  1. What about her was amazing on Idol? She literally said nothing the whole season except "that was fabulous, dahhhhhhling" or "not your best, dahhhhhhling"
  2. Oh Mariah has definitely had a better career and more success, but I'm saying right now JLo is still relevant and charting with young audiences, while Mariah is not. On the Floor, Dance Again, Booty, Live it Up, etc. have all been very successful. In fact, On the Floor was the biggest song of her career, and it came out in 2012.

Sherri was great. I think whoopi is a great moderator who, unlike Rosie, actually DOES allow the other people to express their opinions.
  4. I'm not a hater! I loved Mariah in 1997!
  5. When you're still releasing the same type of music you were 25 years ago, wearing the same outfits and acting 26 again then yes, that is desperate. Especially when it hasn't worked since 2009. One could say JLo does the same but, unlike Mariah, she's still having success.
  6. I remember Touch My Body right away but had to think about the others. You're right, Mariah definitely had a stellar career but she's not a star whose hits have really stayed all that relevant. Many of her number ones are hardly played, even on oldies stations. That's just how it is for some artists. And I'm sure she knows that, which is why she's trying (and failing) so hard to be relevant again.

I personally love raven on the show. She's certainly good for buzz and I love that she stands by her opinions. Even if some of them are a bit wacky I love that she firmly believes what she believes and she's not swayed or influenced for the sake of "popularity". She's been great for the show as, aside from how bad the show is and how everyone hates each other, she is the only thing anyone is really talking about in regards to the show.
  8. Toups I'm surprised your head didn't explode when I said I liked the song/video I agree with Brandon though, she seems like the type of girl who surrounds herself with strong women to help her own insecurities. I like the Kendrick version way better. Also, don't kill me Mary, but Style is my least favorite of the 4 singles!
  9. Love the song. Love the video.
  10. Chrissie Fitt(ex Mercedes, GH) has a main role in pitch perfect 2 and she's hilarious!
  11. I love you Cheap. Lol.
  12. Good old Mamrie, repping my alma mater! (Melissa Claire Egan's, too!)
  13. Idk I have a weird feeling Nene and Kenya have made up. The shade at each other on Twitter has been quite minimal recently.
  14. Bravo released the clip of Nene's breaking down and my heart really broke for her. And Kenya earned a lot of respect from me for her compassion.
  15. Also, Gimme More, Piece of Me, Womanizer, Circus, Hold it Agaunst Me, Til The World Ends and Work Bitch were all HUGELY successful songs from within the past 10 years.
  16. The fact that she has the most successful Vegas show, the fact that this song is #1 on the Hot 100, the fact that she has more Twitter followers than almost any current pop act (save maybe Taylor Swift), the fact that Billboard just voted her as the most successful/influential act of the 2010s, and the fact that her last album, though her lowest selling, still managed to outsell Gaga and others with NO promotion whatsoever on Britney's part, pretty much proves she is far from "irrelevant".
  17. I am absolutely OBSESSED with Pretty Girls and I don't even like Iggy
  18. I didn't see that. Just my opinion.
  19. You're right, Claudia didn't talk once I don't think. Nene looked amazing on WWHL and I didn't think she was a bitch at all. Her and Cecily had good chemistry together.
  20. I just find Cynthia so pathetic and annoying it's honestly hard for me to watch. I've never liked her but this year I find her nearly intolerable.
  21. I was disappointed too but I bet it came down to not being able to get people like Sandra Oh back. This way we at least assume they were there.
  22. She looks great, I wish they would bring her back for a few episodes
  23. I don't think Kenya owned Phaedra. I thought the whole "best god damn whore ever" thing was weird and sad. I was just baffled by it, and wondered why it took her 3 years to come up with a comeback and I wished it was a better one.
  24. The Life Twirls on Trailer is out! I have to say, the concept seems good/funny, but it will need to be reshot if a network picks it up. In addition to Janet Huber bowing out, it just screams "independently produced", and kudos to Kenya for doing it, but it has the feel of a web-show not a TV show.
