smiles, "What's going on." Olivia grins, "Well I was going to wait until later to tell everyone but I will tell you tonight. I decided to sell half of the Beacon again. And now Natalia is my co owner of The Beacon Hotel." Mel hugs Natalia, "Congratulations. That's so great! So you two are going to be running this hotel together?" Natalia nods, "Yes. I can't believe how far I've come from being the maid here." Dinah pats her on the back, "Well you earned it sweetheart." Natalia looks at all of them, "Thank you guys. You have been the best friends this year and I love you girls!" The four women hug. Upstairs Blake knocks on a door. Remy answers, "Hello Blake." Blake sighs, "Remy. I got your note. I only came to tell you goodbye." He scoffs, "Goodbye?" She sighs, "Remy I'm going out of town for a little while. 'Light Talk' is going to take a small break while I take my vacation time. I have somewhere I have to be." He shakes his head, "I knew it. I knew this would happen eventually." She walks into the room, "What Remy?" He sighs, "Your going to find him aren't you?" She stares at him, "This isn't your business! Remy why did you invite me here to argue?" He walks towards her, "You forgot? Our anniversary?" She shakes her head, "What?" He takes her hand, "The first night we made love?" Blake looks into his eyes. Main Street: People are getting ready to ring in the new year on main street. Jonathan and Liz sit on a bench. Aubrey has taken Sarah to go get a snack. Liz turns to him, "We need to tell her Jonathan. We need to tell Aubrey what happened on Christmas." He sighs, "Not tonight! Liz this is not something you tell someone in the middle of Main street." Liz shakes her head, "Believe me she would want to know. I've been there. I can't believe we did this. I feel like such a hypocrite!" Jonathan turns to her, "Liz you know how I feel about you. I am going to end things with Aubrey." She scoffs, "What is it your New Year Resolution?" He laughs, "No. That is the same as always. To be an even better father to Sarah." Liz smiles, "We have a great little girl. We are so blessed." Jonathan takes Liz's hand. They stare into each other's eyes. A few yards away Aubrey is staring at them while Sarah is holding her hand. Rafe bumps into her. Aubrey scoffs, "Watch where your going kid I'm pregnant." He laughs, "Aren't you cranky?" She stares at him for a moment. Towers: Michelle looks at Marina, "Oh my God! Your having Danny's child?" Marina nods, "Yeah. I found out a few weeks ago." Michelle hugs her, "Marina! Oh my God! I'm so happy for you. This is a miracle. One last child of Danny's. Oh you need to tell the kids. And just... I'm so happy for you. This is your last gift from Danny for you to treasure." Marina sighs, "Michelle.... I am just not in a stable place anymore. I haven't been the same since Danny passed away. Even before that I wasn't... I just can't handle all of it right now. So I've decided on adoption." Michelle is in shock, "Are you giving Danny's child away to a stranger?" Marina shakes her head, "No. I'm going to have Shayne and Rocky raise this child." Michelle goes to say something but attention turns to the front of the room. The Lewises stand in front. Billy smiles, "Everyone we want to thank you for joining us this evening. As you all know the businesses in our family have all been through a lot this year. But me, my wife Vanessa, and my brother Josh have been busy. We have been putting together something big for us all to be a part of." Vanessa and Josh remove a sheet and reveal a sign. The sign is huge and reads: Lewis Enterprises Beacon: Cyrus and Harley sit on the couch in the lobby. She smiles, "It's so great that we are out as a real official couple." He nods, "2009 is going to rock!" She laughs, "I am so glad that I have you. You sexy Aussie! You came into my world and turned it upside down. But you have made me so happy and reminded me how to have fun." Cyrus grins, "And you have made me believe in love again. I've had my heart broken in the past but with you I feel like I can have a happy relationship without all of the drama." She holds his hand, "I know at first we didn't want a relationship but I think we are in one now." He laughs, "Relationship. Who knew?" She sighs, "Thank you Cyrus. Thank you for basically saving me." He grins, "Thank you for letting me into your family with your beautiful children and loving home." The two lean in and kiss. Upstairs Blake is with Remy. She looks at him, "Wow it's really been a year. Since the whole shower thing." He laughs, "Yep. We both ended up naked in the shower and ended up staying to steam it up." She smiles, "Remy you helped me so much at a time in my life where I really needed someone." He nods, "And you did the same for me. And I don't know about you Blake but I really need someone right now." She gets up, "I can't do this! I can't do this Remy! Just please stop!" He shakes his head, "Blake I'm not giving up on you. On us!" She sighs, "Well I'm sorry but this is how it ends." She walks out and slams the door. Remy stands there in shock for a moment. He shakes his head, "It can't end like this!" He runs and opens to door. Blake is standing right there and jumps into his arms. He kisses her. He carriers her to the bathroom. The shower starts running. Main Street: Liz looks at Jonathan, "What are we going to do about the Aubrey situation once you end things?" He sighs, "Well I think I'll get a place for her to stay while she's pregnant. And maybe I'll stay with you and Sarah at the farmhouse." Liz nods, "Like a real family. It's like my dream." He smiles, "I feel corny saying this but I always kind of hoped that we would be able to do that for Sarah." They stare into each other's eyes. Liz leans close to Jonathan. Aubrey runs over, "You guys!" They jump up, "What?" Aubrey is freaking out, "Sarah! I turned my back for a minute and she's gone! Someone might have grabbed her." Liz's heart drops, "Oh God! Sarah!" Jonathan looks around, "Alan might have done it! Sarah? Sarah!" The three go running around Main Street. Aubrey sees a teddy bear lying on the ground. She turns, "Jonathan!" Jon runs over and picks it up, "This is Sarah's!" Aubrey cries, "Oh my Baby!" They continue searching. PART TWO: Towers: Vanessa talks to everyone, "Lewis Enterprises is going to be the future for Springfield. We are going to be offering more jobs in all of the areas we will be covering." Josh smiles, "And don't think Lewis Construction is gone. We are still going strong. We are now a part of Lewis Enterprises. Also Melinda Sue and Marah will both be continuing the fashion business." Mindy walks to the front, "M&M Lewis Fashion will be a part of Lewis Enterprises as well. This is going to a family business that will benefit everyone greatly." Billy smiles, "We want to thank you all and have a happy new year everyone!" The room is filled with applause. Someone bumps Rocky and spills a drink on his shirt. Rocky sighs, "Man! I need to go clean up." Rocky goes into the restroom to clean his shirt. Across the room Michelle is with Marina, "I'm sorry about my reaction I'm just surprised." Marina nods, "Well Shayne and I are very close. And Rocky is family. So it's not like my baby will be gone. It'll just be with them. They will be great parents I know it." Michelle worries about her. Shayne walks over to Marina, "Hey have you seen Rocky?" Marina shakes her head, "No I haven't. Why?" Shayne sighs, "We are kissing at new year and there isn't a whole lot of time left." They all look around the room. Beacon: Natalia and Olivia stand in front of everyone. Olivia grins, "We'd like to thank you all for making the Beacon Hotel your choice for celebrating the new year." Natalia looks around, "And we have lowered prices on rooms for the night. Those of you who have drank more than you planned please take a room and don't try and drive home. We want everyone safe." Olivia nods, "Everyone enjoy your evening and have a happy new year." The ladies step down. Upstairs Remy and Blake are in their room. The shower is running. Blake rips off Remy's shirt. Remy unbuttons her shirt. They open the shower door and stumble in while still undressing. Remy picks her up and puts her up against the wall. Remy kisses her neck. They continue to tear off their clothes. The two are kissing under the hot shower. Steam fills the bathroom. Remy and Blake make hot passionate love. Main Street: Liz is running up to people, "Excuse me! Have you seen a little girl? Dark hair, about this tall? Her name is Sarah. She's my daughter. She is missing! Please!" Jonathan sighs, "Aubrey would you take her to the car. We should get home. We'll throw confetti in the car or something but everyone is a little shaken." Aubrey nods, "Yeah we should go." Jonathan sighs, "You go to the car. We're going to grab our stuff." Aubrey hesitates, "Uh... yeah okay." Jonathan and Liz get their stuff from the bench. Liz wipes tears, "I was so afraid that I'd lost her again. I just..." He hugs her, "We won't lose her. Okay? I promise. Sarah's going to be fine." Aubrey puts Sarah into the car. She looks at the clock and sees how close it is to midnight. Towers: Jeffrey O'Neill leaves the party. He doesn't want to be the only one who doesn't have someone to kiss at midnight. Jeffrey is on the elevator. He gets to the bottom and the doors open. He is shocked by what he sees, "Oh my God! Marah your back!" Upstairs the party is counting down the time. Bill walks over to Michelle, "Hey friend. Do you have anyone to kiss at midnight?" She laughs, "Are you hinting at something Bill Lewis?" He grins, "Maybe." Across the room Marina is with Shayne. Main Street: Aubrey is waiting with Sarah in the car and gets impatient. She starts to walk out. She looks over and sees Jonathan with Liz. She is filled with anger. Christmas continues in Springfield.... Company: The Coopers all stare in shock. Marina stands with Shayne and Rocky. Marina nods, "It's true. I'm giving my child to Shayne and Rocky to raise." Buzz shakes his head, "I.... I don't understand. This is a pretty big decision. When did all of this happen?" Shayne smiles, "After the ceremony. That's what Marina was upset about. Then Rocky and I decided to take the big step and raise this child as our own." Marina looks at them, "And I am so grateful. They will be good fathers to my child. I think Danny would be happy with this decision." Rocky walks over to his father, "Your going to have a Grandchild." Buzz nods, "Or is it a Great Grandchild?" Rocky sighs, "Both? I don't know we can work it out. But this baby is a Cooper in so many other ways." Buzz hugs his Son. Cyrus walks over to the door to try and sneak out. He is followed by Lucy who stops him outside, "Hey! I need to talk to you." He sighs, "Lucy I need to get going." Lucy grabs his arm, "How long have you been dating Harley?" Cyrus is surprised by her question. Marina walks over to Harley inside, "Aunt Harley please tell me you will be on our side about this." Harley sighs, "This is not about sides. Mel's House: Alan Michael and Mel sit in the kitchen. Mel smiles at him, "Look at you. The big family man. Your whole family would probably be spending the holiday a part if it weren't for you. You are keeping them together." He sighs, "I just wish I could do more. If only I had control of the Company. I would really turn things around. Make the Spaulding name something to be proud of." Mel nods, "Why don't you?" He turns to her, "What?" She smiles, "You are a good businessman. You should go for the Company. You have a good shot." He is confused, "I thought you hated the business stuff. I didn't want you involved in it." She sighs, "I do dislike it strongly. But like you said. You can make it something to be proud of. I believe in you Alan Michael. If anyone can do it you can." He grins, "When you say that I actually believe you Mel. I might have a shot at saving the company from Cassie." Mel nods, "So it's settled. You are going to work your way to taking back Spaulding Enterprises for you family.' Alan Michael is excited for this idea. Malah House: Blake walks away on her phone. She is in shock, "Oh my God. Ross! I can't believe it's you... You remembered our anniversary.... Of course you would but.... I love you so much and I miss you every single day.... Oh they are great. Clarissa is going to start making her schedule for High School soon. Jason is still doing well in school. Kevin... there is a lot going on with Kevin but, I am taking care of him.... Oh Dinah. She is just amazing. You know how hard it is for me to say that. She is a great mother.... You should be proud of her and your little Grandson Anthony..... What? I don't understand what are you....... But the kids have school I can't just..... I will Ross. I'll do it." Blake keeps looking around to make sure no one is listening to her. Dinah and Mallet are upstairs in the nursery. Dinah lies Baby Anthony down for sleep. She smiles, "Look at him Mallet. He is just the best. I don't think I could dare to ask Santa for any more." He takes her hand, "Well to bad because you got something anyways." The two walk into the bedroom. He hands her a small box. She opens it, "Mallet you didn't have to." He grins, "I hope you like it." She pulls out a necklace, "It's beautiful." He nods, "There's a word on the back." She reads it, "Trust. That's what we've always needed." He smiles, "Now we have it." Mallet walks around and puts the necklace around her neck. This is by far Dinah's best Christmas. Bauer Home: Ray looks at Michelle, "These gifts are from Danny." Michelle backs up, "No. Ray I don't understand." He looks at her, "Michelle, Danny picked these out special months ago. He was having them made special." Michelle is speechless. Hope runs over, "Gifts!" Ray smiles, "These gifts your Daddy picked out a while ago before... he picked them for you." Hope and Robbie take their gifts. Michelle sits down. Ray hands her a box, "This one was for you." Michelle has tears in her eyes as she takes the box. She looks over at her children. Robbie is holding a beautiful watch. It has his initials on it. Hope is holding a locket with her initials on it as well. Hope runs over, "Open yours Mommy!" Michelle slowly opens hers. She is surprised by what she sees. Michelle holds it, "This is an old picture of me and my mother." The picture is now in a beautiful frame with a pattern that is also on the locket and watch. Michelle starts to cry. Her children hug her. Robbie looks at her, "Merry Christmas." Michelle kisses her children, "Oh Merry Christmas my angels." Across the room a photo of Danny sits on the mantel looking over at them. Outskirts: The bar is closed. Somehow Liz has gotten in. She has been drinking and crying. Jonathan walks in, "Somehow I knew I'd find your here." She sighs, "Just go back to your family that's where you belong." Jonathan sighs, "What about you?" She laughs, "Oh I am where I belong." He sits next to her, "The dirt. Remember?" She shakes her head, "No." He laughs, "That night we were drinking. I got into a fight with Coop. Tammy, Marina, Ava, Remy. They were all there. They all dragged Tammy away with their noses up while we were left where we belonged..." She nods, "In the dirt. I can't believe you remember that. We were smashed." He laughs, "Well it was a big night." She smiles, "That's right. That's when Sarah was conceived. That drunken night... here actually it was right here." He nods, "Yep you were broken up with Coop. I was dumped by Tammy. It was our consolation prize that ended up to be the best thing in our lives." She smiles, "Sarah... she is just the most beautiful little girl I've ever seen." Jonathan nods, "She looks like you Liz." She fights tears, "You sure she doesn't look like her Mother Aubrey?" Jonathan takes Liz's hand, "You are her mother Liz. Not Aubrey." They stare into each other's eyes. PART TWO: Company: Marina is shocked by what Harley revealed, "Uh... wow I just didn't see that one coming." Harley sighs, "Marina I'm so sorry. But I couldn't keep it from you." Marina takes a deep breathe, "You are dating Cyrus Foley." Harley takes Marina's hand, "I'm sorry that this hurts you." Marina shakes her head, "No, no, no. Harley, we broke up a long time ago. I fell back in love with Danny. I don't have feelings for Cyrus anymore." Harley smiles, "So your okay with it?" Marina sighs, "Well I don't know about that. I think he's dangerous but I don't know if he makes you happy. It's not like you guys were together while I was still with him. Harley if you really want to be with him then fight for him and never let go." Harley takes a deep breathe, "Wow I thought this would be a lot different." Marina sighs, "Well I know that there is the whole family thing. But if you have feelings for someone you should go for it no matter what. And if your family member is not with them or drifting then you don't have anything to feel sorry about." Harley is confused, "Where is all of this coming from?" Marina turns and sees Shayne with Rocky. She turns back, "Oh nothing." Across the room Buzz stands in front of the Coopers, "My family. I want to say how blessed I am to have each and every one of you here. I know Frank, Eleni, Coop, and Ashlee are not here right now. But I am happy knowing they are safe wherever they are. I love you all. Merry Christmas." Mel's House: Mel holds Alan Michale's hand, "Oh sweetheart. You are going to save your family." He nods, "I hope I can prove to them that I have what it takes." She shakes her head, "No. You don't need to prove anything to anyone. And we don't need to say anything today. It's Christmas. We'll wait until new year to make the annoucnment. Then you'll have your whole family to support you." Alan Michael grins, "Well I think it's time for us to make our speech." Suddenly attention is towards the side of the room. Beth stands, "Everyone. Phillip and I have something we want to say." Phillip sighs, "Well I wanted to wait but Beth insist that I do this now. I just want to first say Merry Christmas. Thanks to Mel for having us over to her lovley home. I know this has been a difficult year for the Spauldings in Springfield." Beth nods, "But soon things will change for the better." Phillip smiles, "I am going to announce right now, that I plan to run for CEO of Spaulding Enterprises and reclaim the family company. I will make this company something my children can be proud to be a part of. This family will rise to the top again!" The Spaulding all cheer for Phillip. Alan Michael and Mel are speechless. Cross Creek: Billy and Vanessa look at their family. Billy grins, "Thanks everyone for being here. Christmas is very special to us all and it's great to be able to spend it with the people that you really do love the most." Vanessa nods, "And you all have brought such joy into the cabin. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas to you all." The whole room is in smiles. Reva looks at Chandler, "You know your having fun." He nods, "The Lewis/Shayne clan is sure an interesting one." She smiles, "I told you. Stick with me and you'll have the time of your life kid." Chandler looks up, "Uh-oh." Reva looks what, "Oh Mistletoe." Chandler smiles, "Well I guess if we have too." Reva laughs at what she thinks is a joke but is surprised when Chandler pulls her into a very real kiss. Aubrey looks around, "Where did Jonathan go?" Sarah walks over, "Mommy where did she go?" Aubrey smiles, "Who baby?" Sarah talks, "Mama Lizzie." Aubrey gets angry, "No. Sarah baby that is not your mama. I am. Don't be confused silly. She's not a nice lady. She's a stranger. And remember I said to stay away from strangers. And you are doing a good job baby." Aubrey hugs Sarah. Outskirts: Liz looks at Jonathan, "So you and Aubrey.... are you guys happy?" He sighs, "We were but... once we got to Springfield she just changed. I don't know. Maybe I did or... I never got over Tammy. But when I was with her it felt like she was healing me. But maybe she was just covering up wounds that needed to heal themselves." She turns to him, "Have you talked with her about it?" He shakes his head, "I try but she changes the subject. I made my decision but then she got pregnant and.... I'm just waiting until the holidays are over and then...." Liz is confused, "What?" He sighs, "I think I'm getting an annulment. I can't do this again. I can't make the same mistake with Aubrey that I made-" Liz stops him, "With me I remember. Our marriage wasn't real." He pours another drink, "I never forgave myself for hurting you Liz." She sighs, "I know. I have never forgiven myself for..... lots of things." Liz's drink falls over. He takes it, "Remind me to call us a cab. We can't go out like this." She laughs, "Oh man. I just keep having deja vous!" He walks over to the other side of the bar. He starts cleaning it, "I miss running this place. A lot of good memories." Liz helps him clean, "Yeah it's a pretty fun place. I think Reva and Billy still run it." He smiles, "It just reminds me of when we were carefree kids. I feel bad saying this but sometimes I miss those days. Do you ever miss being the two bad kids of Springfield. The Bad Boy and Bad Girl of Springfield!" She takes his hand, "This is really familiar." Jonathan and Liz look into each other's eyes. They lean close and kiss. They continue kissing. Moments later they find themselves in the backroom. They fall onto a bed. Liz rips off his jacket. He tears the buttons of her blouse. She kisses his chest. They are tearing off their clothes. Malah House: Blake hangs up her phone and walks into the living room. Kevin looks at her, "Who was that?" She hesitates, "Oh... uh, just someone from the station. Christmas is very special to Mallet and Dinah." Upstairs Mallet kisses Dinah's neck. He massages her chest. She turns around and kisses his lips. Michelle takes her picture and puts it up on the mantel. She walks over to Danny's picture, "Thank you my love." She blows him a kiss. Ed walks into the center of the room, "Hello everyone can I have your attention. Today is more than just presents and cookies. Today is about miracles, life, family, hope, and so much more. I am so glad that I have an amazing Son. A terrific daughter. Two handsome grandsons. And two beautiful Granddaughters. And some of the best friends I could have ever asked for. You all are just such great people. And now we are all together. It has been years since we had a real family Christmas. I mean I real one. So I just want to say thank you. Thank you for everything you have given me my family." Ed hugs his Grandchildren. The Bauers all get together for a family hug. The Lauren surprise was big! I can't wait to see where this is going! A lot is getting revealed! Ooh! Ashley is pissed off!!! I really liked the Natalia and Mark scenes as well. Good stuff with Bryan and Sabryn. I could feel her anger in her words. She seems really hurt. LOL! When Rufus was thanking Miss Jenkins! And great dialog with Sister Patterson and her mother! I love those three in scenes together! I liked Sharan explaining forgiving Mona. WOW! The flashback was a nice touch. It makes sense! The Paternity tests results were shocking! Great scene! I can't wait for the next episode. I feel like we are getting deeper into the characters. I feel like we are getting to know them better. Great job!

Thanks so much ML! I had so much fun writing this episode. It was difficult trying to keep a mood because there were so many different things going on. Yes. Rocky's guilt is very big. But he is using it the wrong way by making these commitments. Rocky and Shayne's age difference is starting to become apparent. Shayne is in his late 20's and Rocky is in his early 20's. Jonathan has never gotten over Tammy's death. I wanted his pain to be felt. Of course putting him in a situation simaler to Tammy's hit and run was going to stir emotions. Bill and Michelle have been friends since childhood. They will lean on each other during their struggles. With this episode it was a lot about Past, Present and Future! I wanted even the readers who didnt' watch Guiding Light on Television to understand what was going on. And I wanted people to be able to feel where these characters are now. Also to see a glimpse of their futures. Thanks for you comments!!!!!!!

Thanks ML! I've been keeping Mindy and Rick on the backburner because I knew Roxie was on her way to messing things up. Roxie and Mindy are long time rivals. Roxie has started to enjoy pushing Mindy's buttons. Oh and when Mindy was first pushed in the closet she started to just try and get the hallway to hear her but when she heard the frontdoor downstairs shut she started freaking out. Roxie kept Rick distracted. Shayne is moving too fast and Rocky is pulling away. The two are unknowingly destroying their relationship. Rocky needs to be honest with Shayne about how he feels about him and how he feels about Kevin or else the consquences will be serious. Kevin and Marina are involved now and could end up hurt. Jonathan is an exciting character so expect more of this from him! I'm glad you like the new Michelle. She is going to have a great future with FTL!

Thanks ML! Rocky hasn't been the same since his attacking. But after this kiss expect a lot of guilt. The Marina baby story is going to be big. Olivia always tires to grab everything she wants and right now she wants Gus. But she has never even liked Gus in the past so this is a shock to her. Gus and Olivia will have a strong bond but a relationship is still a question. Jonathan and Liz have always had somewhat of a messed up relationship so this was right up their allly. Vi is the villian of Springfield High. I have been busy but I'm stopping by the blogs later today.

Edmund and Alexandra's alliance is going to get him into some hott water. Josh and Reva have a lot ahead of them. Marah and Jeffrey will have a lot of ups and downs coming up.

I'm glad you like Darina too. Shayne and Rocky have a huge story coming up. Oh yes the Annie Dutton story is going to rock Springfield. There is going to be a huge build up.

Christmas is celebrated in Springfield... Bauer Home: Robbie and Hope run into the living room. Hope shouts, "Santa was here! He was here!" Michelle walks downstairs, "Hey babies. Oh look at all of your gifts." Robbie walks his sister to the tree. The two start looking through the presents. Ed walks down and hugs Michelle, "Merry Christmas my daughter." She smiles, "Merry Christmas Daddy." Rick and Mindy come over. Rick walks to his father and sister, "Merry Christmas guys." Mindy walks over, "We ready to open presents yet?" The kids shout, "Yes!" Rick walks over, "Well let's get started." Michelle stands by Rick, "So are you going over to Harley's later?" Rick nods, "Actually the Coopers are on their way over to Company. I talked to Jude this morning. And then I'm going to stop by Mel's and see Leah." Michelle sighs, "I know this is always hard for you." He nods, "I know but my kids should spend the holiday's with their mothers. It's good for them. I'll be fine." Rick sits with his niece and nephew. Michelle looks over across at the stockings. There is one empty hook. It was left for where Danny's would have been. Cross Creek: Vanessa walks downstairs. Billy is making breakfast, "Merry Christmas." Vanessa kisses him, "Oh Merry Christmas Darling." Billy smiles, "Do you think you got all the gifts that Santa promised you?" Vanessa grins, "I have everything I could ever hope for." Bill walks over with little HB and Emma, "Hey you guys Merry Christmas." Vanessa smiles, "Oh Merry Christmas!" Billy smiles, "Look at our little Grandson. His first Christmas!" Vanessa turns, "That reminds me. I need to call Dinah. I have to go over there later today to see my other Grand baby." Vanessa goes to make a call. I guess she couldn't make it back for the holiday's but I think things are just still complicated with that Jeffrey O'Neill. And as for Shayne he is spending the day with Rocky. But he said he'd come by tonight." Bill nods, "Well what about her?" Josh questions, "Her?" Bill continues, "Is she still coming over?" Josh knows he's talking about Reva. Company: Harley and her children walk in carrying gifts. Buzz runs over, "Hey there you are! You guys ready to start exchanging gifts soon?" Zach nods, "Oh yeah! We all chipped in and got you a great one this year!" Buzz grins, "Well first I need you to go in the back and help me get food ready. Come on!" They all go in the back. Lucy walks over to Harley, "Hey Merry Christmas." Harley hugs her, "Merry Christmas sweetheart." Lucy looks at her, "Wow you have a big smile on your face. What's up with that?" Harley laughs, "It's Christmas Lucy." Lucy shakes her head, "Nope. It's not that. It's something else," she gasps, "Oh my God! You met someone! Who is he?" Harley backs up, "Let's not do this." Lucy walks over, "Do I know him!" Just then Marina, Shayne, and Rocky all walk in. Marina walks over to Harley, "Hey Merry Christmas." Harley hugs her, "Merry Christmas." Lucy grins, "Merry Christmas. Excuse us. My sister and I have to go check someone." Harley is dragged off, "Lucy wait..." Marina turns to Shayne and Rocky, "I'm nervous guys. I don't know how everyone is going to react." Shayne looks at her, "Hey it doesn't matter. We are doing a great thing here and they are your family and will understand." Rocky sighs, "I guess we'll find out won't we?" The three sit at the table. Mel's House: The Spaulding's and Boudreau's share another holiday. Mel walks over to Alan Michael, "Oh sweetheart, "This is so great! I think this is going much better than Thanksgiving." Alan Michael smiles, "That's because you are the one who is putting it all together." Mel laughs, "Stop it." He nods, "Really! I mean you are just so beautiful, funny.... amazing. I mean all the reasons I love you." Mel stops and turns to him, "What did you say?" Alan Michael looks over, "I said that's why I love you." She takes a deep breathe, "This is the first time you've said that." Alan Michael is confused. Alan is looking in a mirror at his bruises. Phillip walks over, "Still hasn't healed yet?" Alan sighs, "What do you care. Jonathan Randall beat the hell out of me." Phillip scoffs, "Well you deserve it." Alan turns to him, "You think I don't know that?" Beth walks over, "Stop! It's Christmas. Now Lizzie is spending it with Jonathan. I don't like the idea but that is her choice. We all need to accept it." Cross Creek: Reva walks up to the door. Jonathan, Liz, and Aubrey follow. Reva smiles, "Oh! I can't believe I have my Son and Granddaughter back for the holidays!" Jonathan nods, "It's almost to good to be true." Aubrey takes Reva's hand and places it on her stomach, "And next year you'll have another Grandchild to share the holiday with." Reva grins, "Oh! I still can't believe it!" Liz sighs, "My family is not going to be happy. Not only am I spending the holiday's away from them but I'm with Jonathan. And we'll be celebrating with the Lewises." Reva nods, "Lizzie.... I know you are still upset with me for this whole thing but I appreciate that you are here today." Liz nods, "I understand Reva. That doesn't mean it's okay but I get it." Reva hugs her, "I do love you sweetheart." Aubrey clears her throat, "Well I'm cold so let's go in." Reva knocks on the door. Billy answers. He sees Jonathan, "Jon!" Jonathan hugs him, "Billy. It's great to see you man." Billy smiles, "This must be Aubrey. Reva told me about her." Aubrey smiles, "I've heard a lot about you too." Everyone is hugging Jonathan and Sarah. Liz stands in the back. She feels very out of place. Malah House: Mallet and Dinah are standing by the tree holding Anthony. Dinah smiles, "Wow.... just wow. I can't believe this. I mean this is my dream Mallet. I always wanted a big house on Christmas, big tree, family coming over, standing with my husband and my child. I can't believe I am finally here." Mallet hugs her, "I know. We are just... we are so blessed." Maureen walks downstairs, "Merry Christmas!" Mallet hugs her, "Merry Christmas Maureen." Dinah smiles, "Merry Christmas sweetie." The doorbell rings. Maureen opens. Blake and her children walk in. Blake walks in, "Merry Christmas everyone." Kevin is bringing in presents. Maureen walks over to him, "Let me help you with those." He looks down, "Uh... thanks yeah." She looks at him, "I'm.... glad your here. I don't want to lose our friendship Kevin." He nods, "Uh... neither do I." She smiles, "Merry Christmas Kevin." She gets up and walks over to the kitchen. Kevin decides to try and enjoy the day. PART TWO: Mel's House: Alan Michael looks at Mel, "What are you talking about?" She is shocked, "You never said that before." He laughs, "Mel of course I have." She shakes her head, "No! I've been waiting for it. I just thought... maybe you weren't.... I don't know but you just said it." He sighs, "Oh my God! Mel, I'm so so sorry. I can't believe I haven't been saying this to you every moment I look at you because I do! I do! I love you Mel Boudreau! I love you!" She jumps into his arms, "I love you too!" He looks into her eyes, "Mel.... you have made my life happier than I thought possible." She nods, "And you did the same thing for me. You are so great with Leah and.... I truly love you and treasure you!" The two kiss. Beth and Phillip sit together. Beth holds baby Penelope, "Look at our little girl Phillip. She's getting so big isn't she?" He smiles, "She is. I'm just worried about our other little girl." Beth sighs, "I know... but Phillip soon everything in this family will be what it is supposed to be. We have a plan remember." He looks around, "We can't talk about it here." She sighs, "Phillip. Once you do this it's going to change everything. You need to let them know soon." He nods, "I know but not yet. Just... not now." Beth and Phillip both look down at their little girl. Bauer Home: Rick and Mindy kiss. Mindy smiles, "This is just... one of the best Christmas's of my life!" He grins, "I'm glad. Because it's been a while since we spent Christmas as a couple." Mindy nods, "I know... but now we are finally back together Rick. After all of these years of growing up and trying to find out who we are. Who would have thought it would all lead to us finding our way back to each other as adults? It's like..." He smiles, "Fate?" She turns and kisses him. Michelle sits with her children. Hope jumps into her lap, "Merry Christmas Mommy!" Michelle kisses her, "Oh a Merry Christmas to you too my baby! Did you like all of your gifts?" Hope nods, "I love them!" Hope runs off to get some of her toys. The doorbell rings. Robbie runs over to answer it. Father Ray is at the door. Robbie hugs him, "Merry Christmas Uncle Ray!" Ray smiles, "Merry Christmas." Michelle walks over, "It's so great to see you!" He nods, "It's great to see you too. But I have some gifts." Michelle smiles, "Oh you didn't have to do that Ray." Ray whispers to her, "I didn't Michelle.... these are from Danny." Michelle is confused and speechless. Malah House: Maureen and Dinah are chatting. Jason walks over, "So what's going on over here?" Maureen smiles, "Oh I'm just talking about my job.." Jason nods, "What about it?" Maureen sighs, "Well I quit at the Pizza Parlor. This is going to be my job now. Dinah's paying me." Dinah smiles, "Maureen is going to be watching Anthony while we are at work. She is the only woman that Mallet and I trust enough. It's going to work out perfect because I go back to work in a few months. Reva is already talking to me about potential stories for the station." Jason looks at his sister, "Dinah I am just so happy for you. All of your dreams are really coming true." Dinah nods, "They are. They really are." They all look at baby Anthony. Across the room Blake's cell phone rings. She doesn't recognize the number. She answers, "Hello? Hello?" she walks out to the other room, "Who is this?.... Oh my God. Ross? Ross is that really you?" Cross Creek: Jonathan and Aubrey are playing with Sarah. Vanessa walks over to Aubrey, "Oh it's so nice to meet you. How far along are you?" Aubrey smiles, "Not very far yet. But I am so thrilled." Vanessa grins, "You are really going to love being a part of this whole Shayne/Lewis clan. I know I do." Aubrey takes a deep breathe, "I really think I could fit in." Liz watches from a distance. As a Spaudling at a Lewis party she feels out of place. Liz sees Sarah walking around, "Sarah. Baby come here." Sarah looks at her but turns around and runs off. Liz is heartbroken and embarrassed. You can ask me questions after you tell me your little secret. Just then Buzz walks in, "Look who I found outside." Cyrus walks in, "Uh hey." Harley stares, "What are you doing here?" Buzz smiles, "He's alone on Christmas so I dragged him in here." Cyrus sighs, "I really have to go." Buzz shakes his head, "Nonsense. Come on we have good food." As he walks out Cyrus makes eye contact with Harley. Lucy notices. Lucy grabs Harley, "Oh my God! You are with Cyrus Foley? Guillespie's brother?" Harley goes to speak but attention is turned to the front where Rocky and Shayne stand in front of the family. Rocky smiles, "We have an announcement to make." Shayne looks around, "Well I told Rocky about the ceremony. Now I'll admit he freaked but now it's back on and we hope to see you all there in a few months!" The room cheers. Rocky nods, "And we have another big announcement... Shayne and I are going to be adding someone to the family." Shayne grins, "We are adopting." Buzz is in shock, "What? Adopting? Already?" Rocky nods, "It's a big step but there is a mother who needs us and we are more than ready for this." Buzz looks at them, "Who is the mother?" Marina stands up, "I am... Decisions are made in Springfield....... Beacon: Gus walks into his room. He has bandages on his shoulder He was offered to stay with Natalia and Alan. Also an offer from Harley, and from Buzz. But he refuses. Gus walks over to the bed and lays down. There is a knock at the door. Gus shouts, "Who is it?" Olivia opens, "The owner of this hotel. I just wanted to see how you were doing?" Gus sighs, "I didn't expect to see you here." She looks at him, "Well as I said this is my hotel." He turns to her, "I'm glad to see your okay." She walks towards him, "I wish I could say the same for you." Gus laughs, "Me? Never better." She sits on the chair by his bed and stares, "Gus... I need to know something. Just please..." He is confused, "What's up Olivia?" She looks into his eyes, "Why?" He shakes his head, "Why? Why what?" She keeps looking, "You know what!" He looks down, "It's my job." She sighs, "Gus you have children of your own! You weren't on duty. And honestly we've never liked each other. You warned me but I didn't listen to you. Yet for some reason you still jump in front of me and took that bullet and I need to know why!" Gus is speechless. Marina's House: Rocky falls to the couch, "I... I... I don't even know what's happening right now. Are there hidden cameras? Is this a joke?" Shayne sighs, "Rocky please be open minded." Rocky scoffs, "Open minded?!?! Shayne..." Rocky sees Marina. Rocky takes Shayne to the other room. Shayne looks at him, "What?" Rocky shakes his head, "Oh my God! You not only tried to throw a wedding at me but now you've volunteered us to raise my niece's baby? I don't get how you don't get what's wrong with this!" Shayne sighs, "We are at this point in our lives anyways." Rocky is confused, "What? No we are not. I'm still in school. I'm not even sure about a career yet. It wasn't that long ago that I couldn't drink." Shayne sighs, "Rocky look at me. I'm heading to my late 20's. I have a good job at Lewis. I am ready to settle down." Rocky stares at Shayne, "Well this is just another reminder that there is an age difference between us. We are not in the same place in our lives which is what is causing these problems." Shayne corrects him, "We both know that Kevin Marler is causing these problems." Rocky gets nervous, "What do you mean?" Shayne stares, "What? Are you forgetting that he attacked you a few months ago?" Rocky nods, "Months ago! Can we move on! Please?" Shayne takes Rocky's hands, "Listen... maybe this was the sign. Remember that night you said there was some sort of sign. Remember who found you? Marina! Maybe somehow fate is giving us a child. Are you really going to turn this child down?" Rocky turns and sees Marina sitting in the other room rubbing her stomach. Club: Michelle is sweeping the floor. Bill runs over, "Hey I was thinking that this is very similar to our last club we had." Michelle laughs, "Oh yeah because we've had so many!" He nods, "We have!" She shakes her head, "No I don't think so." He smiles, "The Club House!" She puts down the broom, "Tell me you aren't talking about that old tree house in the middle of town!" He grins, "Yeah! That's the one! Remember all the fun we used to have." She nods, "Until your Mom would find out. She was always afraid of her Little Billy falling and breaking something." Bill sits, "Oh man we had so much fun. It was always an adventure. You, me, Ben. We would all go up there after school. No matter how hot or cold it was. It was always the place to go where kids could escape all the problems that the grownups were creating in Springfield." She sighs, "I really needed that after my Mom died." Bill looks at his watch, "We have time now." She turns to him, "What?" He grins, "Go up to the tree house come on!" She laughs, "No! Bill we are to old!" He keeps smiling, "Come on!" She sighs, "You know I can't so no to you and your big dimples!" He takes her hand, "Come on!" The two leave. Bauer Home: Mindy is pounding on the door of the closet, "Help! Somebody help me!" Mindy keeps kicking. Finally the chair tips over. Mindy pushes the door open. She runs out, "Oh my God!" She runs downstairs. She shouts, "Roxie! Roxie Shayne where the hell are you?" Mindy walks to the door and opens it. She walks out. Rusty Shayne is driving by and stops, "Hey there Melinda Sue. What seems to be the trouble." She walks over, "The trouble? Your psycho sister locked me upstairs in the closet! Like I'm some freaking animal!" He smiles, "Well I know Cassie can be a real..." She scoffs, "You know that's not who I'm talking about." He smirks, "Well I'll be... That Reva!" She kicks his car, "Roxie! Why do you have to be such a jerk!" He laughs, "I'm just teasing. You and Roxie used to do this stuff to each other all the time." Mindy shakes her head, "Well we aren't kids anymore. And I'm not going to let her get in between me and Rick. No one will do that." Rusty gets out of his car. He walks close to her, "No one?" She stares into his eyes. Old Mill Road: Jonathan is driving towards Alan. Natalia runs in front of Alan. Jonathan sees her face in the headlights. He pictures Tammy. Jonathan stops just in time. Natalia stares, "Please stop!" Jonathan gets out, "You need to leave!" Natalia shakes her head, "I know who you are now! You are Jonathan. Your Reva's son. Olivia's nephew. I know Olivia she's my friend." Jonathan scoffs, "Well good for you but I have business with your boyfriend Al. Right AL!" Natalia shakes her head, "He's not my boyfriend. He is my fiance, the father of my young baby boy, and he is.... Alan is the love of my life!" Alan turns to her, "Natalia..." She looks down, "It's true Alan... You are the love of my life! I love you Alan. So Jonathan you can't take him. I'm so sorry about what happened to your wife." Jonathan nods, "Tammy." Natalia cries, "Tammy. I'm so sorry for Tammy. I know about her. Everyone in Springfield talks about her all the time. I heard about her from Harley, Olivia, Dinah, Remy, and even Alan. Alan told me that the biggest mistake of his life was that night! And he never forgave himself. I'm not asking you to forgive him either! All I am asking is please don't take him away from me." Jonathan pulls out a gun. He aims it at Alan. Natalia falls to her feet, "No! Please! Oh no no!" Liz and Phillip run over. Liz shouts, "Jonathan no!" Jonathan is getting nervous. Spaulding Mansion: Cassandra puts down her phone. She just got an upsetting phone call. Tammy's Ghost appears to her, "What's going on Mom?" She looks up, "Hey Baby. It turns out that your brother RJ is enjoying his new boarding school and... he's not coming home for Christmas. He said that he's having fun up there and... it would just be us for Christmas. And now Edmund had fled town. I have no idea where he is. I'm gonna be alone for Christmas this year." Tammy walks over, "No. Are you forgetting me." She smiles, "No baby I haven't. Oh my Little Girl. It's just going to be the two of us this year." Tammy walks around Cassandra, "Just look at the bright side. The Spauldings are going to be in separate houses this year. The family is already falling a part. And it's all because of us." Cassandra smiles, "Oh yes. We are getting them back for taking you away from me." Tammy shakes her head, "But we aren't done yet are we Mom?" Cassandra shakes her head, "No?" Tammy nods, "We have so much more to do. You see now Alan has a little son. A son that he holds dear to his heart. We need to save that little boy before the Spauldings destroy him." Cassandra sighs, "I don't know. It's just a baby." Tammy scoffs, "I was your baby! And that didn't stop that bastard Alan did it? No! He took my life! He took your baby...." Cassandra nods, "And I'll take his." PART TWO: Beacon: Gus looks at Olivia, "I told you. It's my job Olivia. I'm a cop. A detective for the Springfield Police Department. It is my responsibility to protect the citizens of Springfield. All of them. That includes you." She shakes her head, "No. I don't think so. There is something else. Something that you are trying to hide." He gets angry, "Oh yeah? What? What the hell reason could I possibly have for saving your life besides that?" She stands up, "You know what Gus. I don't think either of us know. But we do know there is a reason." He shakes his head, "I think you are just a crazy woman with a little to much time on her hands." She sighs, "Maybe so. Gus you are in my hotel. We are going to be seeing a lot of each other. We should try to get along." He nods, "Yep." She looks around, "Can I get you anything?" He sighs, "No. But thanks Olivia. I'm fine." Olivia nods, "Okay... I guess I should be going." Gus looks over, "I'll see you Olivia." She turns before she leaves, "Gus... thank you." He doesn't say anything. Olivia leaves. After she leaves Gus puts his hand over his shoulder. He moans in pain. Gus's pain is more than he is letting on. Bauer Home: Mindy backs up from Rusty, "Listen... I don't know what your hinting at. All I have to say is your sister better stay away from me and Rick if she knows what's good for her." Rusty sighs, "I know. I'm gonna work with Roxie. I'm going to keep her away from you and Rick." Mindy sighs, "Thank you Rusty." He nods, "Don't mention it. I just... I'm worried about her. She hasn't been the same since, well everything. She's had a rough life and I just want you to be understanding of that." She scoffs, "Are you kidding? Roxie is a jealous bitch. She always has been and always will be." Rusty sighs, "Wow Melinda Sue. You never get over yourself do you?" She shakes her head, "What are you talking about?" He laughs, "Nothing I just thought you would have grown out of this by now. You know rich little Melinda Sue Lewis. Everyone is jealous of her and she is just so beautiful." Mindy scoffs, "This is ridiculous. It's cold. I have to get to work." Rusty speaks out, "Mindy?" She turns, "Yes Rusty?" He smiles, "You look nice today." She keeps walking. He watches her go back into the house. Tree House: Bill and Michelle walk inside. Michelle looks around, "I don't think this place is safe." He looks, "Hey I'm in construction. I'd know if this place wasn't going to be able to hold us." Michelle laughs, "Well I'm a doctor so if/when one of us gets seriously injured then my skills will come in handy." Bill looks around, "Wow this place has so many memories! I remember this is where we used to all get together and complain about our parents, sibling, everything else in our families." She sighs, "We really had some serious talks here. I mean we had a lot of fun but it was a serious place too." He walks over to her, "What was your favorite part of being here?" She looks around, "I think the main thing was escaping everything. I mean I love my family and my life, but sometimes it was nice to have this place to get away from it and be free. Even for just a little while." Bill nods, "Maybe we should come up here more often now a days." She laughs, "Are you kidding? We shouldn't even be up here now. First of all it's way to cold. Second, this is for children. It's a rule that no parents let alone adults are allowed up here. We had our chance here and now it's time for new generations to come and get away from all of the pain of growing up." Bill smiles, "Maybe that's what our club will be. A place to get away from everything." She nods, "I'd like that." Bill runs to the ladder, "I'm gonna race you!" She runs after him, "No! Your such a goof Lewis!" The two friends exit the tree house. Spaulding Mansion: Cassandra is decorating the tree. She picks up the angel. Her vision of Tammy appears, "My favorite." Cassandra nods, "Yes. Another Christmas where I don't have you to hang up the angel." Cassandra sits it down. Tammy nods, "Don't worry. I mean you have people to do this now. Decorate. We have bigger things to focus on now." Cassandra turns to her, "You mean the Spauldings." Tammy nods, "We need to prove it. Come 2009 this will no long be the Spaulding Mansion. It will be the Winslow Mansion." Cassandra nods, "Yes. The Winslow Mansion. I like it. We'll finally prove that this town underestimated us." Tammy grins, "And everyone will be sorry. Sorry that they let Alan take my life away." Cassandra walks around, "This whole place is ours Tammy. I've done all of it for you my Baby." Tammy nods, "I know Mom. But remember... we are no where near done..." Tammy fades away. Old Mill Road: Jonathan looks at Liz, "Lizzie you need to stay out of this." Phillip walks towards him, "Jonathan. Jonathan Randall do you know who I am?" Jonathan nods, "Your Lizzie's crazy father." Phillip nods, "So you've heard. Well then you probably know how I feel about my father. I despise him. He tore this family a part. And by far the worst thing he has ever done.... was being involved in Tammy's murder." Jonathan scoffs, "What are you saying?" Phillip looks at him, "Do it Jonathan! Pull the trigger." Natalia sobs, "Oh please no!" Jonathan turns to him, "What are you talking about?" Phillip sighs, "Jonathan! Listen! I know you want to kill him. He deserves it. So do it! But remember the consequences. It will costs you everything." Liz is staring at Jonathan. Phillip continues, "Years ago I made so many mistakes and it cost me my family for years. My children grew up without me and I had a Granddaughter I never met. Do you want that to happen to you?" Jonathan shouts, "Get the hell out of here!" Phillip shouts back, "If you don't give a damn then pull the damn trigger! What would Tammy want you to do?" Jonathan shakes. He puts his finger on the trigger but drops the gun on the ground. Natalia cries, "Oh thank you! Thank you!" Liz walks over to Jonathan, "Let's go home. Okay? We need to leave right now!" Phillip looks at Natalia tending to a bruised Alan. Phillip stares for a moment. Alan gets to his feet, "Thank you Son." Phillip sighs, "Who me? I was hoping he'd pull the damn trigger. Get out of here Alan." Phillip walks back to Liz and Jonathan. Natalia walks Alan to the car. Marina's House: Rocky looks at Shayne, "How can you be so sure about this?" Shayne smiles, "Because it's us. We have spent these past years falling in love. Now we are finally getting ready to celebrate a whole year since we came back to Springfield. And we are still together. Rocky we can get through anything. Don't you believe in us." Rocky hesitates, "Shayne, it's a big commitment." Shayne takes Rocky's hand, "I love you. We are going to spend the rest of our lives together. There is no commitment greater than that." Rocky nods, "I guess there isn't." Rocky and Shayne walk back into the room. Rocky walks towards Marina, "I guess we're going to do this." She cries, "Thank you. Thank you Rocky." The two hug. Shayne walks over, "We are gonna be a team. The three of us." Marina nods, "I would like it if you two could move in here with me? If it's not to much..." Shayne looks to Rocky. Shocking decisions in Springfield..... Marina's House: Shayne and Marina sit in the living room. Marina smiles, "Thanks for staying here last night." He nods, "No problem." The doorbell rings. Marina answers, "Hey Rocky." Rocky walks in, "So I heard Shayne stayed with you. Hope he didn't get on your nerves." She shakes her head, "No. He was great. I just have been really emotional lately." Rocky walks over and hugs Shayne, "I'm so sorry about our date last night. I lost track of time and....," Rocky notices Shayne's suit he slept in, "Wow you were really dressed up for last night." Shayne sighs, "Last night was supposed to be something more." Rocky is confused, "Okay Shayne I don't understand." Shayne looks into his eyes, "It was supposed to be our commitment ceremony." Rocky backs up, "What? I don't know what your talking about we haven't even set a date yet." Shayne nods, "I know but I wanted to surprise you with this. I wanted to make it easier for you." Rocky scoffs, "By planning our ceremony without me knowing about it?" Shayne gets offended, "Well it doesn't matter does it? Because you were busy doing something else weren't you?" Rocky gets nervous. Club: Heather Tom is now in the role of Michelle Bauer. Michelle walks into the club. The old building is still being worked on. She looks around, "Danny. You were opening this up and gonna make it a new club for Springfield. But looks like your dream hasn't been finished yet. But I will finish it for you." She runs her hand across the bar. She sits on a stool. She looks around, "Is there some sign here? Some sign of my future? Anything? Just something telling me that I'm going the right direction?" Suddenly she hears a sound from the back. Bill walks over, "Michelle? What are you doing here?" She is surprised< "I was about to ask you the same thing." He walks over with papers, "This is Ava's club she purchased. I realized we were paying bill's on this place and I came here and realized she was trying to open a club." She looks at her papers, "Danny left me this in his will." Bill and Michelle look at the pappers. Bill looks up, "You know what? I think Ava and Danny were working on this togehter." Michelle shakes her head, "Ava never told you?" Bill sighs, "Nope. I guess she wanted to suprise me or... I don't know. But now that she's in a coma I decided to come and try to finish it for her. You know?" She nods, "Yes. I know exactly what you mean Bill." The two friends smile at each other. Bauer Home: Mindy walks downstairs, "Hey Rick." Rick smiles, "Hi sweetie." They kiss. Rick grins, "Good morning. How'd you sleep?" She smiles, "Great! After last night..." The two giggle. Mindy sees the eggs, "Ooh you made me breakfast?" He turns, "Uh... you know what you can take mine." Mindy looks around, "But there's two plates." He nods, "Well the other isn't mine." Mindy is confused, "Then who's is it?" Roxie walks in from the other room, "Mindy. Good morning." Mindy is surprised, "What are you doing here Roxie?" Roxie grins, "Well I was up for a walk and was in the neighborhood and I thought I'd drop by and see the Bauers. And of course sweet Rick made me breakfast. Isn't he the best?" Mindy nods, "Yes. But you know some people aren't always awake this early when you surprise them." Roxie smiles, "Well lucky for me Rick was." Mindy stares at Roxie. Malah House: Dinah is holding her son. Mallet walks in, "Morning Babe. How's my boy?" Dinah smiles, "He's so great. He slept all night can you believe it?" Mallet smiles, "We have a great kid here." The doorbell rings. Mallet asnwers. Clarissa walks in, "Hi Mallet." He smiles, "Hello little Clarissa." Dinah looks over, "Oh yeah. They closed school today so I told Blake we'd watch Clarissa while she went to work." Mallet nods, "Sounds like a fun day." Clarissa walks into the livingroom, "I was wondering if I cuold invite Belinda Aitoro over?" Mallet looks at her, "Gus and Harley's daughter? Sure." Clarissa smiles, "Great! I'll go call her." Clarissa goes into the other room. Mallet sits, "Belinda. She's a cute kid. I've seen her over at Harley's." Dinah nods, "I don't know if I've seen her yet. I saw pictures she's cute. I think she's 12, 13? She looks familiar though. But I can never tell what it is about her." Mallet and Dinah look down at their son. Lillian's House: Lillian is getting ready for work. Beth walks over, "Mom I'm worried. I haven't seen Lizzie in weeks. She keeps calling me telling me she's vacationing but... I don't konw I just have this feeling something is going on." Lillian sighs, "Well tonight if your still worried we'll go see if we can find anything out." Lillian hugs her daughter and then walks out to her car. Phillip walks to Beth, "I'm worried Beth. Lizzie was very upset when she found out about Sarah and Jonathan. She could be anywhere." Lillian walks back into the house. Beth turns, "Mom is everything alright?" Lillian smiles, "I found someone on our front lawn." Liz walks behind her holding Sarah. Beth gasps, "Oh my God!" Phillip and Beth run over. Liz smiles, "This is your Granddaughter Sarah." Beth cries, "Sarah!" Phillip kisses Liz on the head, "You found your daughter!" Liz nods, "Jonathan brought her to me." Phillip gets angry, "Jonathan. Where is he?" Liz sighs, "Don't get mad at Jonathan. I'm mad enough. But we are trying to work together for Sarah's sake. He's at the farmhouse. But he promised not to do anything crazy." Everyone looks at little Sarah. Alan & Natalia's: Natalia is cleaning. There is a knock at the door. Natalia answers. Jonathan stands there, "Hello. I'm JB. I'm a friend of Rafe's is he home?" She nods, "Uh he might be. Will you wait here." She walks into the other room to find Rafe. Jonathan opens the door and sneaks in. He walks up the stairs. Alan is in the nursery looking at his son. Alan smiles, "Oh you... my Son. You are my second chance at happiness." Jonathan walks in, "What about Tammy? Will she get a second chance?" Alan turns around, "My God! Jonathan Randall! You are alive?" Jonathan walks closer, "Yep. I ain't no ghost Alan." Alan is in shock, "Sarah! Sarah is alive too! Oh my God! Does Elizabeth know abuot this? I have to see her." Jonathan pulls out a gun, "No. I don't think so.' Alan backs up, "Jonathan... listen. I don't expect you to believe me. But I have changed. I am very sorry for what happened to Tammy. I have never forgiven myself." Jonathan smiles, "Well we have that in common. I've never forgiven you either." Alan looks at the baby, "Please. Don't hurt my Son." Jonathan shakes his head, "No. Don't worry. I'm smarter than you. You see I'm not gonna make the same mistake you did. I'm gonna make sure I kill the right person." Jonathan leads Alan out of the room. PART TWO: Malah House: Mallet pulls into the driveway. He just came from Harley's. Belinda and Clarissa are in the backseat. Mallet smiles, "Oh Dinah said that she wants you guys to decorate our tree for us." Belinda smiles, "Oh cool!" Clarissa opens her door, "Let's go." Mallet is walking towards the house. Clarissa makes a snowball and throws it at him. He laughs, "Really? Really?" He picks up snow and tosses it at her. Belinda laughs and starts throwing snow too." The three get into a snowball fight. Dinah looks out the window. She smiles as she sees what a great father Mallet can be. But Belinda catches her eye. She still isn't sure what it is about her that she finds familar. Bauer Home: Mindy walks back downstairs after getting dressed. Roxie waves, "You look cute." Mindy sighs, "Where did Rick go?" Roxie looks around, "Now I just can't seem to remember." Mindy shakes her head, "I don't know why I even asked you.' Roxie gets up, "Is something bothering you Mindy because you've been, well frankly quite a bitch today." Mindy turns, "Excuse me? You came into our house this morning. Do you know how rude that is?" Roxie scoffs, "It's Rick's house and he let me in! I didn't barge in. I don't konw what your so jealous about." Mindy backs up, "Jealous of you? You are a whitetrashy bitch! You've been jealous of me since we were kids. Now I'm going to look for Rick. I don't want to see you when I get back." Mindy walks upstairs. She sees some of her shoes in the hall. She picks them up and puts them in the closet. Roxie sneaks up behind her and pushes her into the closet. Mindy shouts, "What the hell?" Roxie grabs a chair and puts it against the door. Mindy pounds on the door, "Hey!" Roxie runs downstairs. Rick walks in, "Where is Mindy?" Roxie sighs, "Uh... I think she got a ride to work. But Rick do you think you could give me a ride home?" Rick nods, "Uh sure yeah." Roxie smiles, "Thank you." The two walk out while Mindy is still stuck in the closet. Club: Bill and Michelle sit at the bar. Bill looks around, "This is such a cool place. I mean after we get it all done it's going to rock." Michelle laughs, "Oh I hope so. But as long as I am in charge of how to decorate it." Bill nods, "And I'll have the company work on construction." Michelle smiles, "We are gonna have so much fun." Bill sits back, "This is great. I'm working on a club with my best friend I've had my whole lfie." Michelle sighs, "If only Ben were here. The three of us would totally have a great time." Bill hugs her, "I know. You know what we are going to have a great time. Our lives have been so crappy latley and it's time we had fun. And who better to do it with then your best friend?" Michelle smiles, "We are really doing this? We are going to be business partners?" Bill nods, "Yeah. I mean we know we have what it takes. And... maybe this is some sort of sign. I don't know. But it can't just be a coincidence that we are here." Michelle puts out her hand, "Deal?" Bill shakes her hand, "Deal." Marina's House: Rocky sits down, "I'm not really.... I don't even know what to say right now this is too much." Shayne sighs, "I'm sorry..." Marina turns to Shayne< "I don't think we should do this right now Shayne... It's not the right time." Rocky looks up, "The time for what?" Shayne looks at Marina, "You need to tell him." Marina walks over, "Rocky... I'm pregnant." Rocky sits up, "Oh my God. Danny's baby?" She nods, "Yes. But I am not ready to raise a child and I... I wasn't sure what I was going to do about my baby when Shayne came along." Rocky turns, "Shayne?" Shayne sits, "Rocky I told her that you and I could help her out with this." Rocky nods, "Of course. Whatever you need. We'll do anything. Marina we're here for you and your baby." Shayne takes Rocky's hand, "Rocky... I told her we'd help her with the baby. That we would raise her baby." Rocky stares in shock. Lillian's House: Phillip, Beth and Liz sit with Sarah. Sarah walks around. Beth is crying, "I can't believe how big she is. She's walking." Liz nods, "I know. She does talk but she's really shy." Sarah stumbles over to Phillip. He smiles, "Hi. What's your name?" She grins, "Sarah." They all smile at her. Liz looks at them, "I know you guys are upset with Jon. I am too but he is her father." Phillip nods, "And your her mother. But that didn't stop him from taking her away from you." Liz nods, "I know. But we need to think about what is best for her right now. Jonathan and I have talked about this a lot. And Aubrey..." Beth turns, "Who is Aubrey?" Liz sighs, "Aubrey is Jonathan's new wife. She's pregnant now." Phillip sits back, "As if it wasn't complicated enough." Liz nods, "Well Jonathan has matured a lot." Lillian walks over, "I just got off the phone with Natalia. Alan has gone missing. Natalia said a young man was at her door. Tall, mid twenties, short dark hair." Liz gasps, "Oh God! Jonathan!" Old Mill Road: Jonathan stops the car. He pushes Alan out. Jonathan is still holding a gun on him. Only now he has a bat in his other hand. Jonathan walks over, "You been here before Alan? Or do you just send people here? People like Mark Guillespie. Don't worry about him though. I'm gonna find Guillespie. But first I'm focusing on you." Alan backs up, "Jonathan... I know what I did was wrong but two wrongs don't make a right." Jonathan shakes his head, "Damn do I hate cliches!" He smacks Alan in the arm with the bat. Alan falls, "Ah! God! Joanthan please! Listen to me! I have a baby now! A little boy who needs me!" Jonathan nods, "A baby huh? What like Sarah? Sarah who needed someone like Tammy to love her and teach her?" Jonathan slams the bat down on Alan. Alan is bruised up, "Jonathan..." Jonathan walks to his car and turns it on. Jonathan shouts, "How does this sound Alan? How about I give you the same fate as Tammy! Huh! Guillespie aimed his car at me. He shined the headlights in my eyes. Then Tammy ran out and got killed instead! Now it's time for payback!" Alan is blinded by the headlights as he tries to come to his feet. Jonathan puts his foot on the gas. Natalia comes running over, "No!!!!!" PREVIEWS: Natalia jumps in front of Alan! Oh yes this is going to be a big story. Marina is torn about what to do with her child and Shayne's offer is tempting. But Shayne is making a lot of big decisions without Rocky. Rocky hasn't been the same since the attacking. Now it seems that Shayne and Rocky are growing a part. Rocky needs to make his decision soon. The longer he waits the worse things will get. We totally agree about Jon! I want him to get in touch with his bad boy side. Same thing was going on with Liz. She has grown a lot but Jonathan and Sarah coming back into her life made her revert back to old behaviors. The Liz/Jonathan/Aubrey story is going to get bigger and bigger. I don't think anyone will see the ending coming! Thanks Matt!

Surprising actions are taken in Springfield..... Gardens: Everyone has put on coats. Buzz walks over to Reva, "Hey." She sighs, "Oh Buzz. This is just so hard to watch. Have you been able to get a hold of Rocky?" Buzz shakes his head, "He's not picking up. I knew this surprise thing was gonna be difficult." Reva nods, "Oh I know! I just hoped I would be wrong." Buzz sighs, "Well I was supposed to be at Company but Lucy went for me. I don't know what's going on." They turn and see Josh with Shayne. Josh sighs, "Son. Your sister had to go. So did Lucy. Maybe we should just cancel this." Shayne shakes his head, "No! I know Rocky will be here. I know he will. You just don't want me to do this." Josh puts his arm around Shayne, "Son I want you to be happy. And right now you look devastated." Shayne keeps shaking his head, "I'm just anxious. Tonight is a big night." Reva walks over to Marina, "Are you okay sweetheart?" Marina has tears on her face, "Well it looks like Rocky isn't showing up." Reva sighs, "We don't know that." Marina throws her purse, "He's not coming!" All eyes are on Marina. Carriage House: Rocky and Kevin are in a passionate kiss. Rocky backs up, "I got to go." Kevin shakes his head, "Nope. No." Rocky sighs, "I have a date. I'm so so late!" Kevin holds Rocky, "Listen! This is proving it! You want to be here. You don't want to be with Shayne!" The two kiss again. Rocky pushes him, "No! That's a lie!" Kevin walks to Rocky, "Listen. I spent my whole life trying to be something I'm not. Now I'm done! I don't care what people think about me. I'm sick of fighting who I am with you!" Rocky cries, "I know!" The two go back to kissing. Rocky has his hands on Kevin's face. The two are caught up in the moment Just then Blake pulls her car into the driveway. She gets parks her car. Beacon: Olivia walks into her room. She just got back from the hospital. She stops and looks in the mirror. For some reason it's not the same as before. She looks different. Olivia walks over to the desk. She opens a drawer. She pulls out a photo. It's of her and Bill. She sighs, "Bill... I really thought you were the one. I thought we were gonna be together forever. But fate had other plans. Then again. Everyone thought Gus and Harley were going to be together forever." Olivia sits down. "But Gus is a Spaulding. Just like Alan and Phillip. But Gus is different. He's hero. He's my hero. But.... he's Natalia's ex. Natalia is my friend. But then again she's with Alan who's my ex." She throws herself down on the bed. She wonders. Why is she thinking about a relationship with Gus Aitoro? Natalia's House: Rafe pushes Vi, "You for someone with a boyfriend, you sure like other men." She shakes her head, "I don't like you. We are using each other. There is a difference." Rafe walks around, "It's so cute how Maureen thinks you two are friends." Vi sighs, "Oh God! That girl is so annoying. But she'll be put in her place soon enough." He sits, "As long as I stick with he plan. You owe me one." Vi scoffs, "Please! I need you to seduce Maureen. This is every guys dream. Taking a girls virginity. The forbidden fruit. Getting further then all her other boyfriends." Rafe nods, "Yes. And then when everyone finds out she slept with the bad boy Rafe, she's gonna have a scarlet letter on her chest." She nods, "Yes. Then Jason and Kevin will be disgusted with her." He stares at her, "So which do you want? Kevin or Jason?" She laughs, "Well can't I have my cake and eat it too?" He walks towards her, "Then what am I?" She smiles, "You my friend are the cherry on top of my success to taking down the innocent Maureen Reardon." The two start to kiss again. Gardens: Buzz walks over to Marina, "Hey sweetheart maybe we should take a walk? Take a breathe?" Marina shouts, "No! I'm just saying that we are here to discuss love and how permanent it is but we all know it's a bunch of bull right?" Shayne sighs, "Marina please don't do this." She shakes her head, "No! This has to be said. There is no hope for any of us! Look at everyone! Reva and Josh! Just months ago they tried to get married here and now they can barely look at each oher." Buzz sighs, "Marina that's enough." Marina turns to him, "And you! You had Grandma die! And Jenna! Then Olivia dumped you at your wedding!" Buzz looks at her, "That is enough!" Marina shouts, "What about me huh? What about the basket case over here? I made plans for the future! I had a guy to spend the rest of my life with! And now look! I am going to die alone! I'm gonna be alone forever and Danny is gone!!!" Marina goes running. Buzz gets ready to go after her but Shayne stops him, "No Buzz. Let me talk to her." Shayne goes after her. Side of Road: Jonathan stares at Liz who's holding a gun. Liz is furious, "You took my little girl. You made me believe she was dead. You faked your death the first time. But this time you won't have to fake a damn thing." Jonathan sighs, "What are you gonna do? Aubrey will know I'm missing. Aubrey is pregnant!" Liz shakes her head, "So? I'll tell her you ran again. I'll take Sarah. Aubrey will go on a wild goose chase." Jonathan shakes his head, "No! You aren't that cold hearted." She scoffs, "Aren't I? Isn't that why you took Sarah from me? Because I'm such a monster!" Jonathan sighs, "Lizzie you need to take a deep breathe and think about what your doing." Her hands are shaking, "I know what I'm doing!" He keeps stepping closer, "We've been here before. Only it was a different road. And it was a car not a gun. And you weren't the driver. It was Guillespie." Liz is trembling, "Shut up." He continues, "He drove towards me. He aimed his car at me. He was speeding. But then Tammy came." Liz has tears in her eyes, "Stop it!" He keeps getting closer, "She pushed me. Then he kept going. He saw the lights on her face and drove the car at her." Liz is crying, "I didn't want that to happen! That was my Granddad! Tammy was trying to save you and..." Jonathan shakes his head, "Her dying wish... was only one thing. Save Sarah from the Spauldings. Her last word was Sarah. Then she mouthed that she loved me and died!" Liz sobs, "I didn't want anyone to get hurt!" Jonathan jumps towards her. The two go falling. The gun goes off. PART TWO: Beacon: Olivia lies on her bed. She looks up at the ceiling, "I've had a few good guys. Richard, Josh, Bill, Frank, Buzz. But I hurt them all. Then the bad guys. Edmund, Alan, Phillip. They all hurt me." She has a flashback to when Natalia showed up at her room back in October. Olivia sits up, "I asked for a sign. Right before Natalia showed up. Was that my sign? About Gus?" She gets up. She looks around. She stares in the mirror, "I've made so many mistakes. But now it's time for me to get things right. I need to do what's best for me and Emma. And when Ava wakes up, we can work on things between us." Olivia walks over to her couch and sits down. She sighs, "Oh Gus. I don't know what's happening to me. But it's your fault. And I need to find out what is going on with me. I know that you are... You are my hero." She lays down and reflects on the situation in front of her. Natalia's House: Vi and Rafe are on the couch. They've been making out. She pulls away, "I have to get going. I've got some church stuff I have to take care of." He laughs, "That's nice." She smiles, "We have some charity that I'm organizing." He puts his hand on her lower back, "So when do I get receive something for all of my hard work." She puts his hand back, "When you finish your mission. Once you've taken Maureen's virginity.... then I'll let you do whatever you want with me. Whatever you want." He smiles, "This whole plotting and manipulating is turning you on huh? Your messed up." She grins, "And that turns you on." She walks to the door. After she leaves he goes upstairs. He keeps thinking about Maureen. She's starting to get to him. Gardens: Shayne walks around. He finds Marina sitting in a corner. She sobbing. He sits with her, "Are you okay?" She cries, "Oh Shayne! I'm so sorry! I'm sorry!" He takes off his jacket and puts it on her, "It's getting cold." She looks up, "Thank you." He sighs, "I'm sorry Marina. I know how hard things have been lately. But Danny wouldn't want you to make yourself sick and upset all the time. He'd want you to be happy." She wipes her tears, "Shayne... it's just... it's morning.. morning-" He interrupts her, "I know your in mourning. But Marina things will get better I promise." She shakes her head, "Not mourning. Morning. As in morning sickness." He turns to her, "Morning sickness?" She nods, "I get mine at night. I'm pregnant Shayne!" He stares in shock. Side Of Road: Jonathan sits up. He rips the gun from her hands. Liz looks around, "Are you okay? He nods, "Yeah. Are you?" She sighs, "I'm okay." He looks at it, "I guess it was a blank. Lucky me." Jonathan opens the gun and dumps the bullets. Liz cries, "I'm so sorry... I'm sorry. But I don't want to lose my little girl! I can't." Jonathan helps her up, "I know. Liz, I am trying to do what is best for Sarah. And I'm sorry it hurt you. But I didn't want her to end up like we did. Remember when we talked about that?" She nods, "I remember... But I just love her. I don't want to let her go again." He hugs her, "You won't. Liz... I want to work on things. I want us to be there for Sarah." Liz is confused, "What about Aubrey?" He sighs, "I... I don't know what's going on with that." She looks into his eyes. Soon Jonathan and Liz kiss. Carriage House: Rocky and Kevin are still kissing. Kevin has his arms around Rocky. Rocky has his hands on Kevin's face. Suddenly they here a car door slam. Rocky turns around, "Who was that?" Kevin shakes his head, "Probably a neighbor." Rocky steps back, "Check!" Kevin walks over to the window, "My Mom!" Rocky gasps, "No. No. No, no, no, no! She can't find us here. No this was a mistake. I need to leave. I parked in the back so she won't see my car." Kevin turns to him, "What about what we said?" Rocky looks at the clock, "Crap! I missed my date! Damn it! Okay I need to get home." Blake has her hand on the doorknob." Kevin turns, "Rocky?" Rocky cries, "I can't do this. I'm sorry I can't! I won't!" Rocky runs out to the back door. Blake walks in, "I'm home." Kevin turns, "Hey." She is worried, "What's wrong?" He scoffs, "Nothing! God just leave me alone!" He goes to his room. Blake is worried about him. Gardens: Shayne looks at Marina, "Your pregnant?" She cries, "Yes! I'm pregnant. With Danny's baby. Danny is dead. I can't raise this baby!" Shayne sighs, "Yes you can!" She shakes her head, "No. I don't even want it!" Shayne looks at her, "You don't want it?" She cries, "I just... I can't give it up for adoption. Then anything could happen. I want to give it to my parents but they are working so hard on their relationship. I can't put this on them." Shayne looks at her, "Maybe I can help." She looks up, "How can you help?" He holds her hand, "We can help you. Rocky and I. You can give the child to us Marina!" Thanks ML! I'm glad you liked Liz's line. Right before I posted it I changed it a little bit. I wanted it to have a little more power in it! Liz is not going to let her daughter go away without a fight. Oh yes. Rocky sees himself as a victim but doesn't realize that he is going to break someone's heart. The Shayne/Rocky/Kevin triangle is about to heat up. The next episode will have a shocking twist. Gus and Olivia are going to have a bumpy road but that day changed their lives. I'm glad you are enjoying them. Vi has a jealousy towards Maureen for being so perfect. She wants to take her down a peg. I think Remy should stay until mid February.

A day of shocks and surprises in Springfield..... Cedars: Alan and Natalia are sitting in the waiting room. Harley walks over, "Any news yet?" Natalia sighs, "Nothing yet. They are doing their tests to see if the surgery was successful but so far no word yet. How are the kids?" Harley nods, "Oh there okay. They were worried of course. But they went to school." Natalia stands, "I have to go do something. Let me know if there is any news while I'm gone." Harley sits, "Of course." Natalia walks down the hall. She sees Olivia sitting by herself. Natalia walks over, "Hey! Where have you been?" Olivia looks down, "Oh I've been here. I just didn't want to get in the way." Natalia sits, "I heard you helped save Gus. I'm grateful." Olivia sighs, "Don't be grateful to me. Gus was saving me. I was stupid and tried to get away. He jumped in front of me and took the bullet." Natalia holds Olivia's hand, "Yep that's Gus alright. He's our hero. It's just in his blood." Olivia cries, "If anything happens to him I'll never...." Natalia looks at her, "I didn't realize you were friends." Olivia shakes her head, "We're not. Not at all. But he saved me..." Natalia nods, "And you saved him." Olivia keeps flashing back to that day. Gardens: Shayne stands with his family. Rocky throws the picture at Kevin, almost hitting his head. Farmhouse: Liz and Jon are driving down the road from the house. They have been staying there for weeks. They have decided to go take a trip into town. Liz is driving, "Okay so my Mom and Dad still believe I'm on vacation. So when we get there we'll explain everything to them." Jonathan nods, "And you think they'll help us with Alan?" She looks at him, "My Granddad has no power anymore. Cassie took everything from him. And Natalia has brought out the best in him. He's a changed man. I really believe it this time." Jonathan looks at his phone, "I'm gonna text Aubrey and ask how Sarah's doing. I'm glad that you trusted her." Liz sighs, "It was tough but I know she is closer to Sarah then I am." Jonathan smiles, "I'm glad to see how much more mature you are. Your not the same Lizzie Spaulding I knew before." Liz nods, "Well of course she would know Sarah better. She has spent so much time with Sarah while I thought she was dead. She turns to him, "But you forget one thing... I'm still a Spaulding." She speeds down the road. Natalia's House: The doorbell rings. Rafe answers. Maureen is at the door, "Hi. I thought I'd come over and see how you were doing with everything." Rafe is confused, "Everything?" She is taken back, "Rafe your father was shot. He's in the hospital. I would think you'd be more upset." He sighs, "I don't know. We aren't really that close anymore." She walks in, "But he's still your father. I'm not getting along with my mother a lot but she's my Mom." Rafe sits, "Well it's different. I mean your Mom probably loves you. Your the perfect child." She sighs, "Rafe. I'm sure your father loves you. It's just... I don't know you get into trouble and it causes you to fight. Believe me I've had a few arguments with my mother." Rafe shakes his head, "Nope. You wouldn't understand." She sits next to him, "Rafe you are such a nice guy. You put up a tough front but I can see that you are a big softy. And I think your parents see it too. I sure do." Rafe grins, "You really see the good in me?" She nods. He leans in and kisses her. Cedars: Ed walks out. Alan, Harley, and Natalia run over. Alan is upset, "Please tell me he's okay!" Ed nods, "He's doing much better. He's resting now." Harley sighs, "Oh thank God!" Natalia holds the cross necklace around her neck, "Oh thank you. Thank you." Ed nods, "Yes. It was a tough surgery but we repaired the damage. We just need him to heal himself now." Alan smiles, "Thank you very much Dr. Bauer." Harley is anxious, "When.. when can we see him?" Ed sighs, "Two of you can go in for only a moment. But he needs to get all the rest that he can." Alan nods, "You two go in." Harley is surprised, "Are you sure?" Alan assures them, "Now we all know Gus would much rather have you two with him then me. I'll call the family. Go on." Harley nods, "Thank you Alan." Harley and Natalia walk in. Ed has a flashback to watching Michelle and Marina walk into Danny's room weeks ago. Ed is grateful that he was able to save this man. Olivia watches from the distance. PART TWO: Side of Road: Liz walks Jonathan away from the car at gunpoint. Jonathan stares at her, "Where did you get that?" She grins, "I found it in your things. I figured I was gonna use it on you before you used it on me." He scoffs, "That was not to hurt you. I have a gun to protect me and my family." Liz keeps walking, "Don't worry. No one comes around here anymore. No one is going to find us." He looks at her, "So what? Are you gonna kill me now? Blow my brains out. Leave Sarah fatherless?" She shouts, "Don't you dare! You took her from me! You took my daughter. And if I don't do this you'll do it all over again! So the only way to keep my daughter is to make you go away!" He shakes his head, "Don't do something you'll regret! Put the gun down now! Lizzie now!" She screams, "Shut up! Don't tell me what to do! I call the shots now! I am a Spaulding and I always get what I want, when I want it, how I want it. And I want my little girl. And that means I need you out of the picture." Jonathan stares at the gun in Liz's hand. Natalia's House: Maureen pulls back from the kiss. Rafe stares at her< "I'm moving to fast huh?" She shakes her head, "It's not that... I just... I'm still getting over Kevin. And...." Rafe sighs, "Jason. You have feelings for him?" She gets nervous, "Jason? No. I mean... we're friends but... besides he's dating my friend Vi." Rafe stands, "So you and Vi are firends?" Maureen nods, "Oh yeah. I mean at first I thought maybe she wasn't someone I could trust but she sweet and good to Jason." Rafe looks around, "Yeah. Jason's a good guy. Probably a good boyfriend. I'd be a bad one." Maureen shakes her head, "Now what makes you say that?" He sighs, "I'm a Spaulding. People don't trust the Spauldings." Maureen smiles, "I trust one of them." She gives him a kiss on the cheek. Maureen walks out. Rafe sits on the couch. He turns to see Vi walking in from the kitchen, "That was pathetic." He is suprised, "Where the hell did you come from?" She grins, "I got in the back. Please tell me your not letting her get to you. I'm not paying you to fall for her." He scoffs, "I could care less about her. I'm just doing what you told me to do and I'm doing a great job!" Vi walks towards him, "Maureen is completly clueless!" Vi pulls him into a kiss. Gardens: Buzz looks at his watch, "Lucy do you have any idea what is taking your brother?" Lucy looks around, "I have no idea. The ceremony was supposed to be ending right now." Buzz sighs, "I had a bad feeling about all of this." Reva walks over to Shayne, "Have you spoken to Rocky?" Shayne is trying to keep a smiles, "Uh I've been texting him but he hasn't got back to me. I don't know what's going on. He'll be here though I'm sure. It'll be a little late. But when we look back this will all be funny." Josh walk over, "Shayne maybe we should think about rescheduling all of this. I mean it doesn't have to..." Shayne turns to him, "No! Today is the day. Rocky will be here. I know him. He wouldn't miss this." Reva sighs, "Shayne he doesn't know what this really is." They here footsteps. Shayne smiles, "See. I knew it My love is about to walk over and see our ceremony." Just then a very pale Marina walks into the gardens. Shayne looks down. Buzz walks over, "Hey how are you?" Marina is quiet, "I'm.... just tired. But I wanted to congratulate Shayne and Rocky. Where is Rocky?" Lucy sighs, "He hasn't shown up." Buzz is worried about Marina, "How was your appointment?" Marina turns to him, "Oh I'm fine. My emotions have just been causing me to be sick but I'm okay right now." It starts to get colder and colder. Shayne worries about Rocky. Carriage House: Kevin walks around the room, "You know what? I really thought you saw past all of that. But I guess I was wrong. Your just like everyone else!" Rocky sighs, "I don't need this." Kevin shouts, "Then why the hell are you here?" Rocky is holding his head, "I am trying get you to stop what you are doing!" Kevin looks at him, "I did stop! I stopped week ago. You came over here because you wanted to see me." Rocky shakes his head, "You know you'v been getting to me." Kevin laughs, "Funny I get to you even when I'm not with you. What does that tell you? Your playing these games. Your keeping Shayne and arms length but yet you want so much time with him. And you push me away and chase me at the same time." Rocky shouts, "What about you? One minute your all up on me and then your making out with Vi Grant!" Kevin kick the wall, "Damn it! I only kiss Vi because I couldn't be with you!" Kevin walks closer to Rocky. Rocky stares in his eyes, "You need to stop it." Kevin whispers, "I'm not doing anything." Rocky sighs, "Yes you are." Kevin stares into Rocky's eyes, "Yes I am. And so are you." Kevin leans in and kisses Rocky. To Rocky's own surprise he kisses back. The two have their arms wrapped around each other. Cedars: Ed walks into Gus's room, "Natalia, Harley. Gus needs is rest now." The two women kiss him on the head. They leave the room. Ed walks down the hall to talk to nurses. Olivia sneaks into the room. She walks over to a sleeping Gus. She whispers, "Hey Gus. You know that was pretty crazy. You took a bullet for me. No one's ever done that for me. I don't know why you did it but.... I need to do this. Thank you Gus. Thank you for saving me." Gus starts to whisper, "Olivia...." Olivia sits, "I'm here I'm here." He mumbles, "You.... are ok?" She cries, "Yes. You saved my life. You saved me. Why? Why Gus? You have children of your own? Why?" Gus sighs, "I don't know.... but I'd do it all over again to see your beautiful face...." Olivia looks at him, "What? Gus what did you say? Gus?" Gus is out again. Olivia stands up and wipes her tears. She walks to the door. She turns, "You saved me Gus. I need to find some way to repay you. I will Gus. Thank you." Olivia walks out. ~ Oh yes. I caught that but forgot to add it! I type some comments as I go along so I don't forget them. So I wrote that beginning part before I read she was alive. I forgot to edit that one. I can't believe she is alive. This leads to more questions. But a good surprise.

I like the relationship between Kiko and Dre. I still hate that Dre murdered a pregnant Lauren. I love Madea and Sister Patterson. They add good fun to reading STEAM. A slower episode but not a bad one at all. I feel like I know more about S.T.E.A.M now. Keep up the great work! I am taking notes from you. I plan to add more of this kind of drama, sex, and action to steam up FTL.
