  1. Found this Clip. Don't know if this is 1983 or early 1984?
  2. Thank You so much for all of this!
  3. Your review was amazing!!! Iโ€™m so glad to see you on here! I wouldnโ€™t have ever guessed the older suspense cues from the 70s were even from another show until a read your post on amazon!! I still mostly associate that music for Y&R even if it didnโ€™t originate on there lol! some of those episodes you mentioned are on these playlists. the December 1989 dates have most of the Paul/Carl/Adrian/Cassandra Bermuda stuff and the June 1, 1993 episode has victor walking around in Kansas and meeting Hope for the first time!
  4. It seemed like it one point everyone in town had a dog... Wasn't there another Yellow lab named "Fisher" I believe was Gloria's dog.
  5. The never even mentioned how Nikki almost married Jim when Christine started to interact with her and Victor more in 1995/1996 did they? I wouldnโ€™t be surprised if they acted like Nikki and Christine never met each other...Iโ€™ve seen the episode where victor and Chris officially meet from October 1995 and just thinking thatโ€™s pretty insane even for an isolated show like Y&R that it took 12 whole years just for them to have scenes together...
  6. That date given is wrong and itโ€™s really September 18, 1987!
  7. Thanks! I know he was EP On Capitol was debuted March 29, 1982, but I figured he had to have left Y&R a little while before joining that show.
  8. When exactly did John Conboy depart the show? I noticed that they still have those big zoom ins and the lighting is very dark whereโ€™s i watched the 1981 New Yearโ€™s Eve episode at Paley in New York and didnโ€™t think it seemed as dark as this one.
  9. It's still so strange how Nikki went to such great lengths to hold onto Victor with that fake illness, yet she was determined to marry Jack at this point....There's a lot of confusion in some of the early Nikki/Victor/Jack/Ashley story.
  10. Here's some of the clip right here of when Vanessa shot Lance!
  11. Man I'm even more excited! I know it's probably already on YT, but I've been debating if I should wait for a higher quality version of the episode...If I didn't have work on Monday I'd watch it live, but I know the episodes won't be available on CBS or on Demand... ๐Ÿ˜•
  12. Itโ€™s crazy to think this but they werenโ€™t really the leads of the show yet either...not even really 3-4 years after this. It was mainly still Lories show back then!
  13. Iโ€™m just happy they showed more of this characters as I think they were afraid they would edit out most of those scenes
  14. Itโ€™s gonna be fun to see that dud of a story with the twin! Haha at least people said it was.
  15. Thanks!! Sounds like a good list!
  16. I hope to see the global broadcast soon!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ do you know if itโ€™s sounds like they are using more of the original background music in this one?
  17. Try the one on here! I did delete the first 12/24/91 I had because I wanted to do some re-editing, same for 5/5/92 (I think thatโ€™s what you meant since I donโ€™t have 5: /6/92) so it should work on the 92 playlist.
  18. I screamed when I saw this!!! Lol ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  19. Boy, I guess the 30th anniversary was extended for all of 2004!
  20. This is actually Terry's last episode!
  21. That's definitely the thing...Jill was not very kind to a lot of people as she got older, and even without knowing the history with Katherine, people would just assume Jill was always like that, while it's really because of Katherine she became that way..It's more easy to think of Katherine being this "saint" since she did become softer while Jill got more bitter. I think that's why adding Nina to the mix was fascinating because we were able to see both women be ruthless at the same time trying to get rid of her, and Nina returned that animosity.Sure she became closer with Katherine over time, but it was a slow process, and again Katherine was able to put aside her animosity when Jill couldn't. If Nina were tangling with the more evil alcoholic Katherine of the 70's. I think it would have been a different story. haha.
  22. Thanks so much for these recaps!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ the dates for the first 3 are really off though. 1987 might be correct but the stripping one is definitely July 9, 1990 i hope they do show other stories in the 1981 episode!
  23. Omg!! Thatโ€™s the episode where a drunk Nikki strips in front of Victor and Cassandra!!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ July 9,1990
  24. Thank You!! Man why did they do that? I love that original suspense cue, and it works so much better...the 94 one is good, but it's not the right one to use during a scene like this...The Original captures the essence that something isn't right, and the audience is suppose to know that, and the latter is too "we love each other, but there's tension" which isn't what's happening in the scene.. I did like that they used the other variation of the music at 1:24 , for 2:49 I hope they don't totally butcher the 1981 episode...that should have alot of the original 70's score mostly..
