  1. Wow. They have come a loooong way.
  2. And she told no lies. lol.
  3. @DramatistDreamer @Juliajms and @Huntress thank you for the information. Sad about the recent Australia outbreak, but it seems that perhaps monitoring all the places you all mentioned might give up some good ideas on how to manage it here in the U.S. better. So I will try my best to keep track. Thank God someone is also updating the John Hopkins Coronaboard consistently which is why I try to check it every day. YES, IT HAS. It should not be a matter of politics, but one of common sense and science hand in hand regardless than people using it as an excuse to let the worst sides of people's personalities to show. As someone said upthread and I was just discussing with a friend of mine who needed to take a mental health day from this craziness (and I think I have more or less been taking one today myself), sadly, we gays care waaaaay too much about pardon the phrase getting off than the fact that we should be trying us best to do what we can to get this virus under control. But like I told my friend, I have accepted, but DON'T LIKE that we are still going to be on some form of lockdown until 2021. WAIT?!? THOSE PIECES OF A--- ##$%^ What does that say of our country? We don't have much of one. Unless you like dystopian novels, but I don't do shameless plugs. At this rate, there is no future until something seriously changes. And I am afraid there is only one way that is going to change. And there will be lots of blood.
  4. NY This past week's episode was my first one to like from start to finish (and will be re-watching) @Cat. It could be the Halloween theme. But it definitely did feel like a shift. There was purpose and direction and things ARE coming. I should have known when Jill Zarin posted a picture at the start of the week that it would be good. And it was. I definitely don't like the tea on Dorinda being jealous of Jill. I would have loved to have her for a mini-arc. And Elyse is finally showing herself and the bits and pieces we have gotten of her so far has been organically developed enough that this is quite interesting. PS. Next week preview. LuAnn as they get into it = LOVE.
  5. God bless Camille. Brandi...still trying to be relevant.
  6. I agree with what @Cat said below. I remember Season 3 with D'Andra vs LeeAnne a slow burn, but it took off. Not as good as Season 2, but definitely better than Season 4. Glad you are giving it a go. And THANK YOU for all of this Salt Lake tea. I really don't have a reliable person or site I trust really with that. So I guess you are it. Can't wait to see the finished product.
  7. Still like. lol.
  8. At this point, it does beg the question...which countries are now the successful ones at containing the virus enough that people can still live somewhat?
  9. Oooooo, look at Monique with the new dress I like them, but Imma gonna need them say aloud.
  10. NY So I can now say the next few NY has the confessionals that were filmed in Lockdown. Should be interesting. And Unless she gets cut a la Marlo some seasons of RHOA, a Jill Zarin should be on this week.
  11. Well if they had worn their masks in the first place...but that doesn't matter because they are being horribly tone deaf.
  12. Wow. All these years and Scott Lobdell is STILL on Red Hood. And while this will make me look at his X-MEN work differently...he always did have a weird vibe to him that I just assume was his comedian given that was his other job. That is a good question. I came on today because I just saw something about him settling. And I was like 'did he get out of jail due to him saying he had corona?'
  13. Yeah, I remember that! Still...wow. I'm just not used to it. lol. Hahahahhaha. This gif has been getting a lot of use lately all over the internet. PS. Don't forget next week is Erika vs Denise's man. Meanwhile, Brandi has started to stir the pot again online.
  14. I don't dislike it, but things to make you go hmmmm. Has NY ever had 5 main cast members. DALLAS First week of filming done. One bday party. One pool party filmed. Brandy is very light on appearance from moles. And apparently D'Andra might have called out one of the new girls online. Perhaps the redhead. And there is a blind item going around that someone will using divorce as a storyline. And...Cary is back...maybe?
  15. I've always wondered if that was a good show. I saw so much promotion of it but could never find the time to watch. So a good show then?
  16. NY Guess who got new taglines?
  17. Well, knowing that 24 cases sprung up from there, I don't see why anyone would go. Good on airline suspension though in case people want to feel the need to head there.
  18. FINALLY MADE IT THROUGH!!! YAY!!! SO... @Khan, thank you for giving me life in this thread. I lived. This has definitely given me food for thought but worth talking about. It did make me think about Y&R Neil. When I was earlier, it did feel like William Bell did want to see Neil stand on his own two feet. He ran Newman for a time. Then he went to run Jabot for a time. It was kinda sad that while he did become independently wealthy vs being Victor's right hand that we never really saw that feeling of achievement because I remembered that was part of his drive at one point...to be his own person with his own company. I am sure that someone who knows the history better than me can explain it better. What did Kristian Alfonso do? I admit to be afraid of the answer, but hey...I'm grown. It was pre-me here so I have to ask who is SWSNBN that Toup AND Errol have the name barred. Is it a specific writer for a specific magazine by chance or am I off based? You can PM me.
  19. Well, I can't say that I'm surprised someone wants to make a series. In my pursuit of a way to have another line of income, I saw an anthology being maybe about what could writers imagine for a world where we never reconsidered from the Coronavirus with a sci-fi approach. As a fan of the show SLIDERS, my mind has always thought 'what if' so a few ideas come to mind. Other than that, I got nothing. There is going to be an explosion between maskers and non-maskers I feel and given what is already going down with BLM I don't think it will be pretty. Especially given how other countries are doing better than us due in part because people understand the need for masks to keep the cases down. But of course, their countries' government also care so...
  20. EXACTLY!!! I still to this day have not seen the first episode of MELBOURNE. However, you and everyone here talked about it so much that when I was home when Bravo did show the first season on the weekend (ugh), I was curious to see this...Gina. And my first episode, her going to that tennis/home event at either Andrea or Lydia and how they didn't like she dressed how she wanted or something or other. And...I WAS HOOKED. Loved Gina. So I watched what I can. lol. Let's keep it real. I have heard about Lisa since yesterday, but most Americans have not. They just see his on point, but vicious bitca and start to stan. Period. And since Andy is all about that, it just confounds me how he wouldn't act some of the other housewives from foreign shows that even he would know some fans would ride-or-die. I do agree. Nothing...and I mean NOTHING is like MELBOURNE. Especially now.
  21. Which is so funny. People right now are discovering MELBOURNE, SYNDEY, JOHNANNBURG and find ways to 'see' it here. Add on VANCOUVER, TORONTO, CHESHIRE, that Foreign one...and Bravo is just missing out and could have totally used them to bridge the gap between new episodes...cuz there really isn't anything on right and Bravo is basically repeats right now. Like THIS alone...the loaded, but flawless shade of it all...
  22. Everyone loves a comeback. So...it looks like we have Porsha, Kandi, and maybe Kenya coming back. 5 testing. So yay!!! And speaking of filming and since I already mentioned DALLAS was starting up this week, those rumors about Cary being back suuurre are getting stronger over the last day or so. There also seem to be a blind item running around now that Two old NY housewives are returning. Hmmmm Oh, like I said...I don't blame the editing issues on RHOP OR NY. But thank you about RHOSL. I feel like there was a lot of news coming out about it pre-Corona, and now there are nothing but crickets. So good to know for sure. After watching an exchange between a fan and a guy who has been dating a reality tv editor for the past 7 years calling Bs on BH in terms of how post-production works and editors work and how it is coming across as 'things that make you go hmmm' I think I will keep my stance until the next set of episodes air to see if there are any abrupt changes. Though I value your opinion, I just feel like something is up for the abruptness of not announcing it sooner. Call it gut instinct.
  23. I think that is an apt perspective. Where it becomes a problem...which I can understand since my sinuses have always been problematic and get messed up due to quick changes in climate or just being in mostly cold places...is when people realize that this is new and that it might be difficult to breathe or feel uncomfortable. Like you and like me...this is a new living situation and the fact is like most new things in life...we as people have to LEARN how to cope. Retrain how we breathe. Retrain how we sneeze. Retrain where we put mints if it comes to that (and trust me I know what you mean about bad breath in masks). Hopefully, a vaccine might make its way to us all sooner rather than later so this is not TOO MUCH of a burden. But people just can't seem to keep it on their face for 2 minutes-5 minutes maximum as a problem...and that can as well be a problem. Even if it was a hoax...which it isn't...Even if downsides...which it does like all things do...Even if they look/feel uncomfortable...which tbf I am not sure what uncomfortable looks like there, but here it seems people are worried about how it makes them look here rather than uncomfortable breathing...but is it not better to be safe rather than sorry. Or do we need nightly showings of the aftereffects of people who survive Co-Vid in order for people to understand how serious this is and why they should do what they can to NOT get it with no vaccine on the way? It definitely is not easy here. And I do feel like I am reaching my limit and I am somewhat fair with people who come in the store and attempt to be nice about it. But like some of my other co-workers even I mentally (not outside thank God) get a look when I see a no mask when both of my jobs and main places I frequent have signs all over to have one. RTA: Every time I see anything that says 'Is Trump a Killer?' I think about that picture on Twitter floating around showing Trump being carried off by troops/policemen the day after he officially stops being president, arrested for all the days caused over this...and wonder is that why they are letting him hang himself so spectacularly?
  24. Sending positive energy your way. I hope it is nothing. Same here. People are starting to get a little too lax. I continue to see people having them down on public transits when they are suppose to have them on. Then I saw an article where the majority of head of different counties and law enforcement have gone on record as saying they have no intention of enforcing the mandatory wear a mask in public order that the Governor here in California gave. I just feel it is all about to hit the fan. And My boss just told me we are not enforcing it enough at work. So le sigh. I don't see why she would WOW when given how the whole world is reacting poorly to controlling this pandemic heading by a man who told his followers to drink Lysol. I am not at all surprised. Nor should she be.
