  1. Ugh! I'd kill to get my hands on any of these documents. I am still kicking myself years later for not downloading the Capitol story bible. Tom Casiello apparently has a copy of Marland's story projections for his stint at ATWT. Being his Facebook friend, I asked if he could upload a copy and share but to no avail. 😒
  2. Thank you! While you could see he loathed her, I got the sense in a lot of scenes that he would've bedded her had Liza been down. And again, I feel these episodes are too Jenny heavy. I am loving them but goodness. TPTB were adamant with shoving her down our throats. At least they were smart to latch her to the Bergmans in order for us to somewhat care. Can someone shed light on the timeline with Lee, Sunny, and Dane? From recaps I've read, it was always like Lee left town with Sissy and their baby; however, he's still on the canvas and still somewhat in Sunny's orbit.
  3. Does anyone else feel like Rusty has an odd attraction to Liza in certain scenes?
  4. Nope, you're on point. It becomes obvious Stu has a thing for Jenny from the sequence in which I am watching.
  5. No. I'm watching them in the order they were uploaded. I just finished the episode where Suzi was daydreaming about Warren, Brian was thinking about digging into Warren's background, and Jenny contemplating if she knew Warren.
  6. I am 2 episodes into the collection, but I am enjoying it thus far. I do think that the focus on Jenny is heavy handed from what I've seen.
  7. I am about to have a field day watching these goodies!!!
  8. Season 2 is gonna be a mess.
  9. I hope this doesn't quickly flop like Empire or Star did. Both shows had long term longevity had Lee took the time and hit proper beats in stories instead of stunt casting and focusing on plot driven drivel that served no purpose at the end of the day.
  10. Can we add that the writers having both these characters constantly obsess over David Hayward and only be made fools out of later on didn't help either.
  11. Marge is a liar too. She knows damn well she heard it before too. They've all heard the rumor b/c production started it and Tre took the bait and spread it. I really wish production would stop protecting Marge. Her comeuppance is one I cannot wait to see on this show.
  12. Possibly. I think that because we were living a soap opera for 4 years that people are over it, and the best time for a show like that to have occurred would've been at the height of it all. That aside, EON is the one soap that could truly work at any time as procedurals/crime shows are always in demand.
  13. A Capitol reboot would've been must-see TV these past 4 years. Especially, if it was done salaciously as what we've been living. I think that now we have normalcy back in the White House, I don't know if it would be as appealing.
  14. Yaaasss, Lisa! 😂 I love LVP taking a shot at Erika. You know Andy didn't like that at all.
  15. Even though Latoya is a stunt queen, she is more than earned her right to a peach next year. Same with Falynn. I really think production fumbled the ball by not giving both of them peaches alongside Drew. Pure dud that they felt Drew only deserved a peach b/c she was the one with the "name" out of the three. S14 cast needs to be: Kenya Kandi Cynthia Porsha Drew Falynn Latoya Sheree Friends: Shamea Marlo
  16. Interesting. Didn't know that. Has it affected their ratings?
  17. Rachel and Felicia. Especially, during the intervention story as we saw their friendship get tested and fall apart only for them to come back together. Jessica and Margo. I loved their friendship until Hogan Sheffer ruined it by having them chase the same damn man. Sharon and Dru. One of the few bright spots on Y&R post 2005. I loved how their friendship was built on their utter hatred of SPhyllis. Per usual, this went to the wayside when the show killed Dru.
  18. I watch the Eldorado documentary about once a year too. I do think BBC might've been premature in cancelling the show as people who I've talked to (on forums) that watched the show said the ratings were starting to swing crawl back up. The show was apparently regaining its footing. I am assuming that the other soaps being pitched at that time might've been along the lines EE, Corrie, or ED hence why Eldorado probably got picked over the rest due to the locale and original idea Tony Holland had suggested. I think the best thing for the new soap would be to start it off 2-3 nights a week over a LONG time before even imagining doing it 4-5 days a week. Personally, I feel like soaps worldwide need to trim their schedules to 2-3 days a week along with a hiatus around Xmas like Aussie soaps. I think this would prevent shows from burning out quickly, the budget not being so bloated, and stories being tighter.
  19. Yeah. Someone posted a video of the set on Youtube about a year or 2 ago. Him and his friend snuck in under the pretense that they were paintballers, but they were really there to record how the set looks. It is still VERY much intact and looking good. It always boggled my mind why BBC didn't keep that set and rent it out for other possible shows and location shoots. Especially, when they love to send soap characters to Ibiza or somewhere else in Spain. Here's the video below: Honestly, I feel like the general gist of what Tony Smith wanted Eldorado to be, a village of Brits expats living abroad, could be something interesting in this world climate. Especially, with them leaving the EU and everything else going on in the world.
  20. Kudos to the BBC (and British TV in general) for seeing that soaps can still be profitable. However, I agree with everyone that they need to get EastEnders in check first. I just hope this soap doesn't flop like Eldorado did...😬 Speaking of Eldorado, why didn't BBC just revive it? I mean the set is still apparently there and is a paintball park now. I think it would be nothing for them to purchase it back, right?
  21. This season is starting to become reminiscent of RHOA seasons 5-6. Bravo would be dumb to not bring Toya back when she's giving Kenya x1000 teas. Toya v. Drew is the future.
  22. Can I just say regardless how we feel about Latoya, Bravo was stupid as hell to not give her a full-time peach position. Satan works hard but Latoya works harder. Girlfriend is making sure we have ample drama this season. If Bravo were smart, they'd start investing in Drew v. Toya. That is your Kenya v. Porsha 2.0. It also gets murkier (and juicier) as Toya is starting to bite the hand that fed her (Kenya). Talk about a nice twist. It does not help either that even Porsha does not trust her. And next week, Falynn is about to be thrown into the mix as she and Toya bump heads. Jesus! S14 cast needs to be: Kandi, Cynthia, Kenya, Toya, Drew, Falynn, Porsha, and the return of... Sheree!
  23. @victoria foxtonand @DRW50, no problem! I always do a search for new episodes for soaps and this popped up. I haven't watched it yet myself, but I do plan on sitting back and watching it before it gets deleted.
