Which one is better? The original or Mariah's version?

As much as I loved Reva....Kim was better in the role. Her character wasn't so over the top like Reva and loved her relationship with her children and husband.

I think CBS wanted to get rid of SFT too though. I think they said it was pulling older viewers and they wanted younger ones thus Capitol. I was never a fan of Edge of Night either but I agree that Capitol would be a hit now with all the mess going on at the WH.

1986-1987 Season 8. The Bold And The Beautiful 5.6 9. Capitol 5.2 Capitol's last year and B&B first year. Neither could match the 6.8 SFT had its last year on CBS. I hated Capitol with a passion...LOL. I had thirty minutes of free time until GL started. It took me a couple of years to warm up to B&B as I thought it was a cheaper version of Y&R.

Yes....I think Capitol started with most of Search's ratings of a 6.8.....they had a 6.4 but after that year Capitol dropped but after that its rating never came close to those of SFT.

P&G gambled and lost. I was a CBS viewer and when it moved to NBC I was crushed. At the time there were no VCRs and I wasn't going to watch it instead of Y&R which NBC placed it opposite.

As of late yes....Verdasco hasn't played great tennis in years. He has one good match a tourney. His game went south when Nadal kept winning everything. It's like he gave up and his game went too. Well when you lose to Steve Johnson......LOL...you deserve that statement....LOL Flab is playing now and he is already upset that he lost the first game and smashed a ball out of the stadium....LOL

NBC kept the wrong major. Instead of keeping Wimbledon it kept The French Open. So glad Duval beat Bouchard....brings a smile to my face.....

Ellen Wheeler was a shitty EP but she was good at directing episodes. i enjoyed them on ATWT.

How I miss these theme songs ..... The theme music went to hell when ESPN took over. The only theme music I liked for ESPN was this one but they got rid of it pretty quickly....dont care for the graphics though as they are all over place..... Wow Sam I am Sam loses....LOL...and that was not a warm shake hand at the end....LOLOLOL

Yeah, CBS gave that timeslot to Y&R and moved SFT after ATWT and before GL.

And it looks like Joker and Murray are back in Monte Carlo. Milos pulled out of Monte Carlo. I am surprised Monfils isn't playing...I am assuming he is still injured. He has a lot of points coming off this week. I think the points have already been taken out because his ranking has dropped to #15.

Yup he beat Lurch. And once again Brett Haber was making excuses for Lurch's loss.

I can't believe CBS got rid of it. It was still pulling in good numbers. Instead they replaced it with Capitol which brought in lower numbers which lead to its cancellation.

Brett Haber...ugh....already pimping John..... Brett Haber to Jimmy Arias.....John has ended in the top 20 for blah blah years. Jimmy Arias to Brett Haber....Yeah, but that's expected because of his serve...he should have done more Brett Haber interrupts Jimmy Arias.....but his return isn't that good so he.... Jimmy Arias drops subject and moves on.........LOL This is the second year Brett has brought up this shitty stat to which Jimmy hasn't been impressed. Brett is already making excuses for the American men in that they had to travel all the way back from Australia......no one told them to play Davis Cup. They weren't going to win anyways against Australia.

Lurch is playing on TC. Only a couple of games in and he looks tired already.
