I'll just keep bumping the thread! I just got a check in the mail from an ER visit from July of 2006 for my little one from Colorado when he had his head stitched up. It was a refund check for $200! Can you believe that? TWo years later! I totally pocketed that and cashed it for my NY trip this weekend!

I wish we knew what day it was! THIS WEEK ON: GENERAL HOSPITAL Carly warns Kate to stay out of her relationship with Jax. Lulu admits to Johnny that she is having unsettling visions of Logan. Robin and Patrick do not like the idea that Anna and Noah are getting romantically involved, after catching the two in a closet making out, but they make every effort to accept the decision. Anna and Noah have a heartfelt conversation. Lulu visits a catatonic Laura in the hospital and voices her fears and concerns. Lulu doesn't realize how close she is to getting caught when Scott shows up for a visit with Laura. Lourdes is jealous of Lulu's involvement with Johnny. Lucky and Nikolas ban Scott from visiting Laura in the hospital. Kate and Claudia get into it after the two accuse each other of using Sonny for their own gain. A Closer Look: Betrayed The confrontation was bound to happen and finally the friendship between Jason Morgan and Sonny Corinthos is over! Jason confronts Sonny after learning of his dealings with Andre Karpov and feels that what Sonny did was a betrayal. Sonny regrets losing Jason's friendship, but is still unable to tell Kate about his involvement with Karpov. A disappointed Jason informs a shocked Carly of Sonny's current business dealings. Carly informs Jason that he may have to treat Sonny like he would any other enemy, but Jason informs her that he might have a solution to his problem and invites Karpov to a meeting. At their meeting, Karpov reveals his real intentions for working with Sonny in the first place. Carly disobeys Jason's stern warnings and invites Karpov to dinner. Karpov takes a real liking to the former Mrs. Corinthos. Sonny lies to Kate about the real reason he can't spend a romantic evening with her. Sonny oversees Karpov's latest shipment. Spinelli is frustrated with Jason. Carly and Jason are in for the fight of their lives. The Inside Story: Nadine Works Alone Claire Coffee While continuing with her efforts to prove Matt isn't who he says he is, Nadine is forced to hide in Matt's bedroom after catching Maxie and Matt in a heated argument. Maxie catches Nadine in Matt's bedroom, and thinks she can use it against Matt to gain the upper hand. Matt accuses Nadine of trying to incriminate him in the drug smuggling business when she informs him that she wants to get involved. Nadine overhears Matt making another mysterious phone call. Working on her own to prove Matt's involvement in criminal activity, Nadine finds herself making a huge mistake. Nadine continues to pursue Nikolas romantically when she puts her heart on the line. Will Nikolas finally reveal his true feelings for Nadine? Or is she still the little sister that he claims her to be to him? What To Watch Maxie won't take no for an answer. Genie Francis is returning as Laura Spencer beginning Tuesday, August 26 (see story). In the mean time, "Laura" can be seen via a body double beginning Tuesday, August 5. SON ALERTS: WEEK OF AUGUST 11, 2008 Monday: Maxie is successfully able to come to Spinelli's rescue; Lulu is certain she will meet the same fate as Laura; Sonny is determined to keep his old life behind him. I was with my friend who went to Univ. of Michigan this week in Calif. I was telling her about my friend who lives in Ann Arbor and she is like oh, how do you know her? Hey my LF buddies!!!! Thanks for all the birthday wishes! We got home last night, and I didn't even come upstairs til this morning. I sat in first class on the way home cause my husband is automatcially upgraded now and he had me sit there with my son so I drank lots of wine in the afternoon and then was dead tired when we got home. I ran into a friend from my bookclub on the flight which was bizarre. Then got into a huge fight on the way home with my husband over being too tired to go out to a martini bar for my b-day. He didn't talk to me the rest of the night, and said all I would do would be sit on the computer--which I purposefully didn't do!! I did laundry, unpacked and watched last monday's GH before I fell asleep. Just got my dog picked up; still in a big fight; kids want food, no food here; gotta go grocery shopping, blah. I have never not wanted to return home more from a vacation....it is hot, humid, miserable here!! Anyway, glad to be back to my computer. Ms. Q thanks for the very sweet birthday words. I think that was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me in a very long time! I am going to catch up on some stuff around here and hope to catch you guys for a chat later. morning everyone...going home today! Had a great day at the beach yesterday. will miss the SoCal sunshine! My husband was daring me to get my belly button pierced yesterday but considering that I would never wear a bikini again in this lifetime, I nixed the idea!! Hey guys! My email won't load so I can't catch up or respond.... Read the recaps from yesterday. At least she was on. I just recounted...she was on 7 times in June (although one of those were like one scene or something at least) and three times in July, so a total of 10 times since TG has been gone. So I guess once a week is accurate that someone said she would be around for... When my email is working later, I will send some updates... Oh..and rememer an insider told me the other week that stuart is in a lot of pain and might need surgery? Maybe that si why he wasn't on with the Qs. There is still supposed to be a scene with them and AZ unless it got cut. Monica is in the park today with Liz and the boys and Jason and I think she is on again on Monday. We had the best day yesterday...there are no friends like old friends...it was so cool watching my kids play with my best friend from growing up kids on the beach...our moms are best friends and our grandmothers were friends way back in their younger days in NY. So cool... We hung out on Newport Beach all day and the kids boogie boarded and I even braved the cold water and was riding the waves with the kids... We come home tomorrow...back to our gross city!! LOL! At least I am not home for long til I get to go to NY! I think today we are going to go to Hungtington Beach, then to see my friend tonight who has triplets who are 3.5. Okay one last thing before I go to bed... some insider was giving info about liz's screentime increasing.. Insider, will Tracy be on more once Luke comes back? I know she wont have a storyline, but will she at least see her airtime increase? Willl she be mixing it up at all with Luke/Scott? It has been so pathetic this summer!! hey..just read back For the record...I was doing a beach tour from Huntington, Redondo, Hermosa, Manhattan up to Venice beach! LOL So I got to meet Nex! We had a great time and a great dinner sitting outside overlooking Laguna Beach! Thanks so much for picking me up and driving me home Nex! I got a pic and will post when I get home and get it onto my desktop from my camera! So nice to put a face with the name!! Even from vacation...your spoiler ho never really leaves you!! I was popping onto SD and some insider was on...they gave a tidbit about Tracy sayin she and Edward were on tomorrow. I kept asking and asking and finally here was her reply about next week... Insider with the tidbits...if you are still around, is tomorrow Tracy's only appearance for the next few weeks or is she on again here and there? Going to Newport Beach area (Orange County, south of LA), near Laguna Beach. No theme parks this year...no road trips to LA or San Diego..just relaxing! My kids are so jaded I want to slap them. The other night they were saying, "Please don't make us go to Disneyland again this year". They think we are horrible cause they haven't been to Disney World (well two of them) and we have only taken them to Disneyland.
