  1. https://www.cosmopolitan.com/entertainment/celebs/a65577578/sarah-jessica-parker-and-just-like-that-cast-cancellation-reactions/ SJP wrote something like a Goodbye note... and it like... nearly made me tear up. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DM0bTX3M_sx/
  2. Yes to Andre/Derek
  3. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do in this wretched town.
  4. It IS POSSIBLE and entirely in MPK's style that all of this is for publicity and to make the last 2 episode's viewership skyrocket. So that they can have 1-2 year break again. They can just easily reveal they are coming back when we least expect it. It just doesn't sound like this horrible eczema type of show will disappear so easily. It's like an itch that won't ever go away. They will not let us rest. LOL. Who knows... all I think is that this season is definitely not final feeling. At all. (But I hope it is.)
  5. Yes... bring it on!
  6. What they did was totally sabotage a chance to make a real impact and create something amazing. I’m one of the people who believes that women in their 50s and 60s have a lot of life in them... plenty of sex too. But what MPK pulled in AJLT was a total disaster. All the characters turned into caricatures. Miranda? A total clown show. I don't know why Cynthia Nixon was so hell-bent on morphing Miranda into herself. I mean WTF. Miranda was NEVER like that. You don't suddenly get a new brain in your late 50s. In the end, they wrecked everything. Now, I can’t even sit through SATC without cringing AF. I’d need some serious time to detox from AJLT to enjoy the show like I used to. Also... MPK hasn't written a single adequate episode of AJLT. All the tolerable ones were written by others. I too wonder... what the hell happened to this man? I regularly listened to his podcast with the other writers and he is disturbingly out of touch with reality. He thinks that AJLT is the Holy Grail of streaming and television. He thinks that they are pushing some invisible boundaries with having Miranda put on a strap-on. Or having Carrie listen to Miranda have loud orgasms in her kitchen while peeing herself. AND THAT WAS one of the BETTER episodes. And I’m with you 100 percent... no matter what they claim... or how they try to spin the narrative... we all know there’s no way this third season was ever meant to be the finale. They were sure we would be buying this nonsense for years. Buut, surprise surprise... the third season tanked in terms of viewership. https://www.forbes.com/sites/tonifitzgerald/2025/06/11/viewership-for-and-just-like-that-is-down-again-in-season-3/
  7. The way you phrased it was just adorable and that's why I started laughing. And yes... I consider Silk... "The Articulettes" fan too 😁 She's a fan of the entire family. Obsessed fan. LOL.
  8. Looks gooooooooooooood. 😊
  9. I was reluctant to start this show because I had heard how atrocious these storylines were. I hate science fiction on soaps. HATE IT. Just not my thing. I had seen some 1980s scenes that were reeeeeeeeeally over the top and I thought the entire show would be like that... so... you could only imagine... how surprised and shocked I was when I started watching late 1991 (thanks to one of my soap opera friends encouraging me and telling me that this era has nothing to do with the Rauch era). I found myself slowly falling in love with Llanview and all the characters. I don't know if I will ever go back in time and watch the 1986-1990 years... I've been told there is no point by some... or that I should definitely do it by others. I'm enjoying 1992 tremendously.
  10. I second this. BTG delivered!
  11. I will never forgive Luna for killing the hottie of the show - Hollis. NEVER.
  12. Free Brooke TOO! 😂 Bring Hollis back from the dead... and give us our guilty pleasure! 0515.mp4
  13. Sometimes I randomly type an episode number into the YouTube search bar... anything from 1 to 1700. Then I just watch whatever comes up. I've seen all these episodes multiple times by now. I know half of the iconic scenes by heart. I can recite the famous Stephanie-Brooke confrontation from 1993 word for word while I'm in the shower. Sometimes my husband even finishes the lines, LOL. But no matter what episode number comes up... I'm always amazed at how clever, witty, and genuine the dialogue is. And the acting, God... For every cringe Ronn Moss scene... we had Susan Flannery giving Emmy-worthy performances. She delivered on such high level that I rarely even see on primetime. How she did this... every... single... episode... is beyond me. That's when you remember why you fell in love with this show. Because, honestly, some days when I watch the current state of Bold... I start to believe it was ALWAYS like this. It feels like a deep stench of rotten garbage... You can hardly remember how it used to be. Anything after 1994... is unfortunately not comparable to the golden years. Yes, even Bradley Bell had his good years, but compared to his father's work... it's NOTHING. Yet most people only know Bold from the Bradley era and they label the entire show as trash. That's why I'm so thankful they uploaded the early classic years on YouTube. Now people have the opportunity to see that we weren't all idiots for loving this show. There was so much to love!
  14. Brooke looks to be having the time of her life. Why is that old goat yelling "Logan" about. 😂
  15. Good riddance. Even though this season was slightly better than the last 2 fiascos. It was still bad.
  16. The show is warming up now... and getting really good. Of course many things are still to be re-worked... but I'm getting more and more excited to watch it. That initial crazy energy from the first month is slowly coming back. The acting is top notch with small exceptions.
  17. It is! The first 7 years... 1987 to 1993 are really... special. Especially 1989 to 1993.
  18. I was encouraged by my husband, but we just started The Dexter series. The OG series and plan to see all of them. He has seen it, I haven't. Not even an episode.
  19. Interesting numbers. Thank you @Errol!
  20. Ooops I forgot to mention what she said about Krista Allen replacing her - She said that she was a friend of hers and they shared the SAME manager... so when they hired her... she thought they may be wanting to make her (Hunter) mad... and then she told Krista to get ready for a rollercoaster ride... that isn't always fun. 😂
  21. Yeeeeeeeeeeeees. That will spiritually-awaken me ASAP. 😂
