1. The SON Community would have a dark or color display option. 

2. Every topic would have a button to Jump to the last post. 

I can only come up with 2 suggestions so it must be pretty damned perfect.

1. In the next update to the software, which is a major one by the designers, members will have the option of seeing a dark version of the site as their default setting, or it will automatically shift based on the timezone you are in, similar to Apple computers and Twitter, among other sites, change to a darker scheme at night.

2. You can already do that by clicking on the topic itself as long as you are logged in. Logged out, you are brought to the first post. Logged in, you are either brought to the last post or the first post you haven't read yet from the topic.

Check your settings.

Revisiting this. I have checked my settings. And, I am always logged in, here. But, no matter what I am taken to the first page, not the last.
