Got to Jason’s first appearance. I think because the last time Jason died and I was watching regularly, his return during the Drew storyline hit harder. I didn’t see him die this time and I’ve been enjoying Harris on Days. So Jason suddenly being on the roof with a sniper on Sonny didn’t hit as hard for me. Granted that might change when I see him with the other characters. But tbh Jason was a dead end for me because Burton wouldn’t let the character just embrace the Quartermaines fully it felt like despite even with brain damage, they were still in his life for decades. BMJason/Drew was exactly what I wanted from the character. Even Jason being there for Dante, did nothing for me. I didn’t watch GH in the 90’s so white Jagger and Sonny means nothing to me. I do support as many characters as Possible hating Sonny though. I’ve hated him since Faith was killed off. Also I love Tracy with Brooklyn but they dress like they’re the same age when Tracy is the grandmother.

Man he had some major chemistry with CS’ Paul. I personally didn’t hate him. I’ve always found Chandler to be an overrated giggling mess.

For my GH/DAYS fans how long did it take you to accept Mansi as Kristina? She’s still my favorite Abby and despite how people feel about her Lexi was the Kristina I watched with Sonny and Alexis so it’s hard for me to watch Kate at times.

Oh I’m going to skip ahead to Jason’s return, I was just curious to see how they handled Spencer.

I have to ask you guys that have been watching for a while now in the years I wasn’t watching, how do you feel about Laura’s two brothers? They both feel so random and out of place to me. Did Laura really benefit from two random adult siblings? Haven’t gotten to Jason’s return yet as I’ve been watching the Spencer/Esme go overboard episodes.

I just don’t understand why Ava’s family will help do all this but won’t kill Clyde for Ava?

She threw him in front of a speeding car and then told the bartender he jumped 😂

I’ve never deleted a single picture off my Facebook or Instagram. I literally can’t imagine taking time out of my day to remove every one of my exes from pictures I rarely even go back and look at. There’s tons of photos on my phone as well.

Ashley needs help BADLY. Even the voices in her head don’t seem to understand what she’s doing. Does she actually want Tucker back? Does she have another revenge plan cooked up? I’m starting to think it’s pretty clear she made up meeting a friend in Paris who helped her out.

It’s so nice seeing Sarah as trusting and believing Xander. I honestly didn’t think it was possible.

Happy because I watch the show but can we please get rid of JG sheesh.

Thats great and all but I personally felt no Tyler in his Nikolas.

I never found her to be bad per se, but she could not have been more disinterested in at least 95% of her material over the years and it showed onscreen. Im slowly learning the cast bit by bit but there are a [!@#$%^&*] ton of new characters on this show and every day I’m meeting someone new when watching. Just an aside I have limited exposure to the current Spencer but every time I’ve seen him I’ve found the actor very committed. He’s believable as a Cassadine to me. Moreso than the guy playing Nikolas in these episodes I’m seeing. To be fair my Nikolas viewing has only been limited to Tyler Christopher so it may just be my bias, but I just don’t see or feel Nikolas with this actor.

So far in the random episodes I’ve watched, I haven’t had to deal with Spinelli one of my absolute least favorite characters I’ve ever had to endure on this show. If that’s how she gets written out, that’d be a shame.

This is great news. When I came back for the Bobbie episodes seeing Kirsten was extremely jarring. It wasn’t even just the weight gain, she looked just flat out unhealthy to me. I don’t really follow the lives of soap stars so I’m not sure what her personal life has been like in the years since I dropped GH. You make such a good point about certain male leads not even attempting to cover their boredom. Maurice Bernard is still as bad as he ever was to me. But I will say in the episodes I’ve watched, Sonny isn’t completely dominating. Sonny/Carly/Jason is what eventually ran me off the show. I enjoyed Billy Miller’s Jason but then Burton came back and I was over it.

I’m so sick of Clyde. He’s not even an entertaining villain. I literally just want the character killed off and never mentioned again. It’s still nuts to me that EJ DiMera has yet to get revenge on the man who tried to kill him and murdered his sister in law in his home.

Ava being so chummy with Sonny and Nina is so weird to me. It’s been a while so I may be wrong but didn’t this ho kill Kate and Sonny killed AJ in cold blood because Kate was too lazy to write Ava instead of AJ 😂 Also didn’t NinaStafford literally cut Avery out of Ava?!

It’s crazy because Y&R and Days are my main shows. I had genuinely given up on seeing this many different locations on a soap again.
