Kim is far from irrelevant. She's airing on Thursdays, a night that only has reruns with very little promo and still managed to premiere to 1.2 million viewers, which is only down 3% from last season. People always downplay Kim's success, but she brings viewers with very little help. One of the reasons I was okay with her in season 5 is because while she didn't film much with the ladies, her home life is interesting enough to carry her. I also think that as the season progressed she would've interacted more with certain wives. The main issue of contention was going on that trip which I understand considering how pregnant she was and how many kids she would be leaving at home. Also, her show has been moved and will now air after RHONJ on Sundays.

You know, in the end it turns out the rumors of LuAnn being demoted because of Jacques can't be true. We saw them have the awkward photoshoot which telegraphed that their relationship wasn't working, plus the facialist implied she was cheating on him, then she had a breakdown over it so really it WAS part of her storyline. I wonder what the real reason was.

From the descriptions it looks like LuAnn for sure will be in all 3 parts. Considering she appeared on WWHL more than Aviva, appeared on THE ACTUAL SHOW more than Aviva and is an original, that needed to happen.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! The reactions are what made it so special. From Heather's initial verbal assault over just being OVER IT to Ramona and her two glasses of Pinot, to Carole's flawless proclamation that Aviva is deranged to LuAnn laughing until she cried. It was just an absolute classic housewives moment! I also loved when Aviva told Heather she wasn't a nice person! But still the reaction of Carole had me on the floor. Everybody else was looking at the humor in it, but for once she had NO jokes, she just wished she had a strait jacket for Aviva. I loved it! It was parody levels of fun. I feel like I'm repeating myself because this was so epic my brain has been fried from the wig snatching. I need their next season not to take a year and a half to premiere.

I thought she mostly looked good on the last reunion, but her lips clearly had just been done and not settled. This year though just terrible. I blame it all on the hair color. I think she has good style and I like the straight hair, but the color is terrible. And I hope you're right about LuAnn. She deserves a spot on that couch more than Aviva. As for Ramona, she will always be my girl and her reaction is just securing that. She is beyond perfect lol. We knew she was going to do this the moment her and Mario got back together. I can't wait to see her eyes pop out over that. We KNOW it's going to give her the diarrhea as well.

I won't count New Jersey out just yet. I think their problem this year is that the season is starting at the holidays with the new cast. They are less likely to have any drama during Christmas so we're going to have a bit of a slow burn. I DO believe the ratings will stabilize around 2 million as the season progresses. I feel this is a smart reboot so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for them. The NYC reunion looks GREAT, but Carole looks HORRIBLE with the blonde hair. I thought it looked bad in her appearances on WWHL, but it's gotten even more blonde and it just looks terrible on her. She looks like an old hag now.

New Jersey is expertly produced! I LOVE the new opening colors and styling, plus the taglines are great. Dina is just so fricking flawless. I missed her icy ass. As for RHOC, I feel like they at least have a solid four, but Danielle and Lizzie can kick rocks for next season. I expected so much more from Lizzie based on how she looked.

It's so weird to think they're filming they reunion before so many important episodes have aired. I wonder if Danielle is included at all.

The RHOC reunion is taped tomorrow. And if I could pick a new city it would be London and it would include half the cast from Ladies of London, but with more Brits. I feel without the Brits vs American storyline and allowing them to simply exist it would've led to more interesting stories. I also feel like it has the wealth needed to make a successful housewives series. With The Real Housewives title I feel it would've done better, of course with the retooling I mentioned. My dinner party ranking would be: 1. Prostitution Whore - It gets #1 for the epic build-up, then Jacqueline shocking everybody by throwing Dina under the bus. 2. Scary Island 3. Dinner Party from Hell on Beverly Hills You can round out a top five, but those three are so far above the rest. I also think Melbourne deserves a nod for that vacation dinner fight where Gina slayed those bitches by putting on her makeup while they bitched away and got worked up.

What is Bravo up to? Why are they filming Alex McCord, Cynthia Bailey, Countess LuAnn and Patti Stranger at an event hosted by Jill Zarin?! What the hell does this mean and what is it for? Do you think it's just a natural occurrence or are they looking to pull a RHOBH/RHONJ and testing Alex and Jill for a RHONY return? Could the event air on RHOA since Cynthia and Peter are there? Could it be for Millionaire Matchmaker? Those cameras are there for a reason. I've been reading a lot from people who like Amber so far, but I'm going to be the first to say I hate her lol. I agree her family seems interesting and watchable, but there is something about her that I feel is going to drive me crazy. She seems a bit old school Melissa aka famewhorish. Not only that, but she didn't bring her receipts re: Melissa's Facebook post so I just know she's a basic ass bitch. I feel like she's going to be at the center of drama, but because she WANTS to be at the center of drama. But you need one like that so it's all good. I DID NOT miss Caroline one bit, same goes for Kathy. I'm not looking forward to seeing Kathy and Rosie next week. The show has moved on perfectly without them!

Oh I LOVED this opening! They needed to revamp this show and I'm glad it finally happened. Looks like a completely successful reboot, quality-wise. It was well-produced and had a balance of laughs and heartfelt moments. The mix of women is interesting and I think they did welll casting all 3 new ladies. Dina's return is seamless. She really should've never left. I hope the opening returns next week and I imagine it will since they filmed new shots for the ladies.

The title of the next RHOC episode is Point "Break" so I'm guessing they WILL leave Shannon breaking the fourth wall in there. I cannot wait. It's been a slow, but very satisfying season. It almost feels like a first season the way we have to get introduced to two new wives and the old cast members have to figure out where they fit as well. I much prefer this to the usual where the newbies kiss the old cast members asses until they piss them off.

I think the difference with Ramona and LuAnn is that while Ramona is oblivious or is keeping stuff from the cameras, you can see right through it. Mario is giving them so much embarassing footage which they can use and then exploit during the reunion. My guess is that LuAnn simply played dumb the entire season and allowed them to film all this happy stuff with Jacques when she knew there were problems. Either way, I don't think LuAnn should've been downgraded. She had enough to offer without him.

He is so lucky! How is a repeat offender only getting 8 years?! That is insane to me.

If a former co-host returns I really feel it should be Star. She could bring BRAINS back to the show. I feel when she left it was the beginning of the end. She did become annoying at the end, but I think she has learned from that. With Barbara gone you need at least one person who can actually moderate and be fair. I don't think Rosie or Whoopi can do that. I would have Star as moderator, Whoopi and Rosie should be Joy's replacement.

I actually liked what we got for Nancy Barrett and I wish they show had stuck with her. I don't think she looked too old for the role. Certain recasts they get antsy too fast and they end up losing good actors. Not a recast but Sarah Felder was let go for short-sighted reasons, Mary Carney was as good a Mary recast as they could've hoped for and while Catherine Hicks was good, having a proven soap vet in the role would've provided more stability IMO. Of course there is always the chance she would've left, but I doubt it. We all know the endless recasts didn't do anything for this show.

OMG I LOVED the reunion previews!! I'm like 5 episodes behind, but I WILL be caught up in time to see that. I'm also curious what happens between Toya and Simone! I also love all the 4th wall breaking!! First you have them all calling Mariah out on her vanity title of Executive Producer, then you have ANDY asking if Mariah is taking responsibility for firing Kari lol. This is going to be so juicy!!

I disagree that this show needs a major reboot. I think it was a huge mistake dumping Kari, but they could easily fix the show. I'd do Heavenly, Simone, Jackie, Kari as MUST HAVE'S! I feel Mariah and Quad have to stay for their big personalities and bring one newbie in.

I'm not sure I believe Danielle's personal life is that interesting. She just seems too boring. Even as a friend I feel they would've aired SOME of her personal life if it was truly entertaining and would bring something to the episode. There isn't a rule that as a Friend they absolutely won't feature your family and personal life.

I'm not too sure how well Beverly Hills will be if they just go back to the original cast. I'm sure it's going to feel like the same ole same ole. This is why I feel Joyce and Carlton should've stayed. I think they did well enough their first year and now that they know what to bring they could've been useful this year. I feel like now Lisa is going to be forced into friendships that are fake and in th eend will get a pile up again. Adrienne, Taylor, brandi, etc are all more loyal to Kyle.
