  1. Kandi's blog: Last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was crazy. Let me just say, despite all the shade that was going on betweenDemetria and Phaedra, it was nothing compared to the argument that happened between NeNe and Claudia. First of all it was unexpected -- nobody was expecting Claudia and NeNe to get into it. But at the same time what did you expect? Something is going to pop off if you tell somebody that you can’t believe they have a brain, but I don’t think anybody was expecting Claudia to react the way she did. Yes, I did feel like Claudia got the best of NeNe in the argument, because there was a lot that was said. Every time NeNe had something to say, Claudia had a comeback for it. It was funny and hilarious, and Claudia just seemed to be saying the things that everybody has at one point wanted to say, but probably never did. The reason why I say everybody is because I look at the blogs, I see the tweets, and there have been a lot of times that people over the years have said, “Why didn’t you say that?" Or "Somebody needs to tell her this!" Or "Somebody should do that!" So all the things that people have said on Twitter that someone should have said to NeNe, Claudia said that day. And it was hilarious to me. I see people have been tweeting me saying, "Oh you’re two-faced" -- no I’m not two-faced, because I really don’t have a very close relationship with either one of them. Both of them are cool, but I just don’t have a close relationship with either one. So if one of them says something funny, I’m going to laugh, I’m sorry. You can be mad all you want to, but if Claudia says something funny, I’m going to laugh, if NeNe says something funny I’m going to laugh -- I don’t owe either one of them anything. So it is what it is. Some people felt like NeNe got the best of Claudia in the argument, but I didn’t feel that way. For one that argument was even longer than what you guys got a chance to see. But on top of that I felt that sometimes it seems when NeNe gets frustrated or upset with someone, her go-to thing is to talk about is, “You're broke, I have more money than you,” so I was used to that, it was nothing new to me. But the stuff that Claudia was saying was funny and she was very calm about it. I’m not a good arguer; I wish I could be as quick on my feet as NeNe and Claudia are. I’m not quick on my feet like that when it comes to going back and forth with somebody. I get angry, and sometimes it gets all out of hand for me, but for them they’re good at just going back and forth with their words. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not, because I know NeNe has said she says things that she regrets later. But it’s of course better than someone getting violent; they just fought with words, and it was amusing. OK enough about that, I know people have their lives, I do too. To me NeNe's funniest moments of the conversation were when Claudia left the table. When NeNe kept talking it was so funny! When she started taking about that bob, I was looking at my own hair thinking, "Well I have a bob! Wait a minute, hold on, how are you going to talk about bobs like that?" But it just was so funny, she had us cracking up with the way she kept pretending she was rolling her hair up, it was just hilarious. But outside of that, with all the drama that was going on between the girls, I felt like having another Bedroom Kandi party was the perfect interruption we all needed. We needed something that was going to be fun, that could bring everyone together, or at least get us on the same page for once, and I feel like I was able to do that. I know people are always asking why I'm constantly talking about sex, but when you talk about sex, you always laugh or smile, because it only brings happy thoughts. That’s the one good thing you can say about that, and when I brought out some of our Bedroom Kandi products and we played the game, the Bedroom Kandi version of hot-potato, it was hilarious. But better than that it helped everybody to mend their ill feelings for a moment at least, because people who didn’t even get along with each other still had to work together to play the game, which I thought was a great thing. People were laughing and smiling -- there were no arguments, there were no side-eyes, and I felt like it was perfect. Ain’t no party like a Bedroom Kandi party, 'cause a Bedroom Kandi party don’t stop! Anyway, so on to the bus. The bus ride went horribly. I thought that everybody was on the same page after doing the Bedroom Kandi party, but obviously not. I thought it was good that NeNe apologized, because she doesn’t normally apologize, and I thought it was a good thing for her to clear the air with everyone. But Claudia just didn’t want to accept the apology. She wanted to keep going on and on and on about why NeNe had said those things. Come on girl, can you just please just accept the apology and keep it moving? Or don’t accept the apology and be quiet. Nobody wants to keep going on about the same thing over and over again, so that was irritating to me. But then she had to blast Porsha, which I felt was completely uncalled for. I didn’t even understand why she even had to bring that whole situation up. That’s one thing that I don’t like about a lot of the girls. It seems like they purposefully want to bring up negative things about you, to put you on blast, or to put everything out there. It’s not like Porsha was even the topic of that conversation, so I don’t know why she felt like that was the perfect time to blast Porsha. It was just really unnecessary, and that’s just how I feel about that. Who Porsha is dating or who did or did not buy Porsha's car I don’t feel had anything to do with anybody on that bus, and I didn’t feel it was necessary. So enough of that, at least from that point on we all were able to still put our negative feelings aside and make it to Demetria’s performance. I thought Demetria did an outstanding job. That was the first time I’ve ever heard her sing, and I thought her voice was beautiful. I thought she did a good job with her performance; she had a lot of personality on stage. You guys only got to see the one or two songs that they showed, but of course her performance was longer than that, and she did a great job. I don’t know if she could be a pop star. When I think of pop stars, I think of young teens, early twenties, so I don’t know if she is necessarily a pop star, but she is definitely an entertainer, and she definitely could put out an album. I think she definitely would have a lot of fans if she had the right team behind her, and I was glad we could be there to support her. The funny thing is she didn’t even have a clue about what went on in the bus, so luckily that whole negative drama missed her and didn’t affect her performance. Thank the lord, thank the lord. All right, until next week! Everybody please follow me on Twitter. I know you like to go back and forth on Twitter, so feel free to go on my Twitter page and go back and forth with me @kandi. You can hit me up on Instagram @kandiBurruss and follow me on my website Kandionline.com. And please go to BedroomKandi.com and book yourself a Bedroom Kandi party, because clearly a lot of us need to have a Bedroom Kandi party in our life! See you!
  2. Toyota's struggle blog with OK Magazine: How did you feel when Claudia accused you of sleeping with men for gifts during her argument with NeNe? PW: Claudia’s attack was out of nowhere and I’ll always pray for my enemies and hope they find peace in their lives. She and I were not necessarily considered friends, but I had never spoken ill towards her, of her or tried to call her out. We had a professional relationship at Radio/Dish Nation. I know she wanted more of a friendship, but I have said previously I didn’t feel right about opening up to her. Claudia had already told me she had gotten fired from her show in New York and could no longer afford her lifestyle. She basically burned some bridges, had a lot of professional let downs and no love life, which led her straight to Atlanta. RHOA was her last shot at the stardom she desired. If you add up all that heartbreak and shattered dreams that will leave you a thirsty 41-year-old has-been. Claudia is a “Mini Kenya” just as I predicted when we met, even though she swore that her friendship with Kenya would not affect her actions towards me but clearly that was a lie. I just wish she would get her facts straight. Did you sleep with a married man like Claudia and Kenya claim? PW: Since my tumultuous relationship and divorce from Kordell, I’ve chosen to keep my personal life as quiet as possible. I am in no way in a relationship or have I ever been in a relationship with a married man. I stated on the show several times that during the filming period. I was in long-distance relationship with a professional football player. That relationship didn’t work out, but every girl on the cast was aware we were involved. Anytime I answered a question about who and how my boo and I were doing, Kenya and Claudia’s interview would pop up and finish my sentence with lies. Why do you think Claudia is talking bad about you in her confessional? PW: I’ve learned that sometimes when women are envious of other women they will project their past onto them by any means like calling me all the names that have followed Claudia and Kenya their entire careers such as whore, gold digger, home wrecker etc. Claudia believes if she can slander my name it will make her look better and distract people from Googling her and her shady past. I would love for Claudia to live in her truth and find out what went wrong and why she’s so mad. Don’t attack me and instead be a sister and support. She is definitely succeeding as Bravo’s resident mean girl with green eyes full of envy. My thoughts:
  3. RHOC news: Reality Tea is confirming that Jeana is back. They also confirm that Meghan, the newest housewife, was brought on as a friend of Pleather's. Pleather supposedly threatened to quit after the 'villain' edit she got last season, so they are bringing on Meghan to help Pleather's image I guess. They also claim to have heard rumors that my Lizzie might be coming back. http://www.realitytea.com/2015/01/22/jeana-keough-return-real-housewives-of-orange-county-new-cast-member-meghan-edmonds/ RHOBH news: Joanna has officially slapped Brandi with a defamation and slanderous lawsuit. Despite thinking this is stupid, I hope Joanna drags her ass. Brandi can barely stay afloat so legal fees will swamp her buzzard ass. Maybe now she'll learn to close her damn mouth. http://www.realitytea.com/2015/01/22/joanna-krupa-sues-brandi-glanville-slander-defamation/

  6. OK I am glad that I am not the only one that sees that Yolanda gushes about Gigi way more than Bella and son, Anwar. I didn't like that "black swan, white swan" comment either. In some way, it came off like she was making Gigi seem more beautiful or pure than Bella. Now I get why Bella probably acts out. Not because of 'middle child syndrome' but b/c it is apparent that Yolanda adores one child over the other two. YoLyme needs to get her sh*t together....
  7. They could easily cast less offensive but still dramatic women to fill in Brandi's spot. Hell, I'd take TayShanna and Cat Lady back over Brandi and Kim. I really want Camille back but I doubt she'd resign full-time. I love drama when it's light like RHOA, RHOM, RHOMelbourne, RHOCheshire, RHODC, and RHONY typically have/had. I hate drama when it's too toxic and dark like RHONJ, RHOC [thanks to Trailer Sue], RHOV [s2], and now RHOBH. I still watch but I don't enjoy it.
  8. All I have to say about RHOBH tonight is that Brandi is trash. It's apparent that she is not looking out for Kim's best interest at heart. Kyle doesn't either but at least she's the lesser of two evils.
  9. She can wear one but she needs a better cover up with that Red Box shaped body of hers.
  10. Yeah. Exactly. Kandi wanted to whoop Nene's ass after that incident.
  11. She called up to a radio station where Kandi was giving an interview back in s2 and put all of AJ's info on blast. This was before the episodes aired. The two got to arguing on the radio and Kandi got hella hood. Basically the same stunt Nene pulled again with Phaedra a season later. Kandi was basically pissed b/c she felt that Nene hit below the belt which she did. Hell, Nene even admitted it on part one of RHOA s5 reunion. Kandi felt that what Nene said had nothing to do with them falling out.
  12. Now be honest--does Nene really have a reason to be pissed? The song and dance Kandi is doing is not new. She's been doing it since s4. Nene has become too much of a simp to pick up on it. Kandi is always cordial to Nene but shades the f*ck out of her in confessional. I don't think anything will change with their relationship until Nene gives a formal apology to Kandi about the mess she said back in s2 pertaining AJ. Nene has never apologized those insults along with alluding that Mama Joyce is 'gutter' [which she is but I digress....]. Until then, Kandi will keep tossing rocks, and Nene will continue to be in her feelings.
  13. Kandi was clearly bulls*itting the audience when she said that. It's clear that Kandi just tolerates her and would prefer the likes of Kenya, Cynthia, Demetria, and Claudia--people she genuinely likes. She only deals with NeighNeigh because of Phelony.
  14. Yep. I think it is towards Kandi. Or possibly Kenya as Nene swears she never talks about her. But I see this aimed more at Kandi. That's what Nene gets for thinking they were allies during filming. All the times that Nene thought Kandi was laughing with her, she was most likely laughing at her. Especially at the dinner table in Puerto Rico.
  15. Such a joy to watch Jon Stewart drag Mike Huckabee: http://www.salon.com/2015/01/20/jon_stewart_confronts_mike_huckabee_over_hypocritical_beyonce_remarks/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=socialflow
  16. Well you can clearly tell from the edit and from other housewives [on the sly] that Claudia's read was more epic than what was shown. Apparently, Claudia was going in on Nene for 30 mins, but they had to use Nene's low blows to edit it like they were going toe to toe. At the end of the day, Claudia had Nene flustered--so flustered that Nene herself felt 'bad' that she had to apologize. Doesn't take a scientist to figure out that Nene cowered to Claudia; she didn't want her to go in on her again on the future. And I love you boo, but "Team Money Bags?" Proper for Kandi, yes. But the rest of them? Yes, Nene may be a 'rich bitch' but her insults she slapped on Claudia were reads that Sheree and Kim slapped on Nene 3 seasons ago [i.e. that she had no car and no furniture]. So funny she tried [and I mean tried] using them on Claudia.... Furthermore, Nene can't talk about anyone's hair or bob for that matter when she dons a bob--well a hut--on her head in her talking heads. That just further made Nene a hypocrite. That's her problem though ... Nene always amount success to material goods, hence why she'll lose in the end. A real rich bitch is frugal and stacks her paper. She does not feel the need announce or flaunt it b/c she's too busy trying to establish her wealth [i.e. long money]. That's why Nene will remain rich ... nouveau riche, which always ends up running dry. Just hope she wises up and buys a house instead of remaining to rent one. They aren't that expensive in Atlanta. And Porsha ... How is she 'Team Money bags?' Yeah, she had a man spending dough on her [till she gloated about it via Instagram], but she's struggling. You driving a four series car but you don't own no property. See that's why Marlo [and even Kim to lesser extent] were smart hoes. They own property. Buick doesn't. Marlo and Kim, like most intelligent gold-diggers, made sure they had houses and cars in their names first before splurging on 80k handbags and clothes and shoes. Get your necessities covered first like a real boss. Then splurge on wants. She had a steady paycheck but she allowed Kenya and good friends Nene and Phaedra to mind-f*ck her into losing it. I just hope her mom has an extra, permanent bedroom for Thotsha because she is going to need it real soon. Then Phaedra.... Isn't the IRS currently ciphering through her and Apollo assets? While she may have a few coins in the bank now, the IRS and FBI will soon figure out her part in Apollo schemes and take all her assets too. In the words of Nene, "You never can win when you play dirty," and Phaedra is one dirty pig. She'll get caught soon enough.
  17. Oh I agree. That was the one scene that I didn't like Tony, but I blame the writers more than the character. Do you think that Shawn Batten or Susan Ward would've been good Michelle recasts? Well she should've taken ATWT b/c her writing and the type of characters on that show were more suited to her strengths.
  18. Episode 2 of RHOCheshire: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUYFs1TwTEg Tonight just solidified my love for Magali. I feel like she is only woman with class on this show, and I hate how these women pile up on her. She also handled Ampika better than I would. Who hops on someone once they enter the party? Ampika could've at least allowed Magali to relax before digging into her. But I don't even know why these women are doing Dawn's bidding. Betcha Dawn will make up with Magali while these other women carry a grudge with a woman that has done nothing to them. It was refreshing to see Lauren not engage in group think and feel Magali out for herself. I see these two becoming good friends. Tanya is a train wreck waiting to happen. I can smell it a mile away. She's clearly going to be the Brandi in this group--the sloppy drunk that flies off the handle. Magali made me burst into laughter when shut Tanya down by telling her she cannot call her "Mags. It's Magali." I think her coming for Lauren was just too extra. Lauren didn't say anything too offensive for Tanya to fly off the handle. Dawn is a bitch. I utterly detest with woman after only two episodes. I was glad that everyone [except Magali shockingly] started piling up on her ass when brought up the weight issue over her daughter's girl band. I guess her piling up might be foreshadowing what's to come--the other women coming for her ass. Ampika is basic to me. I didn't care for her coming for Magali, which was none of her business, and I didn't feel bad when she sobbed over being a "mistress." How is she a mistress if the man is not married or in a long-term relationship? Something about that just does not sit well with me. I think that Ampika is lying. Funny how once again, Magali was the sympathetic one in the room when she was previously mean to her. Now Leanne ... I dislike this broad the most out of everyone. She really needs to stay in her damn lane and stop being Dawn's mouthpiece and puppet. I cannot wait for next week when Magali chews into her ass. If Dawn has an issue with the tickets then Dawn should speak up! But clearly she can't. Dawn is too much of a 'confessional thug' to confront Magali.
  19. To each his/her own. I actually enjoyed Marah and Tony. Catalina and Sam were bores. I'm sorry but I didn't find the Santos men to be that repulsing. Did Tony have moments that made me side eye him? Yep. But I blame writing. He had good qualities about him. I loved that he was a hothead, passionate but like Danny, aspired to do better. And I never questioned his love for Marah because he did love her [and vice versa].
  20. I get this strange feeling that Ross Kemp return is a red herring. I could be wrong but I feel like he is going to come back and surprise the fans.
  21. Yes! Danny had so much intensity with JBL's Michelle. That's the MANNY I loved. I didn't care for NSA's Michelle. I agree that she was dead fish. I always wanted them to recast the role. Especially with that whole Edmund baby switch crap. That really killed Michelle for me. I did though I love when Danny was going legit. I wish they would've explored it more and really took them there. But Carl, who do think would've been a suitable Michelle recast? And yes, Carmen was bad in big doses. They had her too involved in too many stories when they should've just stuck to making her torment the likes of Michelle and Marah. I didn't need Abuela Santos coming on and doing the same to Marah with Catalina. Carmen had already fulfilled that role. Claire's return was crap. Why didn't they stick to tossing her back into Rick or Ed's orbit? Have her pursue either man? Or make her Chief of Staff and lord her position over them? Claire could've offered so much more.
  22. I didn't like them shooting up Bert's house but I just didn't find the Santos clan to be that bad. And I do believe that they provided the Bauers with story. Yes, Rick didn't get much story but it was a hell of a lot more than what he got in later regimes. I liked Rick stepping into the "big brother" role and speaking out against Danny. It was refreshing because he was one of the few doing it despite my love for Danny. Should Rick had gotten more? Yes. But again, it was more than what he'd get in later regimes. And I do think that the Labines would've fit more with ATWT. But I'm wondering what they would've done with a character like Lucinda. She's the one character I'm trying to figure out how they'd write for her. I could see them having a field day with characters like Kim, Bob, Lisa, Nancy, Barbara, and especially Emma.
  23. Well I am in the minority as I LOVED San Cristobal and the Santos clan. Danny and Michellle {JBL version} were my couple, and I liked Tony and Marah too {minus Marah begging Tony to rape her. I want to forget that altogether}. Pilar, Father Ray, or Carmen didn't bother me either. Were they used heavily? Yes. But I can't complain b/c the Santos clan did provide story for the Bauers, who were practically neglected up to that point.
