Well money. Considering LuAnn had been on 5seasons, she's grown to be quite expensive. As a newbie with just 1 under her belt, her pay is low. Reducing LuAnn to a friend had her working the same amount as before but with less pay. It made sense from a Bravo perspective A rare family photo of Sonja. She looks so old here. I just saw Mariah on WWHL and I have to say, she's done a great job of redeeming herself this season. I don't hate her whereas I couldn't stand her last year. It doesn't sit right that these women are trying their hardest to paint Mariah as this big bad villain when Mariah has done nothing this season to support that. When asked about Quad, she had kind words to say. Said she loved her and wished her well. Contrast to Quad on there a few weeks ago, she was throwing shade at Mariah. I cant believe Quad won the poll bc IMO, she looks absolutely ridiculous in this feud. I do believe Mariah has been hurt by her betrayal as Quad looks like she turned on her for a story. I do think Mariah said she made her relevant but isn't that the truth? We wouldn't know who Quad was without the show. It was a hurtful, yet true comment, which I think Quad is blowing completely out of proportion.

If the show debuts in November as usual, that gives them about 5-6 months to get material for it. The show probably also wants to capitalize on the Kenya/Poorsha drama, Phaedra and Apollo's trouble and Kandi as a newlywed with Mama Joyce's inteference

Wow, was not expecting that at all. I thought it was going to be a few kids dancing in some martial arts gym, but didnt expect dozens of students dancing throughout a small section of the school. Yet there was no dropoff in season 4 as the ratings remained high and increased as it went on. Season 4 was toxic but people were still watching. The reboot was too drastic a change and alienated people. The transition between seasons and how Bravo handle it was awful. Im a trooper but I was ready to drop it bc of that. I didn't take to any of them until this season and that's only bc its been so long. The series was unrecognizable in S5 and a chore to watch

NYC's current season is better than any other series (save ATL) most recent season BUT the ratings do not reflect that. People dropped the show bc it lost a sense of familiarity when they did the drastic cast changes. I do think bringing back some old faces would bring back viewers who simply couldn't take to the new women. I definetly think Jill and Alex should return. At this point with the ratings so low, it cant hurt to try

Its cool Agree on all fronts I was shocked that girls of 2NE1 get along so well. Did you know that Bom is 30, Dara is 29, CL is 23 and Minzy is 20. That shocked me to learn there was such a huge age gap, especially since CL is the leader of the group and in alot of the songs/videos she and Minzy as the youngest get the most face time. That was real big of Vickie to confide in Heather. I loved their scene as it shed light and improved their friendship. The snoring was fun and I liked how Heather called her out on it yet had a sense of humor about it Tamra does need to get over herself. Considering they were going into the segment with tension, does she not understand that Heather might feel uncomfortable and nervous? IMO, its Tamra's fault for going off on her last week and setting this all in motion. Expecting Heather to go to her green room and prep her?
