That was a great watch. The show should do watch parties like that more often. Was nice seeing the cast joke around and talk about the scenes. DAYS needs to get off the pot and make Chad bisexual already. Billy wants it, we want it. Even though it probably means nothing, at the end when Zach says he has hope that WilSon will be coming to DAYS, that gave me some hope. . Almost everywhere, people are loving the Phoenix story, saying it's the first time in years they've been interested in WilSon, how great Zach is. They a popular couple that just got a huge much needed shot in the arm. They would be so stupid not to bring them back.

I also wish that they gave us a few more seconds of Sonny and Will alone in the shower ether before Leo came in or after he got kicked out, that did seem too short, but overall was hot. Zach and Chandler have the chemistry. Leo joining was still funny and enjoyable. There is NO way regular DAYS would have been allowed to have 3 gay men in a shower at once and Leo make a comment alluding to Will having a large cock at 1pm in the afternoon.

No Ben and Ciara. Sonny and WIll shower scene. Eileen Davidson. Episode 3 was the best so far. Very enjoyable episode.

Yeah, this show is such garbage. Today's episode was awful. Doesn't give much hope for Janine's return.

Yes Paul and Derrick! They'd have to recast to bring Paul back to the main show, but Christopher Sean might be willing to do a 5-10 spin-off series. Or Brian if Brant Daugherty is available. I loved Brian.

Absolutely. They could totally do a spin-off based around Will and Sonny living in Arizona. They could have Leo decide to stay and cause trouble for them. Finally cast Sonny's brother Alex, who also lives in Arizona. They could give Alex a love interest. Have Chad visit for an extended arc. Top it off with characters like Sami, John, Marlena, Justin, popping in for visits.

Overall a good second episode. The story with Sonny/Will/Leo/Chad is the best one, with Ciara/Ben/Billie being the worst one, with the other two stories falling in between. I agree that so far it doesn't seem very ground breaking. It's not any more risque than the main show. They basically seems like a typical DAYS episode but with a budget from 10-15 years ago.

As much as I like Chandler, he's not flawless. When he's bored, his performances can be bad. Sometimes he can look like he'd rather be anywhere else. I'd say Freddie is consistently worse though.

Me too. If Freddie had done those scenes, it would have been awful to sit through. Zach was able to show several emotions that Sonny was going through and got me to actually care about Sonny as a character for the first time in ages.

It always felt to me like Ron was invested in Will and Paul as a couple and never interested in Sonny and Will, so when Christopher Sean left, he was forced to put them back together. This version of Sonny and Will is one where I can see Ron wanting to write for.

He really has. I liked Freddie on 90210 and l liked him the first few years on DAYS as Sonny, but from Guy Wilson through Chandler's second stint, he hasn't been great. Zach has breathed new life into the character.

Agreed. Billy's Chad always felt bisexual to me. The show should make it canon already. Bring on the Chillson!

I also just finished up watching. Overall I liked it. There was some exposition, likely to help catching up viewers haven't watched DAYS in years, what's been going on, but that's to be expected. It was also a lot of setup, but not a bad first episode by any means. You could tell they spent more money on this, the production values are higher than the main show. I think Zach Tinker did a really good job in this first episode as Sonny. Not that I was worried, but he stepped into the role perfectly. I do like how all the stories are intertwined.

They both are up for being on the mothership. Hopefully that happens if they haven't been asked already.

If characters might be dressing up in drag, then that could be what the "Chad, WIll, Sonny step out of their comfort zone" spoiler is about, rather than the foursome that entered my dirty mind. 🤣

Both other versions of WilSon got a shower scene. I don't know why NBC would be all of a sudden afraid to show that shower scene in the trailer.

I'm sure they'll get people to pay it, but asking that much for a virtual event seems insane. Maybe because Freddie's trying to become a youtube star, he's doing it to get more people to his channel, but it does seem a bit shady. Especially since Zach is doing one solo. Wouldn't it make more sense to have Zach and Chandler do one together, so then people can hear them talk about how it was like working together?

They probably won't, but they should make Noah bisexual or gay like MAB originally planned to.

A big congrats to Jamey. He was always my favorite DaytimeConfidential personality (even though he could overboard sometimes). He clearly loves soaps and DAYS. I also enjoyed his show Ambitions.

I was just going to say the same thing. He's not in one of those awful suits Sonny used to wear, so it's still a wardrobe upgrade.
