After Friday's episode with Trina basically being the reason that Spencer gave up the Cassadine name, I think we know now why Esme confronts her at the gallery. The latest spoilers. What a dreadful week of episodes. I spent the entirety of Thursday's episode cleaning my kitchen and just had it on as background noise. An impromptu Bonnie/Justin wedding? Really? My fast forward button got a serious workout yesterday with Ben and Ciara. We get it, you're pregnant. And what a shock, they're in bed making out again. When is VK going to leave yet again? This latest stint of hers is lasting way too long. At least they're starting to use Shawn and Belle more. We got a peek of shirtless Shawn looking sexy in bed. Team Abby. This Gwen stuff is for the birds. Jack looks so dumb. Susan is back. 🙄 No EJ on my screen this week. 🥺 No wonder it sucked so bad.

I don't mind MC as much as some others, but he pretty much just stood there with a blank stare on his face yesterday. He gave Nick Chavez nothing to work with, not that it mattered because he was amazing anyway and no one was really paying much attention to Nik I'm sure. I am looking forward to what Spencer does next now.

Joss and Cam wonder why they constantly get interrupted. Maybe it's because you're always making out in the middle of a diner. Why is Esme so interested in their sex life? Spencer's not impressed with his paycheck after working two shifts (one of which he walked out on). LOL. Why is Esme not getting a job as well (they said her internship is unpaid)? Why did Spencer look like he was going to vomit when Esme suggested getting a hotel room? Nick Chavez has to be doing this on purpose. 😂 You can't have chemistry this bad unless it's intentional. Trina is so awesome. She read Spencer like a book. She really flat out told him that he's pathetic and a mess. 😂 He's whining about how he can't afford to go out to eat. Lawd. Nick Chavez is so good. Look at those tears in his eyes! 🥺 He acted circles around Marcus Coloma, sorry not sorry. Spencer is really giving up the Cassadine life, all for Trina. Esme is going to be pissssedddd LMAO. That will be fun. They absolutely need to explain Esme more and her relationship with Spencer. We still know next to nothing about Esme other than she's glued to Spencer, and their relationship makes no sense. If Esme got with him as part of some plan of Ryan's or if she wants the Cassadine money, at least explain that to the audience, because right now we're just stuck watching her and Spencer's awkward relationship with no idea as to why they're together. I do think the Esme character works better in Joss and Cam's orbit. Those two are pretty bland and need drama, which Esme brings. Esme taking Cam's virginity would be delicious, so it probably won't happen. I don't care about Joey Novak one bit. I realized today that this is November sweeps. Okay then.

They ain't recasting pointless Jaxass. He's beyond expendable and his death/exit creates more story than him actually being on the show.

Shawn Christian as Jason?! With our luck, they'll have Wes Ramsey play dual roles as both Peter and Jason.

Just watched Wednesday's episode and all I can say is WTF?! Nicole kills zombie Deimos, and Rafe finds a dead body in his kitchen, so naturally, they... have sex?! HUH?! If Rafe/Nicole actually had fans, I bet they'd be pissed! What a bizarre buildup to two people finally having sex. They really talked about Duke before they f-cked, too. Galen doesn't have chemistry with anyone, sorry not sorry. Same with Allie and Tripp. Allie gets tortured by a zombie version of her rapist, and Tripp kills him with a frying pan. They immediately start making out. WHAT? The stuff with Gabi and Jake in the cemetery was awful!

I enjoyed the little Sprina scene at the end today, but it was weird how they spent time having Spencer explain that he burned his hand and Trina asking if he was okay. They already had this conversation on Tuesday at the gallery. Trina held his hand to look at it and everything. Weird writing, but whatever. I liked Spencer kind of connecting the dots that Esme likes his money whereas Trina had no idea he was rich when they met. I also loved Trina's wardrobe today. Spencer always watches her when she walks away. 😊 More Sprina tomorrow! So Esme is working with (or for) Ryan. We're finally getting somewhere with her now that her internship has started. Hopefully we'll find out more about their connection soon.

Nik and Ava actually kissed today. Marcus must've gotten his shot 😁

Sydney Mikayla looked lovely in that red sweater today. Sprina scenes were fabulous as usual. Trina singing at her desk was so cute. Spencer is a totally different person around Trina. The soft voice he uses, the way he looks at her, and just the total shift in his personality. She's the angel on his shoulder and Esme's the devil. LOL at him just flat out telling Trina that he wants to talk to her and not Esme. I love that Trina is written as smart and keeps Spencer in line. She has no time for his BS! I love how bitchy Joss is to Esme. Esme blaming Spencer's current predicament on Trina - huh?! LOL at Esme being like, "Not to be nosy but ARE YOU AND CAM F-CKING?!" Hahaha. Please tell me that Cam will end up losing his virginity to crazy ass Esme. She didn't look happy to hear that Spencer was with Trina. Trina, watch out! The teens really are the best part of the show right now. Absolutely zero reason for Jason to not shoot Peter the second he laid eyes on him. This storyline is ridiculous. Why must everyone be written so stupidly to make Peter work? Jason surrenders his gun? Really? Someone just kill this idiot already! I'm tired of Julliard being on my screen. Chase and Liz are on tomorrow. Lizzie needs to take him to the hospital supply closet and ride him like a horse. 😩😂

I would rather watch Deidre Hall and Blake Berris make out than Ben/Ciara or Nicole/Rafe. 🤣 Not much surprises me on soaps anymore, but that is something I never thought I'd see.

They're all on contract except for William and Sydney (Cam and Trina), which was their choice of course. Four out of the five of them are in college right now (Nick Chavez being the one who's not). Joss can be single for a bit, lol. She gets plenty of airtime on her own anyway and it's not like they write for her and Cam as a couple. Let Cam take a ride on the crazy train with Esme.

Kristen needs to be portrayed by no one at this point. The character is beyond played out. The acting from "Carmine" is Wes Ramsey levels of bad. I crack up whenever he's on. I did laugh at his line about not being scared of Ava anymore because all she does is cut up eggplant. Yup. Tamara Braun is looking good though. The zombie makeup was atrocious! I was still super happy to see Mike Manning and Blake Berris though. (No, I don't care about Deimos.) Allie is so happy that Tripp fixed the hole in Henry's blanket... lawd they're boring! Gabi is so damn annoying. All she does is yell. Nicole jumping out of her chair was hilarious. Can Deimos please kill Duke? That bear is ridiculous. My god, Deidre Hall and Blake Berris have smoking hot chemistry! THAT KISS! 🥵 Omg, swooning. 😂 In all seriousness, I was not prepared to see that.

Britt makes Jason turn around so she can change her clothes. Girl, you've f-cked him, who cares? 😂 Can't wait for them to come up with some ridiculous reason as to why Jason doesn't shoot Peter. Can we stop with Maxie and Austin? They have NO chemistry. Still loving the salt and pepper look on Sonny. I was waiting for him to mention to Dante that he was with Sam once upon a time... SPRINA TOMORROW! And Cam/Ebola.

Trina is mentioned in quite a few spoilers coming up. I'm all for expanding the Wu family, and most importantly getting Brad out of prison and mixing it up with his bio family.

The biggest flop has to be Ben on DAYS. He strangled/murdered multiple people on screen because he got pleasure from it, but now we're supposed to believe that he's magically "reformed" and is the greatest leading man ever... because he takes psych pills now I guess. It's a joke and they won't stop pushing how "good" he is now, to the point where his wife bullied the mother of one of his murder victims for not believing that he was redeemed. It's disgusting.

I would love to see Anna as Kristen just because it would be fun and I want more Anna on my screen, but I appreciated that they let Tony point out that she's not exactly the right age. It's true but that applies to basically everyone Johnny has cast. 😂 My favorite is Allie playing Sami while Chanel plays Celeste. Huh? Are Celeste and Sami the same age now? 😂 Might as well just cast Anna as Kristen because it's not like any of Johnny's other casting choices are making much sense, lol.

Can Leo come back and see EJ in the priest outfit? 😁 I want Leo to somehow worm his way into living at the DiMera mansion. Imagine him with Chad, Johnny, and EJ. I know it'll never happen, but I want it and I'd rewatch it over and over.
