  1. I believe I am about two-weeks behind?
  2. Frank
  3. 💯 And story is there for both Noah AND Kyle, and yet it isn't being told. No offense to Rory Gibson but, not only was he miscast, there was no reason to recast when Robert Adamson was still right there for the taking. It's just baffling to me. And don't get me started on Fenmore, either. SMFH.
  4. Cannot wait to catch up tomorrow.
  5. He's even more gorgeous in-person.
  6. The only time anyone cared about Noah is when Michael Mealor quit as Kyle, and they said "Oh shït! What do we do? Oh, let's recast Noah," and the moment Mealor agreed to return, Noah was bye-bye again!
  7. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Tonya Pinkins (ex-Livia Frye) reveals she was due to screen test for Angie Hubbard (then Angie Baxter) but producers canceled when they had a call out to Debbi Morgan, who would be cast in the role.
  8. Or even Julie for Julie Morris-Devlin? I don't see Grimes leaving; she seems dedicated to the team at Restless. Linsey Godfrey would be cute..... but, I'd want someone a bit stronger, and plus: I don't see her leaving Days of Our Lives voluntarily.
  9. @carolineg @Vee The casting of Kimberly J. Brown (as Marie/Chloe) & Lily Anne Harrison (as Andrea) were wasted. Easily, Harrison could've been Serena returning to Port Charles as a surrogate for Molly & TJ. And Brown would've been a suitable Serena and / or Christina. Again, both capable actresses cast in pointless roles, especially Brown. Also, Christina's middle name is supposedly Gail, so she could go by Gail, as an ode to Scott's mother?
  10. I'm more-so concerned with how green a lot of scenes look in comparison to how not-green they were in 2022 when the series ended.
  11. I feel like part of it has to do with trying to appeal to the masses, and I'm not upset by it. They treated as a revival and a new soap at the same time.
  12. Again, Ali can be on recurring for all of this. I don't see any justifiable reason to keep her on as a series regular other than the fact Trina was part of a multi-year social media fan campaign for a couple that, realistically, was short-lived. 🤷🏻‍♂️ She can exist on recurring, which is essentially all she's been following Nicholas Alexander Chavez's exit as Spencer and it's perfectly fine to keep her there.
  13. My cutting Trina to recurring has to do with diminishing the Ashford family altogether, in exchange for the Ward family, and I just don't see the need for Trina to be on-canvas in a full-time capacity when recurring would suit her just fine. Time to graduate to the next generation.
  14. I completely agree, as well! Even Heather has forgotten about Steven Lars at this point. 🤣 And I think Matt got the book thrown at him because of the situation with Maxie taking the blame, and then their marriage of convenience.
  15. 🤣 And then a few months later Burgess Jenkins? Oh, David Tom's return was brilliant... but was poorly executed against Amelia Heinle's Victoria. You really cannot accept she did not retire, can you? He and Steven Lars serving lifetime sentences, while criminals like Sonny Corinthos roam free. SMFH.
  16. Oh NO! That would be for Matt Hunter, LOL! 🤣
  17. Yup. I remember that interview. Oh, easily! I don't disagree with that. I know recurring cast is as important to the series regulars, but it all depends on who is recurring, and right now... there's a shït ton of filler recurring.
  18. Considering Silzer appeared LAST YEAR, I doubt she's "retired." If anything, she's focused on schooling. I don't see them recasting her, either. If they wanted to, they would have already. Valentini/ABC/Disney Television Group are dedicated to Silzer. That's clear. I agree, but returning Patrick would return a former doctor to the hospital, which would be needed with cutting Easton's Finn. But I agree: Emma could exist without her parents, but I just don't see TPTB wanting that from her.
  19. I'd rather Patrick & Robin divorce again. Killing off Robin serves no purpose, and would allow Kimberly McCullough to visit for certain events. Bring in Patrick with Emma (going to PCU) and Noah.
  20. I am sure Frank Valentini and Disney Television Group would love for Brooklyn Rae Silzer to return, but I think they also want Patrick & Robin back with her, and I don't see that happening without recasting both of those roles. One would be fine to recast and one would likely get Prospect Studios set ablaze. I wouldn't mind Emma back, along with Lila Rae Alcazar. People asking, continuously, for recurring players to be cut are not doing anything effective. Recurring is pay-per-appearance, so cutting them wouldn't free the canvas up at all. It's the regulars that need to be cut down.
  21. Bring on the Wards and bring on Lila Rae. There are other options other than Michael, who has been long-distanced from the Q's. If anything, I'd demote Duell to recurring, and have him pop-in when necessary.
  22. Hence why it's an easy cut: newest person signed. Easy to cut without feeling bad about it. 🤷🏻‍♂️
