  1. The Jason/Carly/Brick stuff felt out of place today. I actually didn't mind the Dante/Austin scenes, but RH having a third character just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Josh Swickard is doing a great job. When Violet was in Chase's hospital room and he started getting emotional, it actually got to me. So dumb that more people don't see how visibly uncomfortable Willow is though. Weird that Michael apparently found out about Sasha's pregnancy off screen. The one day Willow thought the baby could possibly be Michael's, and Sasha said it wasn't but she still wanted to tell Michael the news herself... yet we didn't get to see this. Michael is on almost every single day for no reason, yet we couldn't fit this scene in somewhere. ๐Ÿคจ
  2. For real. I honestly forgot that they were a thing until they popped up yesterday. I laughed when Justin said "I love you" today. Where in the world did that come from? If they want these two actors paired and are going to have Bonnie act just like Adrienne anyway, just make her Adrienne for real already.
  3. Carly: You and Britt have a connection. Jason: Yes. Carly: ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ญ *runs off to GH to try to tell Britt she can't have him* Obrecht finds it comforting that her daughter's new boo is a hitman ๐Ÿคฃ Little Violet in the preview. Can someone let this poor girl attend a successful wedding already?
  4. What about Britttt. Why were you holding her handdddd. Omg, Britt is calling you? What's going on Jasonnnnnnnn! Why are you interacting with a female other than meeee! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Why is everyone supporting Willow lying to Chase? This is so lame. I did enjoy seeing Liz and Finn stash Peter's body away. At least he hasn't been rotting in the stairwell this whole time.
  5. They already tried making Howarth a Quartermaine when he was Franco. They need to stop. They're so desperate to make him someone important. Michael and Willow are not nearly interesting enough to warrant this much airtime. I can't believe they're on every single day. Britt looked fabulous in that shade of blue today. Glad to see her with Jason. Carly's face at the end was hilarious, she looked like her whole world was just shattered because her bestie was holding Britt's hand. ๐Ÿคฃ I can't wait to see her get all up in Jason's business. I also like the potential for a power struggle between Jason and Carly running the mob. Sam feels really irrelevant these days.
  6. I laugh every time they mention that Molly is about to take the bar exam. She looks 12 still. Surely they won't expect us to take her seriously as a lawyer. I'm surprised that we got Bobbie/Maxie scenes. They were nice. Can we please just have one episode without Michael and Willow? Just one. They are on every. single. day. It's painful.
  7. Xander/PT cracks me up. I loved him all dressed up - complete with a rose in his pocket - waltzing into Basic Black and acting like he works there. He's just fun. This show needs better triangles - Kate/Jake/Gabi and Philip/Chloe/Brady are zzZzz. New EJ was okay. It's hard to tell from one episode. I agree that they need to let him be more scruffy looking, but this show loves making good-looking guys not look good.
  8. ๐Ÿ˜… Not that I gave a damn about Franco/Liz, but I feel like it's super quick to be pushing her toward Finn already. Her husband was just murdered and we've barely seen her grieve. I'm here for Carly/Jason/Britt scenes.
  9. Finally caught up on the week. This week was better than a lot of recent weeks, maybe because Kristen is finally gone. Poor Tripp never gets any action with his girlfriends. I was glad they remembered that this same thing happened with him and Ciara. I like that they actually show Allie having sessions with Marlena, though it's bizarre to me that she goes to her grandma for therapy LOL. I like both characters but Allie/Tripp are pretty boring together, and I'd be down for them exploring Allie with Chanel. I did laugh at Chanel's line to Allie and Tripp: "You both thought your mothers were capable of murder?!" The Ava/Sami scenes were good too. Ava is so much better in scenes with people not named Rafe, though I would've loved to see Sami's reaction to Rafe and Ava dating. I've been liking the Gwen/Xander scenes. I don't need them to be paired or anything, but having them interact in Xander's "room" at the Horton house is working well. Sami and Lucas continue to be the highlight of the show. They play off each other so well and their scenes are so much fun. I was cracking up at Sami telling Lucas to wear the wire and give Nicole the "Lucas eyes." I have to laugh at Sami being so outraged about Nicole cheating on Eric when she's doing the exact same thing to EJ. Hopefully the new EJ will be decent.
  10. Something interesting desperately needs to happen here. Michael and Willow are just dreadfully boring. Remember how we had to hear them whine forever about how Sasha and Chase lied to them... and now they're doing the exact same thing to Chase? They're just all-around horrible.
  11. For real. Come on. We'd all be partying if, say, Roger Howarth got canned. It's no different just because it's WR/Peter. He dragged the show down every time he was on, and now he's gone. Speaking of dragging the show down... Michael and Willow were on every day this week. LORD. Awful. They just have the same conversation over and over. I'll party if they ever get rid of the Willow actress, too. So dreadfully boring. Valentin is so much better away from Nina. Can't believe no one has found Peter yet. Apparently no one uses the stairs at the hospital. So bizarre how Liz's airtime is 100% about Finn now. I will say I like how they use Spinelli as a supporting character now. I sure as heck don't want to see him every day, but what they're doing now works. I was stunned to see Georgie.
  12. For me she is just extremely bland, generic, and boring. The previous actress had so much more personality, so going from that to ID has been disappointing. It's not that she's bad, she's just... blah.
  13. They're like watching paint dry, and Sasha/Brando aren't much better because neither of them are developed characters. Instead of the Gladys stuff today and Michael/Willow talking about Jax, we could've had Michael and Sasha run into each other at the hospital and Michael find out about her pregnancy. That at least might have been semi-interesting. I'm more invested in Phyllis and Lenny than either of these couples LOL.
  14. Yeah, and the baby in that ultrasound photo looks about 20 weeks. I reeealllly don't care about Sasha/Brando/Gladys, though I did laugh at Gladys inviting herself to move in with Brando. Michael and Willow are on every single day. Ugh. I'm assuming Finn's DNA cure not working is going to lead to the reveal that he's not really Chase's father. Whatever will we do without the classically trained Wes Ramsey on the show? Such a loss.
  15. Ugh. I was hoping this was about Claire.
  16. Anyone else cringe when "Mike" and Nina kiss? LOL
  17. I agree that they probably aren't entirely sure what to do with Xander because of LG's abrupt exit, but honestly I adore Paul Telfor so I'm totally okay with him being involved in everything. He is so fun and is one of the bright spots of the show for me lately.
  18. Finally caught up on the past week (and still struggling to find the motivation to watch). Ava and Rafe are boring together. Then again, Rafe is boring with everyone. I cracked up at Julie saying, "Sorry, not sorry, as the kids say." I love Xander and Julie living under the same roof. I cracked up when Xander said that the living room was "his room" and that the couch is his bed. Do Abigail and JJ not have old bedrooms there that he could use? Gabi is so insecure about Jake. Everything about these two together leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Chloe sure looks good for someone who's been tied up and wasting away in the trunk of a car for three days. She still looked good after being shot, too. ๐Ÿ˜† Ben the hero ๐Ÿ™„ Why did they just sit around chit chatting in a cabin full of smoke? Untie her, go outside, then talk about divorce papers and what not. Silly.
  19. It kills me that we keep having these otherwise good episodes and then bam... Michael/Willow scene. Completely kills the momentum of everything else that is going on. They're literally like watching paint dry. Compare that love scene to Jason/Britt last week... lmao! I mean seriously, we go from Curtis getting shot (which surprised me) and Jordan busting in and shooting Cyrus... to Michael and Wallow sitting on the couch talking. YAWN. I always love Britt and Liesl together. Their scenes today were fun. I want to see Liesl/Jason scenes. I laughed when Carly told Jason she'd never put him in that position again and he just looked at her like "yeah f-cking right."
  20. I'm watching today's episode and it's so jarring going from these hostage scenes to freaking Michael/Willow. One minute I'm wondering what's going to happen to Portia and Trina, the next minute I'm sleeping. I'm glad that they had Taggart on for the Trina stuff and Mac on for Maxie. I did enjoy Finn throwing Peter down the stairs. But do they not have cameras on the roof or in the stairwells?
  21. Wes's acting today was LOL-worthy. He's sooo bad. The show finally remembered that Chase's parents exist! Why does Liz have nothing to do besides be a supportive friend to Finn?
  22. I'm having a hard time keeping up with the show lately. I don't have much interest in turning on the show after I get home every night. I finally binged the past week today. Kristen gets away again ๐Ÿ™„ Please tell me she's gone. And now we have psycho Jan running around with hostages, and I'm sure Ben will be the hero. Xander/Nicole was unnecessary, and I don't care one bit about Ava/Rafe. Then there's Gabi and Jake who are "madly in love." ๐Ÿ™„ This show needs an interesting couple. Thank god for Sami because the show would be completely boring without her. I don't always like Sami but she at least makes things interesting.
  23. I'm confused as to how this new EJ looks a mess. Not everyone is going to look as gorgeous as James Scott, but this guy is hardly a mess.
  24. For what it's worth, I was a huge fan of RH on OLTL. I never thought I'd see the day where I dreaded him being on my screen. It's not him that I dislike, though I do think the days of him being some big ratings draw are long over. It's just annoying that TPTB refuse to believe that the show can survive without the great RH and bring him back again and again as a different character. He's not needed. Franco was AWFUL and made RH pretty much unwatchable for me. Now we have him as ANOTHER new character. Why? We have long-time characters who barely get their own stories (like Liz), yet we can write a story so RH can have a third character to play. People have been complaining about Michael Easton on here for years. He is not loved on this board. It is absolutely ridiculous that he has played four different characters on this show in the last decade, and frankly, all of them (besides the vampire) blur together for me. I personally don't complain about ME as much as RH simply because I find Finn to be a far less offensive character than Franco, but it is every bit as ridiculous that they will do anything to keep Easton around. Neither of them are needed.
  25. I'll take it if it means we're rid of Willow. Lord, she's boring. Michael and Willow talking about how fun it was to make pizza together in the pizza oven... are you kidding? What a snooze. I'm not familiar with the actress playing the nurse but she's a fun psycho. I do like Maxie, who just gave birth and is holding a baby, still managing to get the best of her. Is stuff like kissing just dependent on what the actors are comfortable with? We got like three minutes of Britt/Jason making out but Portia/Curtis got the fade-to-black COVID kiss. Cyrus does look far more menacing without the ponytail. That was a good ending with him at Portia's house.
