It is rather amusing that almost everyone loves Matt and Fernando but can't stand regular Steve. Is it because of the writing or the actor getting worse in the role? I am asking because I still haven't seen season 1 yet. I thought the actor who plays Fernando was great on Dallas and have seen him in other movies too. I never cared for John Brotherton on OLTL.

Me too. I still don't get how this show tossed lively veteran characters like Kim, Bob, Lisa, Nancy, Emma, and Lucinda to the background. I would've had a field day with them. More than I would've younger characters. It boggles my mind how they phased John out too. They should've brought back MJ and Andy and recast Duke. He would've had all his kids (Margo, MJ, Duke, Andy, Dusty) on the canvas providing him tons of drama. Plus, I would've loved to have seen John interact with an older Parker and for them to form a bond as John once believed his was his son. I would've loved for MJ to pop up on the canvas and been an ambitious, smug, hot mess like his daddy was. MJ would've been the perfect rival for Casey too. That would've been interesting too seeing as MJ is Casey's uncle. Ugh! They tension between those two along with Margo and John being tossed in the middle would've been EPIC. Instead we got Parker and Liberty and Luke's fake cousin Jade which hardly seemed fair. TPTB didn't want to bother writing would could be complex storylines where they'd actually have to care about the history of the show. I guess creating brand new characters was easier for them. Too bad it was a total bore. I couldn't stand Liberty. The character was awful period! Looking back Parker and Jade(especially her) were written terribly . The actress who played Jade had potential but her stories were downright awful. Goutman didnt care to bring back fan favorite family members back. So we were never going to see MJ or recast Duke again.

I guess he won't be coming back to Days.

John Isner stayed at home thinking he was going to vulture the U.S. summer hardcourt season but Nick snatched that BB&T title that John had assumed he owned. I saw John even tried to change into his Georgia Bulldog colors but it didn't work. ESPN was saying how he was going for number 4. BB&T has no competition thats why he keeps winning it…LOL. This year he was unfortunate that Nick played it….LOL He loves playing the summer tour because the first 2 or 3 tourneys no one good plays them so he wins them….LOL.

Probably 0…LOL I was so thrilled that Delpo beat Djoker. I couldn't believe Novak melted down that way after his loss from Delpo. He even refused an interview after the match. Novak hasn't looked right since Paris….although in Monte Carlo he didnt look good either. His win at the Canadian Open last week was pure will and guts and luck. He looked awful at the tournament as well and 3 guys had a chance to beat him earlier there too and they didn't.

Have you been watching the news? Don Lemon (and he's certainly not biased against her) just had clips of Hillary speaking and then the FBI coming right in and contradicting her line for line. She lied about not having classified emails on her server. She also lied about the FBI backing her up on not having classified emails on her server. That's just this week. The Clinton's both have a very long history of lying. I'm not going to pretend the emperor is wearing clothes just because I agree with them politically. CNN doesn't try to hide its biases... Or him being gay...

CNN just reported that Trump continues to drop with educated white males in NH..more than 20 point drop…and he is dropping in other states that are vital to him winning….. Hillary is leading in NH, MI and PA

Basically. I'd say Sunny & Jed are recurring ... for now. I get this inkling feeling though that Jed & Sunny might be integrated in slowly while Candace & Raven are phased out. I hope at least. I just read an article that said Sunny and Jed would be recurring but the View just announced that Sunny and Jed would be regulars on the show. So thats Whoopi, Sara, Joy, Sunny, Jed, Raven, Candace and Paula(she has been fired/she hasn't been fired….) That's 8!! Thats insane even though I am assuming Raven and Candace will be seen less next season.

Thats what I was thinking too. He hasn't been relevant in years. When AC knows you from being just a model will then I guess you haven't done much in the acting world.

Wow, I didnt know that Paul Lammers had been a director for ATWT since back in the 60's. I thought he was one of if not the best ATWT director.
