lol One minute into today's episode and I'm already confused. Abby asks Chad if he wants to play John because he doesn't trust her alone with curly-haired EJ. Huh?! How in the world could they possibly know about EJ asking to play John? There isn't even follow up today with Johnny and EJ. Did Johnny give EJ the part off screen, and then Abby and Chad also found out about it off screen while they were putting the kids to bed? Huh? I feel like someone messed up by putting that line in there.

Who cares about these Austin/Jason scenes? I have to say that I'm enjoying what they're doing with Sonny and Nina. Nina has become quite a tolerable character, mostly thanks to CW. Between having Spencer arrested and now figuring out what was going on with Nina and Sonny, Ava is getting to do fun stuff this week. LOL at Leo telling Carly that her desk is a mess. We finally get to see Spencer at the PCPD tomorrow!

Ahhh... I wonder if Guy expects the Bloodbath audience to do the work for him too? 😁

I watched today's episode thinking that we'd be getting follow up with Spencer's arrest and that we'd see him in jail/at the PCPD. Instead I was treated to Blando and Sasha's pointless drama with Gladys, and Jarly talking about their two-second insta-love. Seriously? Back when Spencer first returned, he had scenes with Britt/Obrecht/Scotty at the pool, and Scotty made a comment that he was at Spencer's disposal if he was ever in trouble. I'd love to see Spencer take him up on that and hire him as his lawyer, which could maybe cause some drama between Scotty/Laura. Just my random thoughts since today's episode was so boring.

DF actually has pretty nice hair (yes the kind you want to run your fingers through) if they'd stop putting so much damn product in it. It really takes zero effort to make this man look good, so I don't get what they're going for most of the time lol.

EJ was sporting a fresh perm today 😅 Now he just needs facial hair. 😍

EJ playing John 🥴 Is this their bizarre way of chem testing DF and MM? EJabby 1.0 was hot as hell but I can't imagine it being nearly as good with the recasts, even though I love me some DF.

I want Phyllis to run Charlie's. Or become a nurse at GH. Or be Sonny's new enforcer. Speaking of which, is this huge and super dangerous mob war just, like, over now that Sonny is back? Are we supposed to forget about the two mobsters who blew up at the Jarly wedding? Not that I give a sh-t about Novak and what's-his-face, but are we just supposed to pretend them getting blown to bits didn't happen? Is the mob violence suddenly done for the moment? 🤨

NC is fabulous and I'm just going to enjoy him while we have him because there's no way this kid stays once his 3-year contract is up. Imagine what he could do with some classical training. 😁

I'll say Lucas since he's on so little lately. 🙂 I would say that Nicole is taking care of Henry, but she's too busy with Duke. I laugh every time they show Allie and Chanel "working." Notice how they're never actually in the store? They're NEVER inside baking. They're always out at that table in the town square handing out free samples. Yet we're supposed to believe that they're making a profit, lol.

They keep having Johnny talk about how he doesn't want to have actual actors in his film because he wants it to be "real" (because, you know, possession is such a realistic topic to make a movie about, lol). It's so silly. Abby playing Marlena was already a WTF, but now Allie is playing Abby's daughter? Come on. I kind of understand why EJ doesn't want Johnny making this movie, it sounds terrible. 😂 I will say that I like seeing Abby (and Chad) having something more fun to do.

Johnny's casting for his movie is whack. Abby playing Marlena and ALLIE playing Sami?! How is this a believable mother/daughter duo? LOL. Abby's outfit is so... orange.

WTF? Sasha is STILL pregnant? They stated that she was 38 weeks pregnant EIGHT weeks ago! She and Brando could never be on again and I honestly wouldn't notice. Brando is hot but these two are totally pointless. Brando asking Sonny for parenting tips... okay. 😂 Phyllis is staying at the Metro Court 🥰 The search for Hayden = who cares LOL at Britt just being like "f-ck Jason and how you always come first, Carly." I'm sure this won't last though and she'll be riding Jason's peen by November sweeps. What was that dialogue about Elizabeth still holding a torch for Jason? Liz and Jason haven't been a thing in yeaaaaars! We're really supposed to believe the hospital is gossiping about that and not Liz/Finn? Lawd, is Liz even still on this show? Haven't seen her in a while. Carly: I am a part of Jason's life and I will not step aside. Accepting me is the price of admission. But isn't Jason worth the price of admission? Britt: ...no. 😂😂🤣 I laughed out loud. I loved Trina today. She's so sassy and doesn't put up with Spencer's sh-t (though we all know she'll forgive him eventually). Nick Chavez was really good today. He went from having the scenes with Trina where he was quiet, sincere, and apologetic, and two seconds later he's yelling at Ava, not apologetic at all, and totally holding his own with Queen Maura. Ava having Spencer arrested is fantastic 😁 They seem to be setting up Esme/Cameron/Joss. Poor naive Cameron. He looks so dumb. LOL. But this works a lot better on so many levels honestly. Cam and Joss are pretty boring and haven't had any sort of storyline since they got together. They need a third party like Esme causing trouble for them way more than Spencer and Trina ever have.

That short period of time when Galen left the show was so beautiful. I remember being so excited when news broke that he was leaving, and so annoyed when it was announced that he was coming right back. Why can't we have nice things? 😂 I just want my Nicole out of Rafe (and Duke) hell so badly. The only way I can tolerate Rafe scenes is if EJ is there making fun of him. I want to see EJ pummel Rafe into the ground so bad. LOL I wish Lucas had something to do besides wait for Alison Sweeney to return, lol, but clearly we're only going to see him a couple times a month until that happens. I did enjoy his recent two minutes of scenes with EJ. Since Lucas told EJ that he's investing in Johnny's movie (loved that little moment), let's actually get Lucas involved in that story. It would give him some much needed airtime and give him and EJ something to argue about until Sami comes back.

I do think it's weird that Chloe is a single mom who doesn't raise her son. I guess he's still living with Craig and Nancy? Not that we'd ever see him anyway, but why not bring him to Salem? I always forget that Parker even exists.

Yeah he does. And unfortunately, angry Philip is basically all we get these days. I like JKJ but he sounded constipated when Philip was yelling at Chloe on Friday. LOL I agree that Chloe needs a stronger direction. She's on plenty but doesn't have a real story outside of whether she's going to bang Philip or Brady. It's literally just the same scene on repeat. Philip catches Brady and Chloe in a close moment, misinterprets things, and gets angry. It's so stale for all three characters. EM has aged amazingly well. I do think Brady needs a rest or at least a fresh story that has nothing to do with his love life. All he does is jump from woman to woman. It's time for Brady to start snorting cocaine again, lol.

I think JKJ is looking a lot better these past couple of weeks now that they're doing something different with his hair (it's slicked back which I hate on anyone, but it's still an improvement). He was looking... not good for a while. Nadia looks like she's gotten lip injections, which is totally unnecessary. She's still one of the most gorgeous women on the planet though. I don't understand how EM is 50, he's doesn't look it at all and is super hot still. I normally wouldn't thirst over a guy who's old enough to be my dad, but damn lol. Unfortunately Brady hasn't done anything interesting in ages (neither have Philip or Chloe). I'm beyond over their triangle.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but this sounds like wild speculation that doesn't even make sense. Her contract can't be up in the spring when she's already not on contract now?

I've seen people who question if Spencer and Esme are really even a couple because there is just so little chemistry and affection there. I too have to believe it's intentional because look at how he turns on the charm with Trina. NC is more than capable of generating chemistry. He has more spark with Trina in the 2 second preview for Monday than he's had in every scene with Esme combined.

Spencer doesn't even look at Esme like he's attracted to her. There is zero affection there. They're beyond asexual, which is why I have to wonder if the complete lack of chemistry is intentional. Their scenes are just totally awkward to watch.

Tbh I have no desire to see any of the teens (yes I know they're 18) do love scenes or be naked. I'm fine with any sex they may be having just being implied. I adore Nick Chavez and think he's a cutie pie but I feel the same way about him too even though he's 22. They just look so young to me, like there's just not a lot to see there when they take their clothes off. They can kiss all they want but that's all I need to see, personally. Save the nudity and love scenes for someone like Josh Swickard 😂

My goodness, Gabi and Jake AGAIN today? This stuff with Jake crying over old mob memories is total crud. Philip not being a jealous loser was nice for the two weeks that it lasted. He really asked Chloe if she f-cked Brady in the park. WTF. I actually did watch Marlena with Ben and I can actually appreciate his reasons for not wanting a kid because they're 100% legit. He's totally right - he has no business bringing a child into the world even if it's what Ciara wants. The Devil wants that baby tho 😈

I'm so happy that Phyllis is in Port Charles! Hopefully it's permanent. I really enjoyed her scenes with Sonny today. He seemed so genuinely happy to see her. They had me smiling. I loved Carly's reaction to the cowboy hat. The Phyllis/Sonny bond is definitely the best thing to come out of the Nixon Falls storyline. Britt's on! I would actually love for Spencer to live with her (minus Esme), but I loved how she was just like "ummmm I'll pass." I want to see him slumming it at Kelly's or cleaning toilets at GH. I didn't like Spencer in the tan jacket, lol. Spencer and Esme really have zero chemistry and it's kind of painful to watch. I can't tell if the lack of chemistry is intentional (since we're obviously not supposed to be rooting for them together) or if the actors genuinely just suck together. LOL, here comes Esme swooping in on Cameron, fake tears and all. He's probably naive enough to fall for her act. 😂 Wouldn't it be cool if we got to see Kristina be angry at Nina instead of always getting Joss's POV? Ha, I love that Portia has no time for Spencer or Nik. She was in total mama bear mode. Loved her "oh hell no" when she found out Spencer was behind the fake blood. She reminded me of my own mother today. Loved her basically telling Nik to f-ck off. I so wish that the show hadn't been preempted the other day because the Sprina scene in Monday's preview is *swoon* - I wish we could've seen that today. 😍
