  1. New Hampshire is attempting a delegate revolt against Trump.
  2. Yet another longer, annotated visual TP 2017 cast list being developed.
  3. From 'The List': More here. Marv Rosand played the diner cook in FWWM, with most of his miniscule but effective screen time ("Kinda quiet") on the cutting room floor with Peggy Lipton. He can be spotted in the Missing Pieces, which Lynch restored and reedited in 2014 and which is now apparently canon; he reprised the role for the new show. Rosand's character is listed as "Toad" in FWWM, though another, younger portly diner patron also named "Toad" (Kevin Young) can be seen regularly in the series. Young was allegedly seen on-location for the new show but is not listed in the new cast, which leads one to wonder if they brought back Toad #2 and not Toad #1. Also from the Missing Pieces:
  4. TP 2017 annotated cast list, with pix of many performers. Not the whole cast, though.
  5. Vee replied to DRW50's topic in Primetime & Streaming
The TARDIS (and presumably Peter Capaldi) are on location filming for the new spinoff Class. Also spotted:
  6. Jon Bernthal is getting a Punisher spinoff on Netflix.
  7. Tika Sumpter plays a girl named Michelle on a date, no big deal:
  8. It was right around then. She went to GH immediately and had Jensen Buchanan onscreen fast, and OLTL in turn fired Kale Browne immediately. Her other favorite, Gibbs, didn't even get an onscreen exit.
  9. JFP's work officially wrapped in mid-late January 2001, IIRC.
  10. Meanwhile, have another glimpse from Lynch and Frost's truly demented post-TP '50s TV sitcom On the Air, featuring David "Squiggy" Lander (a.k.a. Tim Pinkle on TP) and Bellina Logan (Louie the clerk). Ian Buchanan and Miguel Ferrer also starred, as did other Lynch/TP alums.
  11. There are more and more fun names on this cast list - one is Rodney Rowland, the hunky dude from Space: Above and Beyond and the great X-FIles episode with the evil tattoo with the voice of Jodie Foster. He seduced Gillian Anderson in that episode and dated her IRL.
  12. Alicia Witt in a Reddit AMA: She also mentions how nice everyone at The Walking Dead was, and how Andrew Lincoln was on-set just to do his side of their brief walkie-talkie conversation.
  13. I remember that day. I was so glad to see her go.
  14. I doubt it. TP filmed over the last nine months and wrapped recently; TWD doesn't start filming til next week, I believe.
  15. I didn't realize Bellina Logan (Louie the wacky desk clerk) was also in Lynch's Inland Empire. And Wild at Heart! God, Lynch always sticks with these people.
  16. I actually like Jim Belushi a lot. I do hear he has a substantial role. I was also hoping for Amber, who is often present with her father for TP events, DVD features, etc.
  17. It's still a family affair - Lynch's son is on the list, as is Mark Frost's young son Travis (along with his father Warren, now in his 90s, who played Doc Hayward/Donna's father). Plus Trent Reznor and wife, and what may be Robert Forster's wife. Wow - they even brought back Louie, the goofy female clerk at the Great Northern who was obsessed with M.T. Wentz (and, it must be said, one of relatively few performers of color on the original show).
  18. In a turn of events I suspect none of us could ever have anticipated in a thousand years, Nafessa Williams (the infamous Deanna, OLTL) is on the master cast list of hundreds just released for David Lynch's Twin Peaks reboot on Showtime. Yes, I did look for her reaction gif.
  19. She's not on the list. I am however informed the list may be missing a few special names (more than just the one I'm thinking of).
  20. According to today's Twin Peaks 2017 casting infodump, Josh McDermitt is on the list for the new show. (As is longtime Lynch associate Alicia Witt, who appeared on the original show and played Paula, Carol's nemesis in "The Same Boat".)
  21. Wrong thread!
  22. I teared up at the Brienne and Sansa scene.
  23. Married or not, SW pings to high heaven onscreen these days. I thought the show leaned pretty heavy on Steve being D.J.'s one true love and the audience nostalgia early on, which is what turned me off given his behavior. To me it's no contest, it's all Matt. But in fairness both characters are now presented as lovestruck buffoons, which is fine. I did think Steve improved a bit.
