TK’s acting isn’t bad, per se, but the corny dialogue (and, yes, those hysterical blue-tinted flashbacks) isn’t doing him any favors. Ridge talks about Carter like he’s some orphan he picked up off the street and raised. It’s paternalistic in a VERY off-putting way.

Ridge is talking about Hope like she’s… Brooke. Carter is such a nothing character.
