Katie asks for Henry and has a serious, emotional talk with him about how she's never been happier married to her best friend. Henry, overcome with his own conflicting emotions, vows to stay by Katie for as long as she needs him. Meanwhile, Maddie gets curious when Jason starts questioning her about Will and Gwen's relationship. Emily goes to leave and finds that "she left the interior light on in her car" and hence, her battery is now dead. John offers to drive her back to Andy's place. At Andy's place, Roxie struggles, carrying a very heavily drugged Andy into the bed. She takes pleasure in removing his clothes and then places him in bed. She then takes her clothes off and gets in bed with Andy, waiting for John to text her that they're on their way back to Andy's. Emma meets with Grant and Lisa to discuss plans for the engagement party. Lisa says that a mariachi band from Houston is using the Lakeview the night of the party and is less than thrilled when Emma offers to host the party in her newly remodeled barn, saying that she already has some design ideas in mind for the party decor. While Lisa goes to powder her nose, Emma tells Grant to save himself the trouble and just come clean with her...Is he staging this whole engagement business with Lisa just to make her jealous? At Lucinda's, the hitman arrives for payment and she refuses to pay him for a job that was cancelled. The hitman, Marco Rodriguez, leaves in a tizzy and gets back in his car. He recalls his girlfriend Ruby's death in a bus accident leaving Oakdale that, according to Marco, would have never happened had it not been for Mr. Motgomery.

First, there was news of a strictly fan-written anniversary episode. Now comes word that The World of Oakdale is turning to the fans yet again. This time, the powers that be are hoping for fans' assistance in choosing the 1 year anniversary logo. Three images have qualified for the choosing process and those three are: Logo Choice #1 Logo Choice #2 Logo Choice #3 Now that you have seen all three images, make your choice by stating which logo you would like to see commemorating the one year anniversary of the blog. John invites Emily over to the house to help decorate for Christmas, citing that he's old and feeble, that Roxie is out of town visiting her best friend from high school, and that he needs a woman's input on good Christmas decorating. Meanwhile, Andy goes into Java and orders a coffee to go. He flashes back to Roxie pulling him into a kiss and then flashes back to see that Roxie has bumped right into him, knocking hot coffee everywhere. Meanwhile, while Emily decorates lights in the house, John goes outside and turns on Emily's interior light in her car. And back across town...while Andy bends down to wipe up his coffee, Roxie slips something in his new cup. Margo assures Craig that nobody is in the car, but admits that it is parked kind of funny and almost out of sight. The two go back in, as we see the hitman [portrayed by NBC's Heroes star Sendhil Ramamurthy]. He admits that Ms. Walsh might have called off the hit, but he hasn't. He then holds up this picture and vows revenge on Craig for her death. Gwen finds Insteenct a total and chaotic wreck. At first, she fears vandals have wrecked the place, but then notices a snoozing Barbara under all the sketches. Gwen wakes Barbara and Barbara kicks herself for falling asleep, saying that due to some last minute deadlines, she's trying her best to wrap up the holiday dress collection that was supposed to be on newsstands months ago! While Barbara goes outside to take a phone call (a fake one at that), Gwen panics and calls Carly. Holden drops off Erin at the Hughes home and has a quick talk with Kim about how he feels that Erin has really started to learn something valuable. Kim asks Holden what his plans are for New Years and asks him to have Lily call her, concerning a telethon at WOAK. Later, Holden stops by Jack and Carly's. Carly steps out saying that Gwen called and promises to come home soon. Jack has a candid talk with Holden about Lily and the two cousins discuss her inward jealousy of Holden.

Lucinda's loyal maid Gertrude arrives with the day's mail and Lucinda immediately opens a letter from Lucy, who just arrived home in Montega. The letter praises Lucinda for being such a wonderful grandmother, and then touches on some family memories. Lucinda quickly realizes that if Lucy ever found out the truth that Craig was killed at Luicnda's hands, she'd never forgive her. Lucinda rushes to stop the hitman before it's too late. In the hospital parking garage, The hitman's cell phone goes off and Craig quickly hides. Mike rushes out the door to go for a drive and relieve his anger. Margo finally catches up with him and begs him to stay and that Katie needs him now. Mike rebutts that Katie needs Henry, not him. Margo watches as Mike drives off and then notices a black SUV in the shadows. Craig appears and tells her that he thinks someone's in there. Lily and Holden relax for a quite evening at the house and are relieved when Emma decides to take the kids for the afternoon. Lily starts busying herself with house work and Holden calls Erin over to clean out stalls. It's obvious that something is amiss in the Snyer household, but no-one seems to care to address it. Roxie meets with John in an alley behind an abandoned bakery. The two discuss almost getting caught, and John asks if she has "it". Roxie slyly pulls out the pharmacy bag to show John and tucks it back into her purse. John tells her that the second part of their plan starts tonight.

Flove her! She's so great. EXCELLENT casting choice!! Also good to see that the Bauers will be getting plenty of airtime in the near future!

Just seemed too sudden. Maybe, I could have seen Patrick and Jamie finally giving in to temptation, Jamie blackmailing him, faking a pregnancy, Robin runs off, Jamie makes the mistake of talking to her to try and either tell her the truth (once she sees the devastation she caused) or to rub it in her face more, Robin pushes her, she falls, dies. And then the Patrick/Robin story REALLY heats up.

Was kinda expecting a better exit storyline for Peyton, but oh well.

An Anniversary Outta This 'World'! Can you believe it?! It's been a whole year (almost) since the creation of the blog and I am planning the biggest anniversary celebration ever! The blog will feature all brand-new episodes this week, but unfortunately, will be on hiatus all next week due to my upcoming surgery. (Don't worry...it's nothing major! I promise...) Then... on Saturday, December 16th, I will post "Episode 249", the episode before the anniversary special. It will include almost every member of the cast as they gather at Grant and Lisa's engagment party hosted by Emma. While the event might not be the most glamorous in the world...(the event is taking place in the Snyder barn...decorated to suit, of course)...the night will definitely feature plenty of fireworks. Immediately after I post "Episode 249", it's up to you (the fans) what happens next. Send me a brief (or detailed) synopses of what you feel should happen in "Episode 250" via private messenger. And on Tuesday, December 19th..I will post the anniversary episode ("Episode 250"), a conglomeration of all your different snyopses that you all have sent in. While cleaning out the horse stalls, Erin tells Holden of what she overheard Grant saying the night before, but Holden just dismisses it as another lie. Later, Holden tells Emma of what occurred last night between himself and Lily and he seems optimistic. He asks when Emma plans on hosting Grant and Lisa's engagement party and Emma says that December 19th sounds good. Susan and Andy meet up at Java an await John to come, after calling him in to ask him what's going on with him and Roxie. Elsewhere, Emily catches Roxie doing some Christmas shopping and sees a pharmacy bag, which Roxie quickly tucks away. John arrives and tells Andy and Susan that his sex life is none of their concern. After John leaves, Andy seems to have accepted John's excuse, but Susan admits that she's still skeptical. Barbara arrives at work and finds a letter from Jennifer and a card from Paul. She's touched that her children are finally "coming around". She's taken back for a bit, though, when she spots a Christmas card from Will and Gwen. Gwen arrives, pleased to see that Barbara got their card. She soon picks up on Barbara's fesity move and leaves. Later, Barbara makes a statement that (as an old saying goes) once you marry a man, you marry his mother as well. Everyone is shocked at what is going on before their very eyes. Henry plays along with Katie, but when she starts making out with him, he has to pull away. Mike storms off, as Margo chases after him. Henry exits and Craig enters to see his baby sister. Craig has a heart to heart with his little sister, and as he leaves, promises to keep in touch and see how Katie is doing. As he walks into the hospital parking garage, we see Craig walking right into the cross-hairs of someone's gun.

Lily arrives at Luthers Corners Church and kneels at the altar to pray. Holden, who just bought a horse from Mr. Johnson up the road from the church, comes in and finds Lily. For the first time in months, she talks of how much she really misses Rose, especially when the holidays come around and she makes a note that next Tuesday will mark three years since her sister's death. Holden tells her that with every battle, you get stronger..and he thinks the same thing has happened with Lily. Lily apologizes for acting out this past month and tells Holden that deep down, she's happy for him that he is now Vice President of Worldwide...but at the same time, there's an even deeper part of her that hates him for it. Henry, Maddie, and Jason all arrive in Carolina to see Katie. Jack tells them that he is leaving soon and that Panzico is finally behind bars and it doesn't look like he'll be leaving for a very long time. Margo comes and finds Henry, saying that Katie insists upon seeing him. Everyone watches in shock as Henry enters Katie's hospital room and she addresses him as "her husband". Lyla urges Henry to just go along with it in order not to confuse Katie, though Mike silently protests. Margo, Lyla, Mike, Jason, Craig, and Maddie all slowly realize what's going on as they watch Henry and Katie. The doctors ask to speak with Lyla, Margo, and Craig. Margo turns to see Katie looking over at Henry as the doctors inform the family that due to the head injury, Katie has a form of amnesia where she reverts back to an earlier time in her life...probably when she was married to Henry. Lucinda brings Lucy and Sierra their bags and talks of how she hates that they have to return to Montega. Sierra tells her mother that she thinks it's the best thing for her and Lucy in this point in time and promises to call later. Lucinda asks what Craig is going to say and realizes that Sierra and Lucy are returning to Montega to not only oversee the reconstruction of Montega that is about to take place, but to get away from Craig. With a hug and a kiss, they're gone. Lucinda picks up the phone and orders someone to make sure that the problem they discussed is taken care of soon. Andy pulls away from Roxie's kiss and restrains himself from being too violent with her, and then he sees Emily. Emily runs away in a puddle of tears and runs right into Susan. Susan tells Emily that not all is as it may seem. Andy catches up to her and tells her that Roxie pulled him into that kiss. Susan says that she's seen John hanging around with Roxie alot, as the three try to uncover wat's going on. Emma congratulates Lisa and Grant on their engagement and offers to hold them an engagement party at her farm. Grant is thrilled with the idea, and so is Lisa. Grant goes putside to let the ladies talk and Lisa asks Emma to please not interfere in her happiness. Erin, who's outside doing some chores until Holden comes back, overhears Grant talking to himself saying that he may have made Emma jealous, but the part he's going to hate is when he leaves Lisa at the altar. But, he digresses, it's all part of his scheme to make Emma his...once and for all.

Where are Robin and Patrick and Jamie?

One actress was recently served her walking papers, which left another actor worried about his own fate. Don't expect a warm goodbye ceremony for Lucy and Sierra. The last airdate for both is rumored to be this coming Friday. Zach Roerig is in talks to return to the role of Casey Hughes. Also, on that note, look for the Hughes family to get a little bigger in the coming months. Several rumors indicate that Paul Leyden was discussed in Katie's new storyline, but nothing was ever set in stone and Leyden has still not been contacted. Elena Goode recently passed on an offer to play "Helen", a waitress with a crush on Luke. According to some sources, the romantic chemistry between Goode and Hansis was non-existent. But the TPTB are looking to cast her in a completely different role soon. Could John resort to bringing someone from Andy's past back to Oakdale in an attempt to thwart Andy's upcoming marriage to John's former lover, Emily? And last, but definitely not least!.... Sources are hinting that The World of Oakdale might not continue after the new year. According to one source, it all depends on the fans. Stay tuned!!

And that distinct honor for this week goes to SteveFrame, an avid ATWT fan here on the SON boards and creator/Executive Producer/Headwriter of his own SONBC soap "From These Roots". Each week, readers will be judged upon the number of comments they submit to the blog. Last week, SteveFrame won the title with oakdalelover and DrewHamilton heading up the rear. Stay tuned when an all new "Viewer" Of The Week will be announced Monday, December 4th.

Lily pulls over on the side of the road and can't believe that she is still being haunted by a ghost. Rose can't believe the words that are coming out of her sister's mouth and asks Lily just what has made her so cold, as she has been watching "from above". Lily denies any hard feelings towards Rose, Lucinda, or anyone else. Rose tells her sister to get her priorities in line and quit being such a whiney baby...and most importantly, get that ugly chip off her shoulder. Then without a word, Rose vanishes, leaving Lily speechless. Everyone is stunned when Craig walks through the doors of the hospital in North Carolina. Lyla shares a brief reunion with her son, but Craig seems more worried about Katie. Margo finally begins to realize that maybe Craig has changed. Meanwhile, the doctors are unable to clam down Katie and urge Margo and Lyla to try and rectify the situation. They try their best, but Katie keeps asking for her husband. Margo tells Katie that Mike tried coming in, but she refused him. But Katie says, "No. No. No! Henry. Henry's my husband!!" Andy and Emily stop by Java and run into John. John tells Emily that there is urgent business to be taken acre of at The Intruder and John and Emily leave. Roxie walks in and begins flirting with Andy. Andy remembers her from Thanksgiving and says that she must be Lisa's long lost granddaughter that he's heard so much about. After a while, a furious Emily returns to Java to tell Andy that nothing was wrong with the paper and how it appears as if his father is losing his marbles...but when she turns around the corner, she finds Roxie (who saw Emily coming and snatched Andy into a kiss) and Andy lip-locked. Emma takes a break from making a quilt for Natalie for her approaching birthday and is shocked when Lisa and Grant come by. Though Emma hasn't taken time to listen to what all the bug recorded, she knows Grant is up to something...especially when he and Lisa announce that they're getting married!

Well done, my friend. Marah just needs to shut the hell up while she's ahead. Does she not know that her mother is REVA SHAYNE LEWIS!! I mean...jeez! Curious as to what the deal is with Braxton.

Gwen tells Will that she's never met the guy before in her life and that she has no clue what kind of stares they were sharing, if there even were any. Maddie, Henry, and Jason head to North Carolina to be with Katie. Meanwhile, Katie awakens from her sleep and asks the doctor in the room with her where her husband is. Mike explains that he and Katie aren't married yet, and is shocked and very baffled when Katie refuses to see him. Lucinda calls a meeting with Lily to discuss her new role in Worldwide. Lucinda calls Lily out on her recent behavior and Lily denies it all. Later, as Lily drives home, Rose appears in the passenger seat and tells her sister to pull over. They need to talk.

Holden arrives back at the house and tells Lily that he finally got his safe access card back. Lily socffs, but when Holden calls her out on her jealousy, she lashes out at him for always blaming her for everything that goes wrong in the family. Holden can't believe how childish Lily is acting. Jason stops dead in his tracks when he sees Gwen. Maddie sees him and calls him over, asking what's up. Jason tells her to go outside and meet Henry. Thye have to go. Maddie asks Luke, much to his dismay, to stay behind and Jason and Maddie walk outside. Luke decides to go outside and Will addresses the blank stares that she and Jason were exchanging. Emma returns to Grant's suite at the Lakeview and is surprised when she finds noone home and the door unlocked. She sneaks in to get the bug that she planted earlier and is almost caught when a bellboy knocks on the door. When no one answers, he sneaks an envelope under the door. Emma bends down and is shocked to find that it's from a jewelry comany....addressed to "Grant Hamilton, re: Engagment Ring for Lisa Grimaldi". Kim and Nancy discuss all the mishcief that Erin has caused, but take a break from the subject and shift their attention to Andy and Emily. A knock comes at the door and it's Susan. Though Kim refuses to let her in, Susan barges in anyways and begins rubbing it in her face that her daughter is marrying Kim's son...and teases that the world must be comnig to an end. Elsewhere, John and Roxie meet up at John's house and John recalls the deal he made with Roxie: to avenge all the ones who have done her wrong....only if she sabotages Andy and Emily's romance. Then, John and Roxie begin making love!

I so badly wanted to read this epi. but my goodness! Yall really need to cut down on the length!
