That's what I feel about Leyla and Nikhil too. She's trying to convince herself that she should like him, which I find crazy. I wouldn't have to convince myself to do so. I just would!

Degrassi: The Next Generation
I agree that it wasn't far-fetched, I just don't think it was properly developed. Perhaps it was a consequence of the short episode order, but it's one of the things that felt like a little too much a little too fast. That's why I wish the arcs were slower. I still really enjoyed the season but I wish they developed a lot of these arcs like a soap b/c they were phenomenal plots for a teen drama.

Degrassi: The Next Generation
Hunter has always given me vibes he had anger issues. Last season on Next Generation when Zoe took his computer and threatened to break it b/c she thought he was the one blackmailing the cheer squad over them selling their nudes for profit, he snapped. Plus with Frankie and Miles, who have both gone over the edge, it wasn't too farfetched for me to see Hunter go there too. It runs in the family DNA. All of the Hollingsworth kids are sociopaths.

Another good episode. Leyla and Nikhil were HOT. I hope she gave him the 'good good' b/c I know I would if I was in her position. Carly, Finn, and Tracey were a hoot. I enjoy this little trio together and hope it's something more we'll see in the future. Watching these three conspire together against Duncan, the van driver, was funny and makes me miss friendships on US soaps. Glad that UK soaps still explore genuine friendships w/o strings being attached. Proud of Robert sticking up for Aaron and confronting Gordon. It was cute to see him tell the nurse that Aaron was his beau too. I loved Robert before but I loving the direction he is taking as of late. I like that he has shades of grey to him like one of my favorite male soap characters, Roger Thorpe. He can be bad at times but underneath, he has goodness to him and he will protect those he loves.

This episode was rather dull. Glad that they finally moved forward and admitted Stacey. Not shocked that Ryan has popped in to check on Lily, as I've always felt he'd return down the road. Paul was the only compelling thing going on tonight and I enjoyed him finally giving Ben an ultimatum. Hopefully, the writers will scrap the angst and put Ben with Paul.

That's what I got from it. I think he was just trying to pull at Chas' chain to rile her up, but also keep her off Aaron's track. at you saying Vanessa needs to take a long vacation.

Glad to see that they addressed Aaron being molested and his sexuality. I was about to be pissed and if they just left it hanging. Good decision for them to address that Aaron realized his sexuality existed before Gordon molested him. Oh I love how they are humanizing Robert again!!! Please, new regime, I beg you, don't revert him back!

Adam is killing me. I hate seeing him suffer over the loss of that baby, but I commend the writers for playing the beats. It's so good. It was good to see Kirin try and bring Adam into the fold and now Adam be resistant. I think going from being a father to the surrogate uncle is hard for him. Victoria needs to give that man a baby! Fatherhood has truly changed Adam for the better. Ashley mistaking Debbie's cottage for his is heartbreaking. It's just a constant reminder that the clock is ticking down for his time on the show. Can't say it enough times that I am glad that Jacob is back. I've always loved his relationship with David; however, his presence makes me weep and long for Alicia. I so miss her/Natalie Anderson on the show. Robert and Aaron are love, but Aaron is so damn dumb. Why put yourself at risk by leaving the hospital? But I cannot get behind Gordon raping Aaron. I feel like the Conservatives are gonna take this and run with it. They'll once again correlate homosexuality and pedophilia. Really, Emmerdale? Someone help me make sense of this. Am I just overreacting? So glad that Victoria stuck up for Robert to Chas. Given Chas' history, she can't talk about Robert when she was with Carl, who has killed before, and Cameron, who was a homicidal maniac. Plus, she has

Is Paul turning tricks? I am wondering because he went into the back alley with that man and then limping out in pain. It could've been just a simple hookup but a part of me does hope is a former (or current) hooker. It'd at least be interesting. I can't wait for Ben to dump Abby though b/c this relationship of their's is farce. Claudette and Patrick's sexual banter was a bit gross but at least they are doing something with Patrick. So over this Stacey breakdown story. It is making so many characters unlikeable as they allow this woman to walk around the Square like a deranged nut. Plus, I'd rather they get to the good story, which is Stacey's half-brother and her getting to know him. Glad she finally turned herself in. I wish Jean was here from the start. At least she's the only with brains to shout out that Stacey is having a breakdown.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
In total viewers, but we all know that's not what networks care about. They care about women 18-49. That puts her debut episode somewhere in the middle.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Nene's return didn't really shift anything. She only brought back 239,000 viewers, which is nothing really. I thought the 'rich b*tch' would've at least brought the show 3.5-4.0 bracket and she didn't. Guess she isn't the draw she claims to be....

I'm growing tired of him too. I hate how after so little time on the show, he has so much influence and has been made the face of the show.

Ugh! What?! Emmerdale surpassed EE in everything this past year. @DRW50 it's a video of Mike Parr thanking the fans for voting for Emmerdale in all categories.

I am glad that they are getting Kat right b/c they sure are f-cking up all the other characters. DTC is just trying to further make Shirley happen. He's forcibly trying to make her a centerpiece on this show as much as we don't like it.

Did my baby (Mike Parr) win anything @TimWil?! I agree about Charity and Cain. It's just a lazy pairing at this point. I mostly just want something fresh for Moira. Hell, maybe someone like Rakesh. The Dingles feel very depleted. Of the younger group only Aaron and Belle get stories, and they have run Aaron into the ground, while Belle can't really carry major material. I'm very wary of where they will take Charity, and Chas needs a lot of repair work. I like Sam, and Marlon, but they can't carry major story. If they want to keep the Dingles around that much I'd say it's time to recast Tina Dingle, and maybe give her a kid with Frank Tate. Of course I don't want a ton of new characters driving story, like on Hollyoaks or Eastenders, but I do understand they need some new blood. But it shouldn't be at the expense of the rich, underused B or C-players. I'd just rather the Dingles just go away. We don't need anymore. Sam is the only one I really like. Some are OK but I can do without many of them. I don't want new characters either. I'd rather them bring back establishing characters. I wish they'd bring back my Sadie. Oh how I miss her!

I am OK with Moira and Cain splitting as long as he is not tossed in the same orbit as Charity. The pairing needs to be remain dead. Never revived. Bad enough they are committing incest, which bothers me, but them being a toxic pairing makes it worse. I think we can assume the worst that the new EP will probably want to center the show around Ross and the Dingles. I feel like this generation of EPs care more about shock-value than compelling storytelling. Kate Oates provided a fine balance, hence why I like her.

I saw those photos and was quite impressed. I'd pay to see him and David make out too! But I've always wondered what Rik's sexual preference was anyways b/c there's nothing on him. *praying that he's gay*

Oh I hope they don't revert Robert back to being a monster. I am over it. I like this Robert. I am over unhinged Robert. He can be an occasional screwup but not some deranged maniac. Yes at we need more Nikhil butt shots. I just want full body shots with him. Rik Makaraem is so damn sexy.... Chas is wrapped up in Gordon, which is why I think she has not noticed Aaron being in pain. I think last night's episode was good.

@DRW50, you will love this episode! Lots of sexy Nikhil! Lots of Robert! God bless us all! Oh sexy Nikhil! I love how he is still a timid mess when it comes to women. I find it so adorable. Leyla is an idiot if she does not jump on that! at Carly and David keeping all that free booze and it not working for Carly as the delivery boy wanted someone else. It's cute, lighthearted scenes like this that I enjoy and balance out the darkness in soaps. Not everything has to be dark and dreary. Good to see Jacob back too. I did notice the wheels turning when Leyla suggest Jacob stay with her. It's obvious that she now wants to step into her role as mother. I think it is a bit late for that Leyla.... Gordon and Chas are cute together, but I am not gonna invest too soon. The new regime might have their asses arguing in the near future. It was adorable to see Cain play big brother/protector before somewhat welcoming Gordon back into the fold. Not shocked that Marlon was tossed into Tess' orbit. Maybe it was me, but I got bunny boiler teas with Tess asking Marlon all those questions about Paddy and Rhona. She is gonna use that push her agenda and get Paddy. Something about her just came off as determined. Again, maybe it is me. Kirin.... I get he is young but I still cannot get over him being nasty to Adam. By him being nasty to Adam, it makes me dislike Kirin and not be upset with Rakesh anymore. I am glad that Vanessa squashed Kirin seeking revenge on his dad for now; however, I don't think Kirin is gonna let it go. I see him allow his vengeance to driving him to destruction. I can't take Aaron in his 'moods,' but his scenes with Robert were so good. For once, I bought their romance. Previously, I wasn't sold but I am now. Cute to see Robert actually be humanized again and show compassion for someone. I just hope that this doesn't go left with the upcoming regime.

This was an extremely underwhelming sendoff for Charlie, and I didn't even really care for the character. I felt that today was all about everyone but him. Stacey continuing her descent into madness, which boggles my mind. Can't someone have her ass committed already? Why are they allowing her to walk around the Square a hot ass mess crying and shouting at every chance? Shirley crying to Buster about Phil annoyed the hell out of me. Who cares about Phil at this point? Just let him drop dead as I keep saying. Only highlight for me was Kat and Belinda mending fences. It truly would've been nice had the other Slater girls been there but whatever.

Charisse reminds me more of Sheree s1. I think she is just miserable because of her marriage but as soon as she fixes that, she might be more compelling. Karen is just a bitch for the camera. I see her softening up s2 as well. The fans are gonna let the air out of her inflated ego.

Oops. I must've missed that part with Chas taking Paddy's car. Makes sense. I get that Kirin is only 18 but still. He has to realize somewhat that Adam is hurting too and that Adam's presence won't lessen his in Johnny's life. A baby can never have too much love. Thanks for sharing that Adam has a Twitter now. I'll go and follow him. And Mike already climbs me all the time ... in my mind.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Thank you for highlighting that. That's why she's catching so much heat and I cannot connect with her. She's subtly putting down other men while putting her preference on a pedestal. As if white men are the end all, be all. It's so extra to the point it is fetishizing white men. She perpetuates the broken ideologies of the white patriarchy that still drive us all today. She the worst kind of interracial dater--the kind that rambles on and on about the racial difference between she and her beau and how great is. Basically, just doing it for attention.
