Yes "karen" was clearly just that random character that was there to fill in the space they needed and she could leave after and nobody should care much lol. Yes i could definitely see Lorie and Lucas being a couple but that never happened. Well technically Stuart was on until 83 but I would like to see some his last scenes on the show.

Your totally right on with buying her role in that moment, they just gave her a different layer in a different field and she nailed it.

I have been reading them and again thanks for taking the time to put them up, it's a lot of material I never knew about so it was like fresh to me.

I was also shocked in some of the 1982 episodes it showed Paul working at Jonas with Lucas prentiss cause Paul called him boss, lol i didn't know Paul and Lucas prentiss even interacted back then The boat scenes were really good and of course good acting i will say. I was also shocked to see Paul call Lucas prentiss boss at Jonas, i never knew they interacted at all so it was nice seeing that scene and im sure Lucas probably knew Andy as well. I liked Chris actually for the little i have seen of her, she stood up And was pretty firm with sally about her and snapper keeping chuckle. Also i liked the jack/patty and even john coming home scenes. This is all transition mode but im loving it seeing all the different stories taking place, and a lot of these characters were gone after these times but still very special to look at

Thank you soo much i have been trying to keep up with it but im happy someone finally put them in. I've been seeing some of the scenes ive never seen before and i was trying to figure out who was greg but im use to the one who dated nikki i forgot his name. Also karen is sort of interesting, I've always wondered if lucas left town with her, also seeing jack and patty history is amazing cause it gives people an idea of what there relationship was about.

I would really like to see how she would have looked as a prostitute, she is a pretty women but by 1980 playing Paul's mom she sort of looked over 50.

Do you have any idea if Ron beckers mom was anything close like mary in terms of her prudish ways or always wanting the best for her kids? Also do you know if jack Curtis was anything like James Steinbeck?

If im correct didn't (Mary) Paul's mother appear on the show prior to her becoming his mom in 1980, i forgot who's mom she played but she wasn't she on in the late 70's.

Honestly like i would love to see more of her, i seen her last episode and a few others but i would love seeing it in HD. If they could just think to atleast show a episode from 80 or 81 im cool with that, plus i really wanna see the cult storyline that had peggy,Paul, nikki, Carl and Steve all involved

Agreed i loved that 1981 episode they showed back in may, it's funny because even though it was for victor and nikki they weren't the focus of that episode. The ranch scenes were good, but i have to give it to Vanessa prentiss for making the episode more exciting.

Well apparently she did back in 80-81 for abit, but yes peggy could have been apart of the jack/patty/diane/jill triangle going on and that would have been a mess. I liked leslie but im not sure for long term if she could have stood the test of time on the show with all the different moving parts developed. Chris and snapper seemed very phased out even when they were on the show, i think maybe if Chris moved on from snapper or if they got a divorce perhaps they could have generated a new life into Chris maybe. And Lorie was always there favourite and she could have ran story with alot of people that she's connected with.

I always wonder what the direction the show would have went in if Lorie stayed on pass 82 and for the other 3 daughters cause it seems like Lorie was the only popular one that could continue to have stories. I think chris, leslie, Peggy would have just phased out eventually. What do you guys think?

Oh there you go i guess that explains what i was trying to say, i only know of that interaction and Lucas was pretty much gone by August. Does anyone know did Lucas leave with Andy ex wife or did Lucas just disappear like everyone else? Oh really i had no clue he came back for a little, i wish i could see some scenes of him as lance

There wasn't much interaction but i did read in some 1981 episode that Vanessa was about to attack Lorie and victor came for a visit right in time which stopped Vanessa and I've also seen 1 clip of lance and victor having a confrontation over Lorie about Vanessa murder. So i think they did probably have maybe 1 or 2 interactions, one thing i liked about this show was that certain players never crossed paths but still managed to know each other lol. Also there is one 1982 episode where Lorie and victor are talking and Lorie is asking victor what conversation he had with Lucas in his office.

Didn't victor later on steal the prentiss company from them? I wonder what Vanessa had to say about all of this or was she pretty much gone by then. I can't wait to read about her debut, such a dark character.

See all of those storyline right there I've always heard about but never got to see them, also add in Vanessa shooting lance and Lorie taking the fall for it lol

Yes i noticed even in the ending scene when the Brooks family was cleaning up the dinner table, that music cue came more in the 80's i think so i know that wasn't original.

I think so ive never heard anything about the second episode ever before, I cant wait to see who what happened in episode two. Im sure we will see brenda dickson and other fosters debut and some of the brooks girls but it sucks we wont see Katherine/Phillip/Lorie yet lol

Oh that would be golden to see Lol And the fact that they can pull the first 2 episodes out of there vault, means they probably have majority of the other lost episodes that haven't been aired since its orginal run.

I just seen the line up for next weeks episodes, monday they are showing 2 30 mins episodes of the first and second finally lol ive seen the first episode many times but the second ive always been. Curious about. Also they are show the 1984 episode where Katherine has her facelift, the. It said cricket and her modeling gig at habit.cant Can't lie im still shocked to see cricket on soo earlier then 1986.

Yes i agree it seems like in those days with the little technology they had in the 70's found a way to make the show soo relevant with there awareness storylines and different turns and changes with the whole economy of the show. We can say definitely say the Brooks girls were developed nobody was left out and even with the fosters they were developed, even though later greg and snapper bounced jill has always a key member that will go on for decades. I still wonder why bill kept her and not certain other that might have had some good story? Jill must have been meant as one of characters that's connected to the new and old and that's sort of how u keep history talking lol.

Thank you soo much for pointing out these historic classics and there is lots more, i don't know why they keep showing all these 2000's episode like i think by now we get it what place the show was in those days but... They need to show some of the older material that probably hasn't been shown since it aired i would love to see nikki first episode either melody or the other actor who played her like who cares at this point if most of those people aren't apart of the show anymore they can still show it smh. I really wanna see more Vanessa material and Peggy, Chris,Lorie early jack and John and Paul and when the williams family first came on or some of the cult storyline and also when rose Deville first showed up in 79

I have been meaning to ask, was brock on before Kay and phillip showed up in later 73 or was he added on when Lorie came on which is still the ending of 73

Damn folks this is some juicy recaps im loving them all, again i find it interesting kay never confronted Lorie about phillip or Brock. You can tell kay didn't despise jill just yet, jill was still very innocent in these times.
