    TWO CUTS!

    TWO CHARACTERS EXIT LIS AS ONE FAMILY IS PHASED OUT!

    Coming in immediately after "Episode#291: A Deadly Fall"....two characters and one actress have been cut from the LIS cast! Constance Towers(Helena Cassadine), who has played the top villianess from 2006-2009, and Stefan Cassadine(played by Stephen Nichols from 2008-2009) have both exited! Nichols shall remain on as his main character Steve Johnson, but his time playing dual roles has ended. The two characters exited when, in a showdown with Steve and Kayla after Steve escaped Helena's prison, they both lost their lives. With these two characters gone, the Cassadine family has been officially phased out of LIS.

    "I simply thought it was time....there were more plans for the Stefan impersonating Steve storyline, but I felt it was a failure and wasn't working, so after playing it out a bit I decided to end it. With how LIS is now, the Cassadines don't really have a place here before...they were once a big family on the show, since we've had Helena, EJ, Nikolas, and Stefan all here(and Mikkos in a few old flashbacks), but they're played out and its time for the GH crossover to end. I enjoyed having them here on the show, though, and I wish Constance all the best in the future." Tara Smith told reporters

    Both character's last airdate was on Episode#291.

    Episode#308: Home Free?

    Episode#308: Home Free?

    -Greta walks into the Secret Room, and Jan grumpily asks what she wants. Greta tells her she should be happier….she fulfilled her wishes! Nicole asks if that means she’s letting them out of here, and Greta shakes her head and says no, and reveals that she got Jan a nurse!

    -Lucas is jogging around Salem, not far from the Spears Mansion grounds. He thinks to himself how he wishes he could get ahold of Jan, and he calls her cell phone, but to no avail. He continues to run and wonder what is going on with Jan, but suddenly he yet again bumps into…Eugenia!

    -At the hospital, Alexis lies in her bed, still unconscious. She vaguely hears someone saying “Wake up” and opens her eyes, and she groggily looks around, and the person above her tells her she should have known she’d somehow get her son back involved with her! Alexis then sees her visitor is Robin!

    -Vivian laughs and turns around, and looks at a desperate Sami. She tells her excellent….they can kill Stefano, and then Sami will be home free….

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Kayla is walking along alone in the park, and she smiles as she thinks about how glad she is to be reunited with Steve, and she still can’t believe she was away from him for months. She sits down on a becn for a moment, but a mysterious figure is seen watching her!

    -Jan asks Greta what the hell she’s talking about, and she can’t have a nurse, she’s locked up beneath her mansion! Greta laughs and says it’s a nurse who will come here, and Nicole asks how the hell she’d get a nurse to come down into this hell hole and not blab….Greta explains that its simple: Money!

    -Eugenia is shocked to see Lucas again, and she says they seem to be running into each other everywhere lately. Lucas apologizes, saying he’s been on the phone all day. He asks Eugenia why she’s around these parts of town, and she says there are some apartments nearby, and she needs a permanent place to stay…she states that with the economy the way it is, she can only afford a lowly apartment but she’ll manage…Lucas curiously asks if it’ll be enough for her to take care of her baby once its born.

    -Alexis slowly comes back into consciousness, and hoarsely asks Robin what she’s doing here. Robin says she found out from Maggie about how her son had to save her sorry ass after being stabbed. She asks Alexis if she and Mike can’t just stay out of Jeremy’s life, and she wouldn’t be surprised if Alexis set the whole thing up! Alexis tries to tell her to stop, saying she just woke up from actually being stabbed, and she didn’t ask Jeremy to save her, he was just the one who happened to find her! Robin berates Alexis, but suddenly, Mike walks in!

    -Vivian tells Sami this is just perfect, she’s making the right decision. Sami shakily says she doesn’t want to do this, but she can’t go to the electric chair, because she’s not a murderor, she wouldn’t kill her own mother! Vivian shues her, and tells her she knows, she knows….and this may not be the way she planned on getting out of it, but she promises her that if she does this, she will never see a jail cell again!

    -Kayla sits silently in the park, and the figure watching her begins to approach her…its revealed to be a woman wearing high heels….

    -Greta tells Jan and Nicole that all she had to do was pay this nurse off, and that was it. Jan yells that she is not going to have some nurse that takes bribes take care of her baby, and Greta says her only other option is her taking care of Jan and her new little brat! Jan says that this nurse is probably a crooked one anyway, and Greta simply smirks and tells her it doesn’t matter, now she has her medical attention to care for her during her pregnancy! Greta walks off, leaving a fuming Jan there…

    -Eugenia is silent for a moment at Lucas’s question, but simply responds that it should be just fine. Lucas asks if she’s sure, and he sees the concerned look on her face, but quickly says its none of his business. She tells him its alright, but suddenly, Eugenia grabs her stomach and yells out in pain!

    -Robin and Alexis both look at Mike, and Mike sees Alexis is awake and asks Robin what she’s doing here. Robin says she was just having a bit of a chat with Alexis here, and Alexis yells no, she was just INSULTING her, blasting her for something she can’t control! Alexis exclaims that she just woke up from being stabbed, she has bigger things to worry about, and orders Mike to get Robin out!

    -The woman that has been watching Kayla for awhile slowly walks up behind Kayla as she sits on the park bench, and they take out a scarf, and suddenly….the woman wraps it around her neck and begins to choke Kayla!

    -Sami tells Vivian this better be worth it….she’s not even sure if she should do it. Vivian says she already said she’d do it, and she knows its what she must do. Sami very slowly nods, and tears run down her cheeks, and she asks Vivian how she’s going to get her out of prison to do it, and how…she wants her to kill Stefano. Vivian simply says that she’ll take care of that, and very soon she’ll see. Vivian tells her to expect to be on the move very soon, as she turns and leaves the jail, and Sami breaks down in tears, and she whispers to herself:

    Sami:I may have just made a horrible decision…

    Episode#23

    -Sami tells EJ frantically that they have to get down to the ground and make sure Lucas is alright as EJ begins to wonder why Sami cares so much about saving Lucas when she loves Austin but then he tells her that they can go down the firescape to get to him so Sami begins to scramble down the firescape and once she gst down to the ground she runs over to Lucas and feels that he has a faint pulse so she yells “Lucas no I love you!!!!”

    -Austin barely manages to climb onto the roof and runs over to a still unconscious Carrie, he begs her to wake up and once she finally comes to she begs Austin to save her baby and he says he will, she thn says faintly “Austin…..Austin…I love you….” then she falls unconscious again so Austin quickly picks up Carrie and sees that the whole roof is engulfed in flames so he runs to the door and jumps down where the stairs use to be, right into the flames!

    -As Lilly is walking into the Spears Mansion she notices the lights are on when she gets in and finds a note on the coffee table in the living room telling her that Jan has gone to jail so Lilly yells “No!” and says to herself that she has to get Jan out of jail because number one she is her sister and number two, Jan knows a secret that Lilly has! Lilly tells herself that if Jan blabs her secret, she will be in huge trouble and Abby hears that as she is walking up to the Spears Mansion’s entrance!

    -As Frankie arrives at the Deverauk house Jennifer tells Kayla that she needs to talk to Frankie alone now so Kayla nods and goes into the kitchen, as Frankie walks into the door Jennifer tells him that they need to talk.

    -After Kayla walks into the kitchen she sees Steve getting ready to walk out the door so she asks him where he is going and he turns around and tells her that he is sorry but he has to leave Salem for good.

    -As John is walking by the Dimera Mansion he sees a light on inside ands a lot of guard walking around so he wonders what is going on and begins to sneak in closer!

    -Marlena and Nicole arrive in the parking lot of Sami’s apartment, Roman is already there along with some police officers, ambulances and Firefighters, Marlena runs over to him and asks him if he knows where Sami is but Roman replies that he has no idea where Sami, Austin, Lucas or Carrie are and Nicole says that they were all there before she left for the hospital earlier so Marlena becomes to fear that everyone could die and she also remembers that Carrie could lose her baby because of the delicate pregnancy and Nicole thinks to herself that if Carrie loses her baby with Lucas, it could draw her back to Austin.

    -Lucas awakens and looks up at Sami and asks her why she is on top of him and she then says “Lucas, oh thank goodness your safe” and then she quickly gets off of him and replies that she was just making sure he was alright so Lucas says okay and asks her if she knows where Carrie is and Sami says that she was on the rooftop last she saw and Austin got up there so Lucas says “Good” and tells her that he is going back in to make sure she is okay but first he is getting her to safety but EJ interrupts and says that he can do that for him, Lucas says that no, he has to make sure the mother of his son is alright too so Sami thanks him and they quickly run towards the parking lot as flames fall all around them from the tiny explosions of electricity.

    -Austin gets to the elevator shaft and tells Carrie to hang on because he is going to have to jump down it to get to the main level. After that he jumps and manages to land on his feet without hurting himself that much so he runs for the front door past the fire fighters and finally manages to get out the door into the parking lot.

    -Abby quickly hides behind a wall as Lilly rushes out of the Spears Mansion to get Jan out of jail, once Lilly is in her car and drives off Abby tells herself that she has to find out Lilly’s secret because it might hurt Max.

    -John is stopped by a guard as he prepares to enter the Dimera Mansion, he asks the guard what is going on in there and the guard answers that they are doing renovations in the mansion and no one can go in there right now but Jon interjects that no one lives there and orders the guard to stop lying and tell him what is really going on.

    -Jennifer begins to tear up and tells Frankie that what she has to tell him will change his life forever, Frankie asks what is it that she has to say and Jennifer finally admits that she still loves Jack and wants to be with him!

    -Kayla begs Steve to stay in Salem and asks why he has to leave, Steve tells her that he can’t just sit in a town that he does not know and try to remember a life he never had but Kayla says that he did have it and deep down inside he knows that so Steve begins to have a flash of memory and looks at Kayla and says “Sweetness”.

    -As Austin, Lucas, Sami, EJ and Carrie all arrive in the parking lot Austin immediately rushes over to a stretcher that the paramedics got for Carrie while Sami jumps into Marlena’s arms and Nicole, Lucas and Roman all go over to the stretcher Carrie is on as do Marlena and Sami once they are done with their hug, Austin and Lucas both asks the paramedics how Carrie and the baby are, after examining Carrie the paramedic tells everyone around her stretcher that Carrie is stable and should be fine, but she lost her baby.

    ANNOUNCEMENT!

    Hi everyone. I know that there has been alot of sutff going on on this blog, such as looking for a Co HW, which I have not found. I also know that episodes have not been posted regularly, and the blog only has TWENTY EIGHT episodes posted, which is not good since the blog has been active since July.

    Nobody did the Co HW contest, therefore I am still in a hole and need help! I at least need help writing episodes, because I do not have enough time to post episodes regularly.

    Roman has given me an interesting idea, so I will try this, but in the meantime, I do have free time on my hands, so I can tell you that ALOT of episodes will be posted within the next few days!

    And, expect episodes to become shorter at times, because these lenngthly ones are the main problem.

    Anyways, stay tuned to Life in Salem!

    Episode#165

    -Belle walks into the Spears Mansion and sees Jan. Jan turns to her and says she’s come so soon, and Belle immediately tells her she thinks Gina could be in Italy! Jan asks her what the hell she is talking about, and Belle explains the whole situation. Jan then says they need to leave for Italy NOW.

    -Allan finds Max at the Brady Pub, and tells him they have a lead on Erin’s location. Max asks where, and Allan reveals they think she might be in ITALY! Max asks Roman if he’s kidding and that’s where half of Salem is right now, and Allan says he is not, which makes him wonder if the kidnapping has a DiMera connection. Max says he’ll find out, because he’s going to Italy! Allan tells him he’s going too.

    -Anna tries to pull herself together back in Aremid, and tells Tony they just need to leave Aremid and go back to Salem, and Tony says they both know they really shouldn’t and they need to investigate more and see if there is any more he can remember. Anna says no they don’t need to, and there was no useful information here anyway. Tony stands and takes her hand with a sigh, and says fine, they can go back to Salem. Anna thanks him and says she’ll call Allan and tell him and the others they are coming back.

    -Sami lets out a scream when the gun goes off, and Roman immediately pulls Marlena out of the way and shields her while Bo does the same to Hope. EJ says “Well well well look who you shot, mother.” and Helena scowls when she sees she shot NIKOLAS!

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Helena looks at Lexie and tells her to tend to her grandson, now! She points the gun at her while Abe, Roman, and Bo all take out their guns and point them at Helena and tell her she better not make another move. Lexie sighs as she gets down to tend to Nikolas and her eyes briefly lock with Abe‘s, and Helena then points the gun at Sami! She says “Well officers, you can capture me and let this innocent woman die, or you can drop your guns and give them to me, which will it be?” and Bo looks at Roman, and Sami looks at her father with fear in her eyes. He nods to Abe, and Abe tells Helena fine, they’ll do it. They drop the guns and kick them away, and Stefano who is still lying on the ground slowly tries to inch a way, but Helena throws one of the guns to EJ and tells him to keep his father at bay!

    -As Allan and Max talk, Allan’s phone rings and he answers it, and Anna is on the other line. Anna tells him she and Tony are coming back to Salem but purposely leaves out Tony’s flashback, and she asks what is going on in Salem. Allan informs her of the situation and tells her he is about to head to Italy as well! Anna says “Italy?!” and suddenly when Tony overhears, he shakily gets up and is feeling odd. As he stumbles around he whispers “What is happening to me?” and suddenly, he looks at Anna as she hangs up, and tells her they need to go to Italy!

    -EJ slowly picks up the gun, and contemplates what to do and who to side with. He keeps looking at Helena and Stefano, and Stefano tells EJ to not do it to his own father. Helena then hisses to EJ he knows what his father did to her, and they have been planning this for months, now it is all full circle! EJ looks at Stefano and then finally points the gun at him. Stefano then growls in anger “You would do this to your own father?! Who raised you up! You truly are her son!” and suddenly he grabs his own gun and points it back at Helena in anger, and says now she has taken his own son away from him! Helena tells Stefano it would not be wise to shoot, because then EJ would kill him. Helena looks at the rest and says that Sami will live if they let her and her son go, and let them take Stefano with them!

    -Jan and Belle head to the airport, and Jan tells Belle she already has a Spears jet arranged. Belle says good, it will get them to Italy faster. Both vow to avenge Shawn’s death, but little do they know Philip is following them!

    -Abe says no, and they need to take both of them to jail for their crimes, and they won’t let her just take him and run off. Helena says she would finally kill him, and it would be revenge for everyone in this room. She looks at Abe and says he turned his wife against him, she looks at Bo and Hope and says he’s kidnapped Hope before and sent some princess to impersonate her, and then she looks at Roman and Marlena and smirks, and she says he has done the most to them, especially Roman. She then whispers “He destroyed your face, took your wife so many times, now he can finally be gone…you can be satisfied…” and as anger wells up, Stefano remarks “Roman plays by the rules too much…he knows he can never beat me, no matter if I kill his children or put his mother in a coma…” and Roman then yells “SHUT UP, YOU OLD MAN!” and launches himself at Stefano!

    -Allan tells Max they should head out now, and a voice says they aren’t going without them. Allan turns to see Billie, Lucas, and Hattie! Allan asks them how they know about this, and Billie says it’s what they heard. Billie says she wants to help, and it’s better than just sitting around Salem. Hattie says “Oh Mr. Allan, I would do anything for you. So I am going to help you bring down those nasty DiMeras.” and Lucas says he needs to find Sami! Allan says the more help they can get the better, and the group heads off!

    -Abe yells “ROMAN DON’T!” but Roman shoves Stefano up against the wall and begins to strangle him, and Roman yells “YOU’LL NEVER HURT MY FAMILY AGAIN YOU BASTARD!” and Stefano’s gun slips out of his hands, EJ shoots several times but misses as Roman and Stefano keep moving, and Abe darts towards Roman and Stefano while Bo rushes to EJ and grabs his hands to keep him at bay, and Helena who is slightly distracted by the situation looks at the chaos and Hope takes that chance to catch her by surprise and grab her and they enter a struggle, and Sami and Marlena run towards each other. Megan panics and grabs a knife to stab Roman with, but Marlena and Sami see it and both knock her over. Stefano punches Roman in the gut which causes Roman to stumble back in pain, and Stefano tries to get the gun but Abe manages to grab him in time. Hope and Helena continue to struggle, and Helena slowly grabs a knife out of her pocket with her right hand, and as the gun begins to slip out of her hand just in time Helena slashes Hope across her side!

    -Tony says that they need to go for Italy, for assistance, and maybe they can get Helena and Stefano so this can end. Anna says they really should go back to Salem and they probably have enough people in Italy already. Tony then says they must go to Italy, and nearly pulls Anna out, and Anna says “Fine fine, but what the hell is with you lately?” and Tony says nothing is as they leave the house, and head back to the airport. Back in the study in the empty house, a picture of Helena and Stefano standing together is seen on the ground…

    -Hope yells back in pain and falls back, and Bo sees she is hurt and runs to her side and manages to catch her, and he holds her as she slowly breaths in and out. EJ then points the gun at Stefano again while Helena points her gun at Marlena and Sami. She looks at all of them and says they had best stay where they are, or else.

    -Steve and Kayla at the Pub sees the group leave, and Steve says to Kayla since everyone is going to Italy he wonders if Britta/Gina is there as well, since she probably only killed Shawn to hurt Bo and Hope, she might strike one of them there. Kayla asks if he really thinks she would do that, and Steve says he knows how she thinks. He says maybe they need to follow everyone else and go to Italy! Kayla says with a laugh “You’re kidding right?” and Steve says no, he wants to be there to see Gina/Britta one last time…because he feels her time may be up in Italy. He says he needs to speak to her, and Kayla can either stay in Salem or go. Kayla says fine, she’ll go.

    -Many Salemites arrive at the airport, and all board planes to Italy! Allan, Max, Billie, Lucas, and Hattie board a public plane and it takes off…but suddenly Alexis is revealed to be watching Lucas from another seat! Meanwhile Jan and Belle leave…but Philip stows away on the jet! Philip whispers to himself he’ll get Belle back in Italy, and this time for good. The screen then flashes to a Basic Black jet and Kate is seen boarding it! Kate thinks to herself that she may not want to go to Italy, but after Helena’s strange message she probably should. All the planes leave!

    -The foyer in the palace is silent for a moment, and Roman tells Helena she can’t keep them hostage forever. Helena snaps until she can kill Stefano, she will! She says she has been preparing for this day for years, and she won’t let Stefano escape this time. Stefano tells Helena what she is doing is very stupid and ridiculous, and so many people have tried to defeat him for years, she will be no different! Lexie interrupts and says she needs to get Nikolas to a hospital or something, because he could die if they don’t get him somewhere with the proper equipment in time!

    Title Change!

    Just to tell everybody, I changed the title of the blog, from "daysfan's blog" to "Life in Salem".

    Therefore, that means from now on, all of the previews, cast changes and other stuff will be refered to as Life in Salem instead of Days of Our Lives.

    Hope everyone likes the new title!

    Episode#338: Disposing of Nicole

    -Abe is at the Carver Household, and someone knocks on the door…he yells for them to come in, and sees it is Faye! He happily greets her, and she says she was driving by…and she decided to come to see him again…she asks if he’s alright, being here all alone…Abe says Maggie simply ran out to get something…Faye also says she saw a for sale sign in his front yard, and asks if he’s really selling his house after having it for so long…Abe nods, and says with physical therapy and all, it’d be better if he just moved in with Maggie at this point…Faye then asks:

    Faye:So I suppose this also means that you and Maggie are…in a pretty deep relationship, aren’t you?

    -Kate lies and tells Tony nothing, nothing…just the hatred that she had for him. Tony nods, but is slightly suspicious of something, however he decides not to tell Kate that…the two continue to talk, as Kate says that she should go…Kate gets up and puts her clothes on, as does Tony…

    -At Bo and Hope’s house…someone knocks on the door…and Bo opens it to see Hope! Bo tells his Fancy Face that he’s SO glad to see her, and he says they really need to talk more about what happened with Kristen that one night…he says he and Kristen have nothing, and even if they did have something, its over! Hope simply says:

    Hope:You’re right, Brady, it is all over.

    -Greta is revealed to be in a car, driving through Salem, as she says its time to get rid of the source of her problems ONCE and for ALL…she enjoyed tormenting her down in the Secret Room, but now she needs to die…in the backseat, a tied up, shot Nicole is lying there…bleeding and unconscious….

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Abe nods and tells Faye yes, he and Maggie have known each other for years…but they have gotten close in the past year or more, and have been in a relationship since last Summer…she was a rock for him during Theo’s custody battle and his stroke, and is still a rock for him during his physical therapy and this rough time in his life…he just can’t operate on his own, at least not for awhile, and he and Maggie love each other so much…its just time to move in together, and her house has so much more room, and her own family is there. Faye says its so great that he’s found someone like that…she just wishes she had someone like that, as well.

    -Kate leaves after putting her clothes on…and Tony sighs as he sits down in a chair, and thinks about what just happened…he says on one point, it actually…felt good, but on another point…he does love Anna, how could he sleep with another woman mere hours after sleeping with her?

    -Kate is walking out of the Salem Inn, as she is finishing strapping some of her clothes…however, suddenly she runs into Vivian! She asks Vivian what the hell she’s doing here…Vivian says she’s come to speak to her step-son, Tony…she needs to tell him something very important…Kate says she was just…talking…to Tony, and Vivian looks at her and then says:

    Vivian:Well, Kate, it seems that you and Tony may have been doing much more than just talking…I’m confused…don’t you hate him?

    -Bo tells Hope no, they can’t give up after DECADES of being together and in love…they’ve gotten through so many issues before, they can get through this! Hope shakes her head, and tells him that she’s known ever since she went to jail that they were over…he can have Kristen…she’s just here to get her things, and leave this place, and Bo…behind.

    -Greta drives out of Salem as Nicole bleeds and moans a few times in the backseat…Greta drives far away from Salem, saying how she hopes Nicole enjoyed her time in that town while it lasted…

    -Abe tells her that maybe someone will come along for her someday…Faye slowly nods, and she says that she was married to Paul for many years, but they both know what kind of man he was…and she is so old that…it may be too late for her…he tells her to look at how old he is, a bit older than her, yet he found the person who was right for him, even after having a wife for many years: Maggie. He tells Faye there is still a chance for her…and Faye smiles, looking at Abe…

    -Kate simply tells Vivian she has no clue what she’s talking about, and rushes off…Vivian simply smirks and walks over to Tony’s room, and knocks on the door…Tony’s thoughts are interrupted, and he answers it and greets Vivian and asks what he owes this visit. Vivian replies:

    Vivian:I have something to tell you…its about Stefano.

    -Bo continues to try to change Hope’s mind, reminding her of their greatest times, but she continues to say that their time together….is over…as Hope remembers all they’ve gone through, she sheds a tear as she goes through her things…she remembers the birth of all her children with Bo, Bo bursting in and taking her away during her wedding to Larry, their weddings, them finding each other again in 1994 after she fell into a vat of acid in 1990...she thinks that those were great times, but it still doesn’t change the fact that now…its over.

    -Greta drives on a random road somewhere, and stops her car on the side of the road…once she makes sure no one is around, she opens the door to the backseat, and drags Nicole out, who’s stomach is now covered with blood(where she was shot)…she throws Nicole into the grass, in a small ditch, beside the road…Nicole lies there, unconscious, as she continues to bleed…Greta GRINS and laughs evilly as she says:

    Greta:Well, this is the end, old rival….now….you will die.

    Greta then gets back into her car and drives back towards Salem, as Nicole is left to die…

    Episode#399: Proof?

    -Sami sees Brandon as he is trying to get his clothes on...and she says this is sure interesting...she looks at Carrie and asks if she's already bedded Brandon....Carrie laughs and shakes her head, telling her sister no Brandon just got out of the shower and she accidentally saw him like this! Sami says sure...and tells her to trust her, he IS good in bed!

    -Will and Destiny are upstairs at the Spears Mansion....they play with Arianna and Bentley, and Will introduces Arianna to Bentley as his niece...Will then goes on to tell Destiny how great it is to have his daughter back...and its all thanks to her. Destiny tells him no, it wasn't all because of her...he was strong throughout the whole thing and fought the Galore's...and they really couldn't have done it without Dorian. Will says that he still can't believe that his own grandma would do that...and hire the person trying to take his baby away from him! Destiny tells Will that when she rescued them...Kate seemed genuinely sweet, and like she didn't know at the time that Crystal was the one fighting him for Arianna...Will nods, but says still...however, now its time to focus on raising his daughter!

    -Lucas and Jan lay on the couch after making passionate love....Jan says that was great...they haven't done that in so long...and Lucas agrees, but still is distant...Jan tells him something seems wrong. Lucas lies and tells Jan that he loved it too....he really did...because he loves her. Jan asks if he's thinking about that bitch Eugenia again!

    -Eugenia is seen entering St.Luke's...she goes up to the candles, and lights one...she prays to God, asking Him to please tell her if she should really stick around....should she really stick around, waiting to see if Lucas will *REALLY* choose her over Jan! Meanwhile, Celeste also enters the Church, praying about...Victor.

    -At Maggie's house, Robin is upstairs, while everyone else is downstairs...except Laura. Laura soon runs into Robin, and Robin groans and tells Laura to get out of her way, but Laura stands her ground and asks Robin WHY she accused her of trying to kill her AGAIN!

    -Vivian is at the DiMera Mansion...sipping on a drink as she thinks about how Kristen and Bo are investigating who set Peter up to die...she says that they can't figure it out! They just can't....as she continues to drink, Valentine enters and asks what the hell she's talking about!

    -Dorian tells Victor that she knows there's something there...she just knows it...and she's going to prove it! She pulls Victor into a kiss....and as they kiss....they begin to slowly go upstairs, pulling their clothes off in the process!

    -Suga is seen in the kitchen at the Kiriakis Mansion...she says that she has a plan...she's NOT going to let Victor send her back to jail!!!

    -Bo asks if she's sure....Bo says that numerous reports have said that Stefano died in a car crash with Will and Destiny...Kristen says she knows, and at the time she was too busy grieving Peter AND her father and dealing with the situation with him and Hope but its just...too odd, too coincidental...she says she knows that it was a stormy night, but it doesn't even make sense that he somehow got into a simple car crash and went off that cliff...she says that nothing like that has happened before with her father! Bo points out what Andre told everyone back in 2002...Kristen tells him obviously that was a lie! She says that it just doesn't add up that Stefano died RIGHT after Peter's death and right after she wondered if someone was really out to kill Peter...Bo slowly nods and as he thinks about it, she may be on to something...Vivian may have set up both Peter AND Stefano to die!

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Brandon smiles and tells Sami thats enough...there's nothing going on between him and Carrie...nothing at all! Sami says alright, she'll believe that...Carrie tells Brandon she needs to go get something from her room, and after she leaves, Sami approaches Brandon and says:

    Sami:Okay, cough it up...you want my sister, don't you?

    -Destiny agrees and tells Will that Arianna, her best friend, is proud of him up in Heaven right now...Will says he hopes so, and Destiny tells him that he's only had Arianna back several days and he's already become a good father again...far better than the Galore's could ever be! Will thanks her, and they continue to talk and bond, and slowly they lean in and....KISS!

    -Robin snaps to Laura that wasn't some accusation, its a fact! Laura wrapped her arms around Robin's neck...Laura says thats because she taunted her into it...she tells Robin that she's baiting her...but she won't let her take her down!! Robin tells Laura its only a matter of time...Laura'll be in the crazy house soon, and she'll make sure of it!

    -Kristen says yes...she's not sure but she really thinks thats the only possibility...Bo tells her right now, while they should keep the Stefano aspect in mind, they should focus on her setting Peter up to die...he says that Vivian has reason to...but how could they prove it! Kristen tells him there has to be some proof out there...Bo says no...she could've just somehow set him up and there could be no proof at all!

    -Eugenia continues to pray...she prays to God that she stayed in the Spears Mansion because of Lucas...because she loves him...and a part of her has really been hoping...that he'd dump Jan for her...but if he's off having sex to her...its just a fantasy...and maybe she should just leave the Spears Mansion and Salem in general! Celeste meanwhile continues to pray about her relationship with Victor, wondering what she should do...he tried to kill a woman...but she also still loves him!

    -Lucas asks Jan how can he not...he feels like he's practically cheating on Eugenia! Jan angrily gets up and tells Lucas that he had NO problem cheating on HER while she was in the Secret Room! Lucas says its DIFFERENT, he thought she left him...Jan tells Lucas she's tired of this...its time for him to wisen up and get rid of Eugenia!

    -Vivian turns to Valentine and tells her to get out as she downs another drink, and says she has enough on her plate, she doesn't need to deal with her right now...Valentine smiles and says they're sisters, she can tell her...Vivian continues to drink as Valentine prods her, and FINALLY, Vivian says:

    Vivian:Alright...I'll tell you.

    -Dorian and Victor lie in a bed upstairs in Victor's bedroom...the two make passionate love...however, downstairs, Suga says its about time to make sure Victor Kiriakis NEVER sends her back to prison for something she doesn't even remember going!

    -Bo tells Kristen that if she set up BOTH Stefano and Peter...then maybe there's something...but if its just Peter...she could have just sent Peter down there and no one may know it! Kristen curses as she realizes that Bo is right...even if Vivian did do it, she can't prove it!

    -Eugenia finishes praying, but still wonders what she should do about this mess with Lucas...she thinks that maybe it is time to give up another man she loves! Eugenia continues to think as she heads towards the exit of the Church...but she runs into Celeste! Eugenia greets Celeste and tells Celeste she's so sorry...Celeste's prayer is interrupted...she looks at Eugenia and then flashes back to when she had a vision of a woman giving birth and a baby crying!

    -Bo tells Kristen that there COULD be proof...but honestly...it doesn't look like there is! Kristen clenches her fists and tells Bo that she HAS to prove it somehow...if it IS Vivian like it seems...then she's damn well going to send her to prison right with Kate and Crystal! Bo nods and promises Kristen that somehow...they'll figure this out, but he is just warning her...Kristen nods and says she understands...Bo says he needs to go, but he'll definitely be in touch...this is his top case now! Kristen thanks him for all of this...he says anytime...he leaves the Brady Pub, and Kristen steps outside...she looks to the sky, and she promises Peter that she's going to find whoever set him up...and if it is Vivian...she's going to avenge his death and stop this woman once and for all...she'll END the reign of Vivian Alamain! Kristen walks away as her words echo into the night...

    And....don't forget to tune in TOMORROW...as "Life in Salem" turns 3 years old...and its 400th episode airs...and MANY lives of salem are changed drastically! Only on Life in Salem!

    -A few days have passed since Nicole was shot and left to die!

    -Megan and Jill both enter the hospital, and see Dr.Stansville….Dr.Stansville tells them both that the baby is doing fine, just fine…its been a good while since Jill became the surrogant, and everything has been going good ever since…now, its time for the first ultrasound!

    -Kate is outside St.Luke’s, at the cemetary…she is at Peter Blake’s grave, and says how sorry she is about what happened with Crystal, Tony, and Stefano…she never meant for him to die. Kate sheds a single tear as she stands up and walks around…and is stunned when she sees Lucas, Eugenia, Will, and Destiny at some type of private ceremony!

    -Eugenia, Lucas, Will, and Destiny are all dressed up as the private memorial service and burial of Blake Willens, really Bradley Spears, is about to be buried…Eugenia tries to be strong but cries, as she tells Lucas that this was her first child…and she has to bury him before he could even live at all…Lucas comforts her, and Will tells her he’s so sorry, as does Destiny…however, everything is interrupted when Kate barges in, asking what the hell is going on here!

    -Nicole is seen lying somewhere….in a smaller or moderately sized house, she is alive, and her gunshot wound is patched up…slowly she wakes up, and is in a bed….she looks around, and slowly stands up as she realizes that she’s alive….Nicole looks around at the place, and then says outloud:

    Nicole:Where the hell am I?

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Megan says excellent, this is all going according to plan…Dr.Stansville glances to Jill, as they head to the ultrasound room..Dr.Stansville rolls her eyes, and after Jill walks in, she turns to Megan and says:

    Dr.Stansville:Sorry, you can’t go in there.

    -Everyone turns in shock towards Kate…and Eugenia tells her former partner in crime that she’s burying her BABY, can’t she have a bit of respect! Kate asks what her son and grandson are doing here…and Lucas tells Kate to just calm down, and this is a memorial service for Eugenia’s stillborn son, Blake…Kate asks why he’s here…and Lucas then tells his overprotective mother that he and Eugenia are engaged!

    -Nicole walks around the place she’s in….but suddenly, a man(Justin Bruening) walks in…Nicole looks at him and stands back, asking who he is! He tells her to calm down, she’s safe here, he patched up her wound…he says his name is Travis Baines…he found her bleeding, and shot, on the side of the road a couple days ago!

    -Megan asks Dr.Stansville what she’s talking about, Jill is carrying HER baby…Dr.Stansville says it should only be something between the doctor and the pregnant woman, but Megan exclaims that ultrasounds have other people in the room ALL the time…Megan shoves Dr.Stansville aside and stomps in, as the doctor sighs and follows her…

    -Kate screams “WHAT?!” and Lucas tells her that he and Eugenia have been getting to know each other for a few months…Eugenia’s changed from the schemer she once was, and has helped him through some issues…Kate is stunned, and tells Lucas this may not be such a good idea, but Lucas won’t listen to it! Kate sighs and says she’ll just have to accept it then…Eugenia tells them that they should get on with the memorial service, and it begins!

    -Travis explains to Nicole that he brought her back here, and he knows how to do this type of thing, he’s not a doctor but he does know how to do it, especially all the way out here with not that many hospitals around…Nicole asks where they are, and he replies they’re practically in the country, or else a very very small village…Nicole walks around, and steps outside by a side door for a moment…she looks at the world before her, breathing in the fresh air…and sighs in relief! As Travis watches her, she says outloud:

    Nicole:So now…I’m….I’m free! I’m not…in Greta’s damn Secret Room underneath the Spears Mansion…I can breathe in the fresh air! I’M FREE!

    -The next day, as many Hortons leave Salem, Maggie and Julie say goodbye to them all. Maggie says goodbye to her daughters, and Melissa says she will try to visit soon. After Melissa walks out the door of Maggie’s house, Sarah warns Maggie that Melissa is going through a hard time right now, and is very closed up. After Sarah leaves, Maggie wonders what is happening with Melissa.

    -Kate walks into the Salem Inn to see Helena. She flashes back to how Helena forced her into an alliance to bring down Sami. She walks into the room where Helena is, and Helena sits in a chair. She smirks at her and says “So you have arrived. Excellent…..now our plans can begin…..”

    -Hope visits Shawn’s, Zack’s, Tom’s, and Alice’s graves one last time. She slowly stares at them all, and as she walks by Shawn’s she leans down and continues to stare before standing again. Little does she know Gina, who is in a ski mask, is standing right behind her….

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -Steve and Kayla walk onto the grounds of the Kiriakis mansion, ready to confront Victor on what they found in Llanview. Kayla tells Steve to be calm, and Steve says it’s going to be hard and he won’t gurantee a thing. She sighs as they walk up to the door.

    -Nicole goes to the hospital to check on Crystal, but gets a shock when she learns Crystal died late last night. Christopher is the one to tell her the news, and she is in disbelief. As she leaves the hospital she says that is another thing off her plate…..

    -Kate tells her if it gets Lucas out of Sami’s life, she will do anything Helena likes. Helena tells Kate she needs her to lure Sami to the docks, and once Sami is there, she can kill her and throw her body out into the ocean. Kate’s eyes widen and she asks if she is sure Sami needs to die, and Helena replies that she has examined Sami’s backstory, and she always lures the men she breaks up with right back into her web. She tells Kate it is time she be taken out permanently, and if Kate is going to work with her she will have to get use to more lethal methods, and Kate finally reluctantly agrees.

    -Hope can get a sense that someone is behind her, and she quickly turns around, and sees the masked Gina. “Hello, Hope. Visiting your dearly departed son?” Gina says, her voice disguised. “Who are you?” Hope asks as she slowly backs up “Oh, you don’t know? I am not surprised, you probably are not in the mood to be the brightest one. I killed your son.” Hope’s eyes widen, and she stares right into Gina’s eyes. “YOU! YOU KILLED MY SON! I KNOW WHO YOU ARE!” and she tackles Gina to the ground…..

    -Steve knocks on the door, and eventually Victor opens it. “Steve, Kayla. It’s rare that you ever come here.” he says, simply, looking at them both “Oh forget all that diplomatic attitude. We both know you and your buddy Victor Lord faked my death.” Steve growls as he walks inside. Kayla tries to stop, Steve, but then Victor says “I have no idea what you are talking about.” and Steve then suddenly removes a GUN from his coat and Kayla yells “STEVE, NO!”

    -Hope and Gina get into an intense fight, and Gina whispers “Yes, you know it is me…..” and Hope then punches Gina in the face once she stands, and rips Gina’s ski mask off. She sees her face, and she says with gritted teeth “You are supposed to be dead…….” and Gina scoffs “Oh please, no one ever dies in Salem, dear Hope! Except of course for your sons and grandmoth-” she says but in a rage Hope grabs her by her throat, and hisses “Don’t you ever mention them like that. Why did you kill Shawn? You should have just come straight to me, you pricy princess.” and Gina responds “Oh there would be no fun in that,” and then she kicks Hope to the ground, and then quickly takes off. Hope stands and then takes out her cell phone and dials Bo’s number….

    -Steve orders Victor to admit his crime, and Victor snarls and calls for the guards. They quickly arrive and drag Steve and Kayla off the premsis, but Steve yells he will be back. Once the guards let them go, Kayla tries to say something to Steve but he says he needs some time alone and walks off. Kayla sighs as she also walks the other way, just letting be Steve be. Meanwhile as Steve walks into an alleyway and kicks down a trash can, suddenly he looks up to see Gina in front of him……

    "They will be back but it is unknown for how long because I am still pondering if I want them to stay with Days but rest assured... they are back." the writer tells us

    It is unknown if Nadia and Kyle are back on contract or if they are on recurring.

    Episode#224: The Beginning of Stefano’s Funeral

    -A new day in Salem rises. It is the day of Stefano’s “funeral”, and at St.Luke’s, Celeste and Lexie walk into the empty church and all that is there is Stefano’s coffin and his picture. Celeste asks Lexie why Theodore could not come today, and Lexie says with a sigh that Abe still won’t let her see him. Lexie then says to Celeste:

    Lexie: He wants to pursue custody of Theo, Mom. I don’t know what to do.
    Celeste: If Abraham does not come around in time, then you must fight him for Theodore. A mother should be with her son.
    Lexie: I know…its just all of this is so confusing right now…
    Voice: Oh so you’re afraid to fight your puny little ex-husband but you’re not afraid to betray our father?

    Lexie and Celeste turn to see Megan Hathaway standing in the doorway of the Church…

    -Tony and Anna are getting ready to leave the DiMera Mansion, and Tony tells her he’s glad she was able to be released from the hospital so early. Anna agrees, and comments she wishes she could find that Kristen woman so she could give her a piece of her mind. Tony nods and says he wonders what is wrong with her, and Anna says they shouldn’t worry about her, they just need to concentrate on their lives. As Anna and Tony walk outside to their car, Anna asks:

    Anna: So, how did your therapy session with Marlena go? We didn’t get much of a chance to talk last night after we got home.
    Tony: Well enough…I suppose…we did make some good progress…
    Anna: No other details?
    Tony: Not really.

    Anna raises an eyebrow at Tony but he assures her everything is fine as they get into the car and drive off…

    -Maggie and Marlena are in Maggie’s car together, on their way to Bo and Hope’s house because they are riding with them to St.Luke’s for the funeral, and Maggie says that this funeral is really a landmark. Marlena says it could be, and Maggie says with a laugh that the infamous Stefano DiMera is dead and that this is definitely a landmark. There is a moment of silence and Maggie asks:

    Maggie: How have you been since Roman went into that catatonic state? We haven’t gotten to talk much because I’ve been wrapped up with Chez Rouge and my family.
    Marlena: Oh its fine, I’ve been busy with my psychiatrist job as well. Anyway, I am doing…as well as I can be. I have to be strong for my family, and I have faith that Roman will come back to us. He’s done more amazing things before.
    Maggie: You definitely have a good point there, but are you absolutely sure he’ll come back this time? I don’t want to be negative but as your good friend, I don’t want you to get your hopes up too high.
    Marlena: I will admit that in the back of my mind, part of me is afraid. Afraid that he’ll be like this for the rest of his life…but if I, his own wife, do not have faith then who will?
    Maggie: Very true. But hopefully Roman can be at ease knowing his rival is dead.
    Marlena: *If* he is dead.

    -At Bo and Hope’s house, Hope asks Bo if they really need to go to this funeral, and Bo says while he may not want to, they probably should, also to make sure no one gets out of hand there. Hope points out that things could get even more out of hand with them there, and Bo tells her he’s going to try to keep his cool, and she should too. Hope then says:

    Hope: Well Bo, I can’t exactly be the calmest person there after all that man put us through. Lets see, he blamed us for murdering Megan when we didn’t even do it, and then it turns out the bitch was never dead. He put your older brother through hell, he kidnapped me and made me think I was Gina. He stole your and Billie’s daughter, and if he hadn’t, Zack wouldn’t be dead right now. Not to mention how he toyed with our lives when he switched Zack and JT. And I have no doubt in my mind that if Gina hadn’t killed Shawn, Stefano would’ve.
    Bo: Fancy Face, I know. I hate the bastard too but we can’t let our anger take control.
    Hope: And you know what, Bo? I think mine already has!

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Celeste coldly snaps to Megan to stay out of this, and to get out of the church or go hide somewhere before she calls the police. Megan tells her not a chance, but before Celeste can say anything more, Lexie tells her to just go sit down and that she can handle this. Lexie looks at Megan and says:

    Lexie: Now listen, we may be sisters, but you mind your own damn business. Our father deserved me turning my back on him, and he’s not the great man you make him out to be. And while I don’t love Abe anymore, he sure as hell is a great man.
    Megan: Father is much better than him! If your ex was so clever he would’ve caught Father a long time ago. But you know, I hope he does keep that little son of yours, because there’s no way in hell that in twenty years or so that some little black boy is ruling the DiMera Empire.

    Lexie’s eyes flare up in hatred and anger, and she curls her hand up into a fist and PUNCHES Megan, and tells Megan to next time keep her mouth shut. As Megan holds her face in pain, Lexie goes and sits down…

    -Kristen sits outside St.Luke’s as people begin to arrive, and she sheds some tears as she flashes back to all that has transpired over the past month, specifically Stefano’s death and her rape. She tells herself to not think about the rape today, and just focus on her father and honoring him. Suddenly she hears a voice say “Kristen? Is that you?” and Kristen gasps and turns to see a face and says:

    Kristen: Oh my…Peter?!?!?
    Peter: Yes, Kristen, its me. I’m home.

    Kristen rushes to hug her brother and they embrace, and Kristen tells him she’s so glad he’s back, and Peter assures her he’ll be back for a long, long time…

    -Maggie tells Marlena that who knows anymore, but hopefully he’ll stay dead this time. Marlena agrees, and says that she has more to worry about than just Stefano DiMera. The car pulls up to Bo and Hope’s house, and both women get out and head inside…

    -Bo tells Hope that what she’s been doing lately has been out of anger and pain, but he thinks it’ll pass in time. Hope tells him he didn’t have that attitude the other night, and Bo says “Exactly, because I was angry.” and Hope tells him that they just need to go, and right then Marlena and Maggie walk in, and Hope simply tells them that they’re just about to leave as she walks out the door. Bo sighs as Maggie frowns and Marlena looks at Hope with worry, and Maggie tells both of them they have to do something about her. Bo and Marlena both agree as they walk out the door.

    -At St.Luke’s, people slowly arrive and gather inside the church, including Kristen, Peter, Tony, Anna, Marlena, Maggie, Bo, Hope, Victor, Vivian, Celeste, Lexie, Megan at the back of the church, and others. Father Jansen then arrives, and says its time to begin…

    LIS has been late in reporting this, but they are happy to report that there are three new staff members joining LIS's team as Storyline Consultant!

    One of these new Consultants are DrewHamilton, creator and writer of LIS's sister soap, "As Days Go By". "I am very pleased to have Drew aboard," the headwriter comments "I have seen his writing and it is fantastic. I was estatic once he offered his assistance and I am confident it will prove sufficeint"

    Also, as a Consultant, will be the creator and writer of another one of LIS's sister soaps "Salem Lives" "Phoenix is a great writer," the headwriter says "I have read Salem Lives many times before and he is one of the best people I could have on my staff."

    Last, but not least, as a Consultant will be "Salem Lives'" Co-Headwriter, Roman! "Roman has been a faithful reader of LIS for a long time and I am very grateful with that. He has even helped me in one of my stories before and it was fantastic. He is one of the best writers I have ever seen and I love that he will be a Consultant." the headwriter tells

    -Bo, Steve, Roman, and Marlena continue to talk. Bo sighs and tells Roman he’d love to help, but he is going to the hospital with Steve to see Gina, and he’s not sure what he could do since he barely helped with the hostage situation in the DiMera palace earlier. Marlena interrupts and says she thinks its not a good idea for either of them to go see Gina.

    -Sami tells the agent she may have been a liar in the past but she wouldn’t lie about something as huge as this, but the agent sighs and says they need to question her anyway about the escape of EJ. Lucas looks at Sami and asks her what the hell the agent is talking about. Alexis watches from behind another building and whispers “Busted, Sami.”

    -Abe and Lexie stand outside the DiMera Palace and Nikolas’s body is wheeled out, and Lexie asks Abe if its going back to Port Charles. Abe nods and says he’s made arrangements and the ISA is flying it there immediately and he sent his condolences. Lexie sighs and asks if she will be tried for this murder too.

    -Hope stares down at Gina, who is slipping in and out of consciousness and is on life support. She slowly walks forward to her bedside and says in a monotone “After five gunshots in the past 21 years, you are still alive. If only any of my loved ones, like my sons, had been as lucky to survive things as you have.”

    Gina continues to stare, and as tears well up in Hope’s eyes she says “You just don’t stop do you? You just don’t stop murdering, kidnapping, and who knows what else?! You took away my LAST SON! I lost Zack that year, I lost Patrick, and to top it all off I lost Shawn!

    She stares down at Gina as tears come rolling down her face, and whispers “And you wanted to steal Bo too. Well that won’t happen, I will not lose another one of my boys. I will not lose ANYTHING else, to you, Stefano DiMera, Megan Hathaway, or ANYONE!

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Marlena says she knows Gina is also Britta Englund, and both of them have problems with her. She says it would be best if they didn’t go, and Steve says its not like they are going to try to kill her. Roman agrees with Marlena, and Bo says he has to go see Gina.

    Roman: No, Bo. I’m sorry brother, but I can’t trust you.

    -Hope tries to keep herself from breaking down, and she then shouts “YOU JUST HAD TO KILL HIM! IN ONE OF THE MOST GRUELING WAYS POSSIBLE!”

    She leans in to Gina’s face and hisses with emotion and sadness in her voice as more tears come “I didn’t even get to say goodbye. I did with JT and Zack, but not him..he was dead by the time he got to the hospital, and his body was burnt to a damn crisp!”

    She wails as she slowly stands…

    -Abe tells Lexie no, due to the fact Nikolas was about to kill Stefano and she basically saved his life. Lexie sighs and says fine, but thinks to herself Stefano can just die as well. She walks off, and stares back at Abe.

    -Gina continues to merely stare at Hope, and Hope continues to rave “And you took so much precious time away from my life several years ago when I was trapped in that tower, right here in Europe! You impersonated me for so much time, and tried to make Roman think he had some affair with you!” she shouts in between the tears

    “And then, lets go back even further!” Hope yells as she looks back at Gina “Because of you, Bo stabbed Steve’s eye out! Because of some trash like you! And then in 1986 or whenever it was, you caused me to get jealous of you because you wanted your former boyfriends! Then you got plastic surgery to look like me and created a new identity! You selfish bitch, you probably don’t care about anyone but yourself. Not even your daughter.”

    Gina’s eyes narrow at Hope.

    -Sami sighs and walks off out of instinct, and Lucas follows. He asks what the agent was talking about, and Sami tells him its just a bunch of bull they were feeding them. She walks away again, and Lucas sighs as he leans against the wall.

    -Gina stares at Hope coldly, and Hope remarks angrily “Did I strike a nerve? I probably did. I can’t say I’m sorry.”

    She walks around Gina’s bed and tearfully said “I lost my Gran. I lost my sons. I lost my life to you for a time, and at one point even thought I was YOU years ago, which took away even more time in my life! You could have come forward and revealed who I was at first but no, you had to scheme to get your beloved Bo! You have RUINED MY LIFE!”

    A smirk slowly begins to form on Gina’s face, and Hope finally screams out very loudly in anger it echoes throughout the halls, and she jumps at the life support machine and presses the activate/de-activate button several times.

    Gina tries to gasp for air but can’t, and Hope falls to the ground and finally breaks down in tears as Gina dies. Her wails echo throughout the room and halls in the hospital…

    It has been reported that Kirsten Storms, who was supposed to come back to Salem for the role of a brand new character was fired and the role was recasted.

    "I really do like Kirsten but the role I wanted needed to be more adult like person so I was sorry to fire her but it had to be done." the headwrite tells us

    And the role will be recasted with....



    AWARD WINNER BRANDI BURKHARDT, some know Burkhardt from the Soap Opera Passions where she played a mermaid named Siren but some others might know her from the many beauty pageants such as "Miss Teen USA".

    "I have always loved Brandi's acting so I offered her to come to Days and she was honoured and I will enjoy having her here as does Korday and the rest of the cast."

    Brandi has signed a long term contract with Days and the headwriter assures us that Brandi will not be going anywhere for quite some time.

    HUGE LIS NEWS! LIS MAKES BOLD MOVE! FRANCES REID, 41YEAR VET OUT!

    No readers, your eyes do not decieve or trick you. Frances Reid(Alice Horton), who has been here since Days started airing on November 8, 1965, has been FIRED when her character Alice died on Friday's episode! It was a mutual decision with LIS and Frances. The headwriter has a message to all fans he would like to tell them:

    "I love Frances, and it pained me to do this. I cried writing the episode and even thought of not doing it but I did. It was not for ratings, because it was sweeps, or anything like that but it was because I wanted to give Alice Horton, the matriach of the show the ending she deserved. I was watching an episode of the real Days and it was the Christmas episode of 2006. She seemed like she was getting weaker and weaker and I wanted to do this now so when she does pass we know we were able to give Alice the send off she deserves and not suddenly have one of the characters tearfully say 'Alice died last night....' the character deserved a send off and I wanted to do this now before it was too late. I just hope I did it how it should be done...." the headwriter says "Frances took the news better than I expected, she said she would stick with Days forever but it was getting harder to act so she was okay with this all."

    Frances's last airdate has not been verified at this time. This marks another cut for the Casting Bloodbath on LIS.

    -Sami screams as a fire begins on the rooftop of her apartment and Alan grabs her and tells her she will pay for messing up his plan so Sami tries to get away from him but as she is she looks up to see that the electric box caused electricity to hit the wires up on one of the Electric towers so it goes crashing into the apartment, causing fires to start all over the place and explosions!!!!!!

    -Bo is overjoyed to learn the babies are his and tells Hope that now they can be together while in a corner Billie thinks that now she can never have Bo.

    -At the Spears Mansion, Jan opens the door and walks in and as she does someone grabs her neck from behind and pulls her into the living room!

    -Shawn tells Cassie that would not happen and that Rex and Mimi are just friends and then she asks him what makes him so sure.

    -As Austin and Lucas are walking through the halls of their apartment, looking for Sami and Carrie they smell smoke and runs into one of the apartment rooms to see flames everywhere!

    -Celeste tries to break free of Stefano’s grip but she can’t and he tells her that soon the citizens of Salem will suffer by his hand once more!

    -Jennifer begins to think about what Kayla is saying and blurts out to Kayla that she still loves Jack!

    -After Abby is done talking to Jack upstairs in the Deveraux house, Steve arrives and goes into Jack’s room, once he is there he tells Jack that he is leaving Salem… for good.

    -Alan tries to strangle Sami but before he can all of a sudden the roof begins to break due to all of the fires and then it finally breaks, causing Sami and Alan to fall through the roof and down into a room full of flames!

    -Hope tells Bo that they still cannot be together so he asks her why and she says that Patrick just died and she is not ready to get into a relationship yet.

    -After the person throws Jan onto a chair she looks up to see Victor Kirakis!!!! She angrily asks him what he is doing there and why he is attacking her and he replies that he heard that she was back in town so now it is time to get what she deserves and Jan turns to see several police officers walking through the door.

    -Shawn says that Mimi loves him and he loves her and then before Cassie can answer he says the case is closed and he leaves the room, once he gets out into the waiting room Mimi tells him about the paternity test results so Shawn says that they can leave now so Shawn, Mimi, Rex, Cassie, Belle and Philip leave the hospital.

    -Austin tells Lucas that they have to find Sami and Carrie quick so Lucas agrees and they begin to run through the halls to look on the roof but the flames begin to spread so the stairs that go to the roof fall!

    -Celeste tells Stefano that he will not harm anyone but Stefano disagrees and tells her that he will use Lexie to help him.

    -Kayla asks Jennifer why she has not told Frankie that yet and that he needs to know but Jennifer says that she could not hurt Frankie like that.

    -Jack asks Steve why and Steve says that now he knows Jack is better there is nothing for him in Salem but Jack says that that is not the real reason so Steve admits that he cannot take this anymore and that he is tired of Kayla trying to convince him about his old life but Jack argues that he can see in Steve’s eyes that he still loves Kayla, even without his memory.

    -After Sami and Alan fall through the roof and into an apartment room she quickly tries to escape from him but the door is blocked off by flames, Alan yells that he will get her but before he can get over to Sami a beam from the ceiling falls on him and more flames ignite, causing Alan to disappear into the flames with a yell of pain whil Sami screams for somebody to help her as flames surround her and more beams begin to fall.

    -Lilly arrives at the Police Station with bail money for Jan, she walks into Abe’s room where Victor and Abe are and she says she is Lilly Spears and that she has Jan Spears’s bail money but Victor immediately tells Lilly there will be NO bail.

    -Lucas is stunned that Carrie lost her baby and Austin tells Lucas that he is so sorry and he should have gotten Carrie out of the fire quicker, Lucas says that it is not Austin’s fault and then all of a sudden Carrie begins to wake up, once she opens her eyes she looks up at Lucas and asks him if the baby is safe.

    -Kayla says to Steve excitedly that Sweetness was his nickname for her and he always called her that, she joyously tells him that he is starting to remember.

    -Frankie is shocked that Jennifer wants to be with Jack but he finally after a few minutes of being speechless says that this was expected and that he will be alright, he tells Jennifer that he knew he never stood a chance against Jack so he gets up and Jennifer tells him to wait, she says that she will still always love him and she gives him one last kiss.

    -The guard tells John to leave the area but John says that he is an ISA agent and is he will not let him in then he will have to do this and then he all of a sudden punches the guard and knocks him unconscious, Stefano hears and immediately opens up a wall in the study that is a secret passage way and pulls Celeste in with him as she tries to scream for help.

    -Abe tells Victor and Lilly to hold on, and that he has had his officers look over these papers Jan gave the police back at the Spears Mansion, he says that those papers claim that Jan was under hypnosis frm the time she came back to Salem to the time she was put into a coma, Lilly wonders who would put Jan under hypnosis and if she really was under hypnosis, she then recalls seeing Jan just before she went back to Salem a few years ago in 2003 and she was not hypnotized then, however Lilly keeps quiet as Victor yells that that can’t be true but an officer comes in and tells Abe, Victor and Lilly that those papaers were thoroughly examined and they are not false so Abe apologizes to Victor but this must be done, he then declares that Jan will be released from jail immediately.

    -Lucas looks at Austin and Austin says that they better tell her, so Lucas looks down to Carrie and runs his hands through her hair and gently and sadly tells her that the baby did not make it so Carrie bursts out in tears and Lucas comforts her.

    -Steve says this means nothing but Kayla argues that it means a lot, Steve then contemplates staying in Salem and after thinking for a few minutes he finally says that he will stay so Kayla unconsciously pulls him into a kiss and this time, he embraces it.

    -Frankie says “Goodbye Jennifer” and leaves the Deveraux house as Jennifer begins to cry, she then says that now she can be with Jack and even though she hated to break Frankie’s heart, it had to be done os now she can be with Jack.

    -Once John gets into the study he notices nothing wrong and says to himself that something had to be going on in here but before he can look around the guards come and try to throw him out, once they finally do he thinks that he will have to come back when stuff is not going on in there and thinks that he will come back tomorrow and then leaves the Dimera Mansion grounds.

    -Victor says that this is an outrage and Abe tells him that he will investigate this a little more and try to find something to pin Jan, but for now they cannot legally keep her in jail so Lilly thanks Abe for releasing Jan and then quickly leaves to go pick her up and Victor thinks to himself that Jan will pay for what he did to him and his grandson, no matter what.

    -The paramedics examine Carrie one last time and say she is good to go so as she cries Lucas helps her out of the stretcher and as they all leave to go to the Salem Inn (which is where they are staying for the night), Austin thinks to himself that this could open up he door for him and Carrie to mend their relationship or it could be the thing that shuts that door forever.

    -A new day has arrived in Salem. Cassie is inside a cubical fighting for her life. Outside, Rex waits nervously with Shawn, Mimi, Belle, Philip, Kate, Marlena, John, and Caroline. Philip wonders how this happened, and Kate looks suspiciously at Mimi. Rex can see what she is doing so he tells her Mimi couldn’t have pushed Cassie, and that she probably just fell.

    -Jan, disguised as “Paprica” enters the hospital, she watches as everyone stands in the waiting room, and flashbacks to when she pushes Cassie out the window of Belle and Philip’s loft last night. She snaps out of it, walks over and tells Shawn and Mimi she is ready for the procedure.

    -Steve has been asking around town about some things that happened after his funeral, after a night of searching, he finally finds someone! That person tells Steve all he knows is that Steve’s casket was switched with an empty one after his funeral, as he nervously walks away Steve grabs him and orders him to tell him all of what he knows, because he can tell the person is not telling everything.

    -Alex sneaks into Marlena’s penthouse, but finds out no one is there, so he decides to wait for her to return so he can kidnap her.

    -Stefano’s henchman have been spying on Lexie, they inform him of what is going on with Tek’s murder, and they think that she could have murdered him due to how she is acting, Stefano tells them then they will have to make sure she does not get caught, he orders them to try to find incriminating evidence on Lexie, and frame Abe using it!

    -Austin and Carrie arrive at the hospital, they tell everyone they have an announcement to make. Everyone listens, and they announce they are eloping and leaving town! Caroline asks why, and Carrie says there is too much going on in Salem right now, and she just can’t take it. She says she has to get away, so Austin suggested that they elope and leave Salem, today.

    -Max and Lilly wake up….together! They both realize what they are doing and are silent. Lilly says she is sorry, but Max stops her and says it is okay, Lilly asks “Really?” and he nods, then they both share a kiss.

    -Shawn and Mimi both then say “Lets begin.” and go off to get the doctor so the procedure can begin.

    -Everyone congratulates Austin and Carrie. They both share heartrending goodbyes with their families, and Kate wishes them a happy future. Finally, Carrie walks over to John, he says “Carrie, if you don’t feel me as a dad you don’t have to say goodbye….” but Carrie interrupts, saying “You are, and always will be my father, I have accepted that.” she hugs him and says “Goodbye, Dad.” John smiles and embraces her hug, then finally Austin and Carrie turn to leave and wave goodbye as they leave. They get in their car out side, and as they head out of Salem, they share a steamy, loving kiss before the screen fades to black.

    Episode#52

    -As Stefano’s henchman leave, he gets a knock on the door, Stefano wonders who it could be and begins to go off to hide somewhere, but as he does he hears the door swing open to reveal ANDRE DIMERA!

    -As Jan prepares to start the procedure, she remembers how just earlier, she switched Mimi’s egg with her egg! She laughs and says quietly “I’ll soon have your child Shawn…and we can be a family.” Shawn and Mimi walk over with the doctor, the doctor says they are ready, so Jan goes inside of the room and lies down on the bed.

    -John tells Marlena he’s feeling father like feelings for Cassie, like he wants to kill the person responsible and just make everything better for Cassie, Marlena says that is a good sign, because he is starting to really be Roman Brady.

    -The person finally gets scared and confesses! He tells Steve that his coffin was taken to Llanview Pennsylvania and that’s all he knows! He breaks Steve’s grasp and runs off. Then Steve gets a call informing him Kayla has awoken!

    -The doctors tell Billie that Chelsea is ready to be let go, and that she has fully recovered, Chelsea comes out and hugs Billie, so after Billie fills out all the paper work she and Chelsea leave the hospital. Billie informs Chelsea of all that has been going on in Salem, Chelsea remarks “Well, nothing has changed since I left has it?” Billie then asks Chelsea if she knows who attacked her those months ago.

    -Hope gets out of bed, and finds some files on the couch in the living room. She wonders what they are and begins to open them.

    -Victor walks into the Titan Building, and his secretary tells him that someone stopped yesterday to try out for the job of his new assistant, Victor then replies “Fine. Call them back immediately and tell them to come up here.” Victor walsk into his office and thinks to himself that this person better be ready for whatever he asks, because he is going to be using them for more then just business.

    -Lilly leaves the Brady Pub, and heads off to the Spears Mansion to do some things, as she leaves Erin goes inside the Pub.

    -Jan is put to sleep, and the implanting process begins!

    -The doctor finally comes out of Cassie’s room, Kate asks how she is, the doctor responds that she’s been fighting for her life all night, but they’ve finally managed to stabilize her, but she could still be sat off at any upsetting things. Rex asks if they can see her, the doctor says they can. Rex walks in and sees that Cassie’s awake, he asks her if she’s okay, and she says she’s fine, her head just hurts a little. John tells her he hates to ask her this so soon, but he wants the person who did this to her put to justice, so he asks her who pushed her off the fire escape.

    -Victor thinks to himself that Claire is not Shawn’s child!

    -Tony and Anna spend a romantic New Years Eve together. As do Eric and Nicole, and Lilly and Max.

    -Shawn’s car continues to burn up. Celeste continues to cry as she says she was too late.

    -The officer tells Lexie Sami Brady brought a video tape that showed her killing Tek! Lexie is enraged!

    -Billie arrives back at Patrick’s house, and breaks down, she says to herself she’s lost another man once again.

    -Chelsea goes out partying, and happens to run into Jeremy!

    -Willow tells Rex she’s seen a lot of other guys like him before, they’re upset so they drink it off. She says she’s sick of it, so she’s gonna stop him before he ends up like all the others.

    -Bo and Hope bring Addie and Pamela to the Pub so they can see Caroline. Megan watches from the window.

    -Someone sees what’s happened to Shawn’s car and calls 911. An ambulance soon arrives and Celeste tells them they have to get Shawn out of the car!

    -Marlena and John have dinner at Chez Rouge, John tells Marlena he’s concerned about something, Marlena asks what it is, and John says it’s Victor Kiriakis.

    -Steve and Kayla spend New Years Eve planning on how to break into Llanfair. It turns romantic in the process, and Steve has more memories of his times with Kayla!

    -Philip asks Victor why if Claire is Shawn’s, then she hasn’t had any incest complications. Victor lies and tells Philip that is a mystery to him as well, but on the inside Victor knows why!

    -Lexie is enraged at Sami’s betrayal! She vows revenge on her as she forms into a true DiMera again!

    -Helena watches Stefano inside the DiMera mansion, and says “Enjoy your power Stefano, because soon my son, will snatch it away from you and you will be powerless.”

    -The firefighters arrive as well to the scene of Shawn’s flaming car, Celeste tells them inside is Shawn Douglas Brady and they have to get his corpse out! The firefighters try to get into his car but it is upside down and the door is jammed, they continue though and after a long time of trying, the door suddenly busts open in flames and falls off the car, then slowly Shawn’s body falls out onto the ground.

    TWO LONG-TIME VETS OUT ON LIS!

    Coming as a shock, Peggy Mccay(Caroline Brady) and Bill Hayes(Doug Williams) have been fired from the LIS cast. Both still have many episodes that they are still in, but both characters due to the chandelier accident on Chez Rouge have gone into comas.

    "Likely, Peggy's exit is only temporary, but don't expect Caroline to wake up for quite a bit." the EP/Writer commented "We still have much story to tell with her, but with The War beginning there is currently no place for her. So we have to write her out for a little while, and it also helps to de-bloat the cast. Though I hate cutting all these vets, new people shall also be cut, and Caroline won't be gone forever. I have not decided how long Doug will be gone, but it could be for a very long long time. It will help kick off Julie's upcoming story, and also though he was only a guest/recurring character he has no place, where as later on Julie will."

    Both actors' last airdates have not been verified.

    In other news:

    Heather Olson(ex-Lilly Spears) last aired on Episode#136. Don't expect her to appear again.

    Annie Burgstede's(Willow Stark) last airdate is coming up very soon, expect it to only be a breif appearance.

    Jensen Ackles last aired as Eric Brady on Episode#139. The exit was very open ended, so a return is possible!

    (This episode was supposed to *air* on Friday but something came up so I couldn't but here it is now.)

    Episode#15

    -Sami says that she will never help the mysterious woman get her revenge and then the mysterious woman says that if she doesn’t then she will tell Austin about what Sami did and then Sami asks how she knows about that and then the mysterious woman plays the tape that has Sami telling Lexie what she did!

    -Bonnie says that she is going to call the police right now so they can come and arrest Jan but Jan says that they couldn’t arrest her even if they wanted to.

    -Frankie gets Jennifer into the hallway and he says that they are going to find a cure for Jack.

    -Austin asks Nicole what she is doing here and that he thought that she moved away and joined up with a different company but Nicole says that she wants to work for him again and that she is back in town for good.

    -As Marlena is planning out her and John’s vow renewel ceremony at her office in the hospital she calls Kate and asks her to be her maid of honour.

    -Tek comes into Lexie’s office at the hospital and Lexie tels him to get out and he says that he wants to know if she will go out with him sometime and then Lexie pulls out a gun and tells him to get away from her or she will shoot him.

    -Max says that he is Max Brady and Lilly says that she has heard if him and how he is a racecar driver and then Max asks her if she would like to go out to dinner sometime.

    -Shawn and Rex talk about how each other have been doing and then Cassie walks over to Mimi and whispers that she won’t get Rex back no matter what.

    -Bonnie tells Jan that she tried to kill Victor and kidnapped Shawn so she is going to spend years and years in jail but Jan says that she has proof that clears her for those crimes that the police could not ignore.

    -Sami tries to take the tape from the mysterious woman but she won’t let her have it and then Sami finally says that she will help her.

    -Jennifer tries to remain hopeful and thanks Frankie for being so supportive.

    -Lilly says that of course and she would go out with him tonight if he would like and then he says that he will meet her at Chez Rouge tonight.

    -Sami returns to her apartment and faints when she sees Nicole.

    -Tek tries to take the gun from Lexie and as thet struggle for it a gunshot goes off!

    -Kate agrees to be Marlena’s maid of honour and she hears a knock on her office door so she goes over there to open it and when she does she sees….. Samantha Evans!

    BIG RETURNS!!!!!!

    Big returns are coming on Life in Salem!!!! The headwriter has gotten some faces of the past to return!!!


    Michael Sabatino will be returning to reprise his role as Lawerence Alamain. Lawerence will be back at the reques of his Aunt Vivian, he is expected by alot to be involved with Steve's death... well he is a little.... but is not the one who actually faked Steve's death.

    Sabatino is on contract, but if it is long term or not is unknown.


    LeAnn Hunley will be back this November to reprise her role as Anna Fredericks!!!! Anna will return for her daughter Carrie's wedding.... but will end up staying in Salem longer than she intended!!! Rumours are swirling that she is going to have a love story with Tony again!!!!

    Hunley is on contract.


    Victor Webster is coming back to reprise his role as Nicholas Alamain. Nicholas was last seen after being turned down by Kate! Well he is going to have a love story.... but certainly not with Kate. It will be a new woman and fans are going to be SHOCKED when they see who.

    Webster has a short term contract.

    And, rumours are also swirling that Carly Manning could be returning to the Salem campass as well. Since he son Nicholas is there, the headwriter claims the Alamains are going to be back and in full throttle, but does that include Carly?

    Rumours have also been going around that the headwriter is trying to lure back Eileen Davidson for the role of Kristen. However, these rumours are small, due to the fact Davidson is still at Young and the Restless and that from how it sounds, she has no place in Salem right now.

    Episode#358: Dorian's Information

    -Bo is at his house with Pamela and Addie, playing and spending time with his beloved daughters....however suddenly, there is a knock at the door...he opens it to see Ji'Min...who serves him with divorce papers!

    -Lucas and Eugenia continue to have a romantic time together, but the doorbell rings...Lucas answers it to see Belle! He happily greets her and she says she came to congratulate them on their marriage...they both thank her, and she then asks Lucas if they can speak privately!

    -Travis and Nicole are at Travis's house, and Travis apologizes for all the chaos going on with her, and she says its fine....not his fault, and at least she has him...suddenly, there's a knock on the door....and Nicole opens it to see Sami! Sami tells Nicole she's come one last time to beg her to come back to Salem!

    -Destiny asks Dorian what she means...Dorian laughs and says although the Galore's don't know it, she has some delicious info on the matriarch of the family...something that could ruin her entire life...Destiny tells Dorian she HAS to tell her, a young infant's life is on the line, but Dorian says she will...for a price!

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Ji'Min tells Bo that Hope recently had these called up...Bo says she can't be serious, and Ji'Min tells him he's afraid she is...Ji'Min leaves as Bo looks at the divorce papers in devastation...he thinks to himself that she can't do this, but she is....she's really giving up on them....he and Hope may in fact be over....

    -Lucas says sure, and Eugenia says she'll just excuse them as she heads upstairs......Lucas asks what she needs to talk about, and Belle says that she knows its been almost six months since she supposedly left town....but she asks if he really wants to do this, when technically his engagement with Jan isn't officially over!

    -Nicole tells Sami to just GO AWAY, she already told her AND Brandon that she's not coming back...Travis tells Sami that she's not welcome in his house if Nicole doesn't want her there, but Sami finally SHOVES her way in and tells Nicole that she has been trying to prove her innocence for HALF A YEAR...for HALF A YEAR she's been accused of killing her OWN mother....so she is not going to let this oppurtunity slip through her fingers!

    -Destiny asks what the price is...she'll do ANYTHING....Dorian says she'll need her help with a personal matter, someone she may know of....however, Dorian suddenly gets a call and says that she has to take this, but maybe they can meet up sometime during the next few days...Destiny says she's going to be really busy because a close friend's dad is getting married...but maybe she can come to the wedding and they can talk in the reception...its the wedding of Lucas Roberts and Eugenia Willens on May 15th, at St.Luke's Church! Dorian agrees, and Destiny runs off...thinking to herself that Will just may get his daughter back afterall...however unknown to them both, Suga was watching them, as she whispers to herself thats where she'll kill Dorian...at that wedding!
