Ant, I was thinking about this yesterday and the women really hate Mariah. Must have been some pretty chitty stuff going on BTS. Excluding Quad because she's just a lousy fake social climbing skunk and Heavenly because she only came on the scene after Mariah was demoted. It has yet to be disputed that Lauer could lock his door from his desk. I don't believe he locked women in, but it was a sign that he wanted them to stay. I would be scared as hell if my boss asked me into his office and locked the door behind me when he has an office in a secluded area of the building.
