It’s great! I know some people find the first season uneven (with all the etiquette stuff we initially mentioned), so I warned them about it, but they blew right through it. One’s on Season 3, and I told her what a treat she has with Season 4.

Potomac is special. It’s just great. It’s embarrassing the other shows. I just got a couple more resistant people to sample it (two 20-something white women who didn’t think it was for “them”), and they’re hooked.

Things picked up in the third set, but yeah. Novak was rushing to bail out of rallies with a bunch of ill-considered dropshots. Congrats to Rafa on his record-tying 20th major title in men’s singles.

This is a wow stat.

😝 Rafa at least stepped up in that Wimbledon match... I don’t dislike Rafa, so I’m ok with him sharing the all-time major record.

Nadal is in top form. And Novak can’t buy a first serve.

I hate when you can’t follow the whole tournament on a platform other than TC, which I have to pay extra for. It’s a problem, particularly with the French. I’m spoiled by the other tournaments airing on ESPN.

And I like that. We’ll see if she can be a Naomi and back it up with more majors or be an Ostapenko.

I thought it was a fun match, and I’m glad to see someone new win a major. She played really confident tennis.

That shadow on Chatrier makes the match unwatchable. Cloud clover is helping. This is actually pretty entertaining. Some very aggressive play.
